Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the development of human resources in coastal communities in the sub-district tabukan sangihe archipelago. This research uses descriptive method of qualitative approach by describing data obtained from the results of research on human resource development in coastal communities. The subject of this research is the coastal community leaders who work as fishermen in three villages namely Talengen village, bungalawang village, and sensing village. In qualitative research, data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation, and conclusion/verification. Development of human resources in coastal communities in Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Sangihe archipelago. For now is not good because seen from the level of education, knowledge, and skills far from expected and lack of counseling or training for coastal cummunities, especially fishermen in providing knowledge about fisheries and marine and ways of cultivating marine biota. Then some things that can be suggested is to the government for coastal cummunities should be more attention, provide briefing ways to cultivate fish, provide a uniform training so that people can develop knowledge and skills received through training.Keywords Human Resource Development, Coastal Cummunities

Abstract

ABSTRACT :To serve takeoff (departure) and landing aircraft (arrival) air is provided runway (run way).Takeoff or take-offs and landings are landing. The road connecting the runway to the apron. Abstract

Abstract: This research in order to acquire a thesis making a Bachelor degree Holders in theFaculty of social and Political Science Unsrat Manado. Moving on from the pre study done by researchers,that turns into alleged 1980 Village Administration Governance has not been applied in accordance withPERMENDAGRI NO. 32 in 2006 about the village Administration Guidelines. This is because there aresome administration village of 1980 which have not been applied. Thus, the researchers saw a need to reviewand note the application of Administrative Governance at the village of 1980. This research uses qualitativeresearch methods. The data collected from the stages of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation.On the collection of data on completed by using the guidelines of the interview, in which there are 9informants interviewed. The informant is the ninth of which start from the head of Loloda (1) and (8) thevillage government. After being interviewed, the researchers analyzed the results of the interviews throughseveral stages. Among the first with the collection of data is done through observation or interviews and thendo record keeping and typing and editing as necessary, both the reduction of the holding against existingdata selection, data analysis, summarize the sharpen as well as discard data that is not required, the thirdprovides data and simplifying data have been obtained in order to facilitate research in the conclusion, thefourth withdrawal With drawl , verify their conclusions with a review the records or data acquired andanalyzed as a result including brainstorm with friends colleagues and then take the conclusion. The resultsshowed that the Administration's Governance is still not applied optimally as expected by PERMENDAGRINO. 32 in 2006. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this research is that found there areseveral administration which has not been applied. ABSTRACT : The agricultural sector is the dominant sector of national and regional development regarding the role of agriculture in employment, income generation and social welfare, economic growth and the creation Domestic gross regional product (GDP ) and foreign exchange through exports. Therefore, the research is the analysis of Strategy to Improve Agricultural Sector Development In Tondegesan In the village of the District Parent Kawangkoan Minahasa .This research used Qualitative Research Methods using data analysis techniques SWOT. Analysis of internal factors produce factors strengths and weaknesses. Strengths factors is fertile Potential Land Resources, Commodity excels as a primary requirement, Human Resources 75,06% is Farmer, Having a farmer institution, farmer group businesses management, and Strategy of market place. Weakness factors is Lack of support for government benefits, Farmers have limited access to capital, lack of control from PPL, Lack of Knowledge and Skills Farmer, limited facilities and infrastructure, Weak Agricultural Technology. External factors generating opportunities and threats factors. Opportunities factors is market needs, The development of the fertilizer industry, agroindustrial production machine tool industry, and Technological Development. Abstract

