Abstract

One of the educational problems faced by the Indonesian people is the low quality of education at every level and unit of education, especially primary and secondary education. In fact, government policies to improve the quality of educational institutions are carried out in various ways. This study aims to obtain a complete picture of the implementation of local government policies in improving the quality of Islamic education in Mandailing Natal Regency with a qualitative approach. The implementation of policies in Mandaling Natal Regency is that policies are formulated into certain action programs and projects that are designed and financed. The program is implemented according to plan. policy Policies or programs are broadly influenced by the content of the policy and the context of its implementation. The whole policy is evaluated by measuring the level of success of the program based on the policy objectives. Policy is seen through its impact on the intended targets, both individuals and groups as well as society.

Abstract

In this digital era, innovation in the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in learning is needed. Islamic religious education teachers must be able to innovate learning. The purpose of the study was to analyze the innovation and constraints of the use of Artificial Intelligence in learning Islamic Religious Education at MAN 4 Preparation of Medan City. The research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study found innovation in the use of Artificial Intelligence at MAN 4 Preparation of Medan City using the Madrasah e-learning application. The advantages of this application Through madrasah e-learning, teachers and students can conduct integrated video conferences with students and stakeholders without time limits and free of charge. In addition, daily assessments, quizzes, end-of-semester assessments can be done through computer-based exams which are directly processed into report cards. The obstacles faced in mastering the e-learning application of Madrasah 1). Weak mastery of technology by teachers and students 2). Some students still do not have a handphone or computer 3). The lack of socialization of the use of e-learning applications to teachers and students.

Abstract

Abtrak: Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kapital sosial dalam moderasi beragama serta bagaimana kapital sosial dapat mendukung terciptanya toleransi dan kerukunan dalam masyarakat yang majemuk. Fokus utama adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana hubungan sosial, kepercayaan, dan norma-norma budaya mempengaruhi praktik moderasi beragama dan berkontribusi pada stabilitas sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian literatur dan analisis kasus. Kajian literatur mencakup studi-studi terdahulu mengenai kapital sosial, moderasi beragama, dan hubungan antar-budaya. Analisis kasus dilakukan untuk memahami penerapan moderasi beragama dalam konteks sosial yang berbeda, serta untuk menilai dampak kapital sosial terhadap praktik keagamaan yang moderat. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal akademis, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkait. Penulisan ini menemukan bahwa kapital sosial memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung moderasi beragama dengan menyediakan jaringan hubungan, kepercayaan, dan norma sosial yang mendukung toleransi dan kerukunan. Kapital sosial berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara kelompok-kelompok yang berbeda, membantu membangun dialog dan pemahaman yang lebih baik antar kelompok. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat yang memiliki kapital sosial yang kuat cenderung lebih mampu mengelola perbedaan agama secara efektif dan menjaga stabilitas sosial. Selain itu, moderasi beragama yang didukung oleh kapital sosial tidak hanya mengurangi potensi konflik, tetapi juga memperkuat kohesi sosial dan mempromosikan perdamaian di masyarakat yang plural.Kata Kunci : Kapital Sosial, Moderasi Beragama.

Abstract

Tujuan daripada penulisan ini untuk memahami pembiyaan bermasalah pada perbankan syariah, beserta bagaimana cara menanganinya. Metode penulisannya yaitu kualitatif, dengan mewawancarai pegawai bank dan observasi. Dari wawancara dan observasi terdapat beberapa nasabah yang pembayaran angsurannya macet. Adanya pembiayaan bermasalah pada bank syariah akan berakibat pada berkurang atau menurunnya pendapatan bank. Dari sisi nasional dapat mengurangi kontribusi bank dalam melakukan fungsi intermediarinya sehingganya tidak dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penanggulangan pembiayaan bermasalah dapat dilakukan melalui penyelesaian oleh bank sendiri secara bertahap. Bila tahap pertama tersebut telah dilakukan, maka dapat digunakan langkah dan tahapan berikutnya antara lain penyelesaian melalui debt collector, penyelesaian melalui Kantor Lelang, penyelesaian melalui badan peradilan (al-qadha), penyelesaian melalui badan arbitrase (tahkim) dan Penyelesaian melalui Direktorat Jenderal Piutang dan Lelang Negara (DJPLN) untuk bank-bank BUMN.

Abstract

The challenges of religious moderation are the strengthening of exclusive religious views, attitudes, and behaviors, the high rate of religiously motivated violence, intolerance, the development of religious spirit that is not in harmony with the love of nation and state. The aim is to analyze how the education and training model strengthens religious moderation at the Medan Religious Training Center. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study found an educational model through four pillars of  learning, learning to know, learning to do, learning to  be, learning to live together. The education and training model for strengthening religious moderation in 2014-2019 is a substance model that finds a lot of debate and rejection, so that since 2019 until now the methodological model for combating religious moderation as a solution to solve the problems that occur. It was concluded that strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia is a challenge to the maturity of a multicultural nation. The education and training model must be updet to the times so that the challenges of religious moderation can be solved such as the methodology training model as a solution to solve problems in the aspect of religious moderation.