In general, when people talk or hear the term Management Information System (MIS), then reflected in their minds is a system that was created to carry out-processing the data into information to be used by an organization or certain parties who need information about. Based on the identification of the problem, it can be formulated problems in this study, namely: "how the management of national land management information system (SIMTANAS) in support of the effective implementation of the tasks of land in the city of Ternate Land Office". This study aimed to describe the management of national land management information system (SIMTANAS) in support of the effective implementation of the tasks of land at the Land Office of Ternate.Referring to the results of research, as has been noted in the previous section, it can be drawn some conclusions, as follows: The results showed that the implementation of the eight principles SIMTANAS at the offices of the Land of Ternate, in general has been running well, but has not been optimal so that some criteria / indicators that have not achieved the relevance, timeliness and consistency. The effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks of land, especially in the Land Office of Ternate, in general has been running as expected, although not yet reached the optimal result that some of the criteria effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks of the land has not been achieved, namely the ability of initiative, creativity and responsibility, satisfaction work, the quality and quantity of work. SIMTANAS support the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks of land, especially in the Land Office Ternate pretty good, although not yet fully achieved. Not optimal SIMTANAS dikungan on the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks indicated by the weak land some SIMTANAS performance indicators, such as relevansi, timely and consistency. Based on some of the results of all this research, it can put forward some suggestions as follows: In order to optimize the implementation of the principle of SIMTANAS at the Land Office of Ternate, it is necessary to spur the implementation of some of the principles that have not been achieved, the principle of relevance, timeliness and consistency. To optimize the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks of land, it is necessary to accelerate the ability of initiative, creativity and responsibility, job satisfaction, quality and quantity of the work of employees, especially at the Land Office of Ternate. To increase the carrying capacity SIMTANAS on the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks of land at the Land Office of Ternate, need to work on improving the performance of some of the principles SIMTANAS, such as relevance, timeliness and consistency by improving the system equipment and job skills training, both for power electronic engineering and power fieldworkers.Keywords: National Land Systems

The purpose of this study to find out how the implementation of quality human resources management inimproving the development of Tingilbet Village District Beoga District Peak Papua Province. The method usedin this study using descriptive qualitative methods. to understand a phenomenon in a social context naturallyby promoting a deep process of interaction and communication between researchers with the phenomenastudied. As for the results of research shows that the implementation of quality human resources managementin improving the development of employee recruitment, staffing and staff development is still minimal in thegovernment environment of Tinggilbet Village Beoga District is not fully done objectively and in accordancewith the needs and expertise of the employees themselves, the implementation of recruitment employee,employee placement and employee development, according to the result of research that has not been done well.KEYWORDS: quality of human resources, village develop

Abstract

Abstract:this research aims to know the influence of professionalism of employeesworking toward customersatisfaction rate on PT. TASPEN Manado Branch. This research using quantitative methods. Therespondents in this study amounted to 36 people atthe customers Office PT TASPEN Manado Branch.Data collection instrumentsand techniques used are questionnaire and assisted withinterviews andobservation. Analytical techniques used for hypothesis testing is the analysis of thecorrelation of product moment and a simple linear regression analysis assistedby data processing computer program SPSS version 13.0. The results of data analysis in this researchindicate: (1) there is a positive relationship between the variable profesioalisme of work employees andcustomer satisfaction with r = 0.773 count greater than r table with df (N-2 = 36-2 = 34) on thesignificance level 0.01 = 0.2785. (2) price determination coefficient (r ^ 2) of 0.597 gives a clue thatvariable professionalism of work employees (X) contributing positively to the development of 59.7%customer satisfaction variable (Y) PT TASPEN Branch Office in Manado, whereas the rest of 40.3%influenced by another factor that is outside of this research study. (3) the degree of correlation anddetermination of variable employee against the working professionalism of customer satisfaction this isreal and significant degrees of 0.01 or at level 99% confidence, as indicated on the test of significance (ttest)which gained value t calculate = of 7.094 that have a difference greater than the value of the t tableon the extent the significance of 0.01.Keywords: Professionalism Of Work, Employees, Customer SatisfactionPENDAHULUANSatu hal yang menjadi perhatianadalah sifat eksklusifitas dari PT TASPEN itusendiri, dimana ‘monopoli’ pemberian jasajaminan sosial kepada PNS telahmembebaskan PT TASPEN dari masalahpersaingan usaha. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of government officials in the village of EastHalmahera desa.Penelitian implementation of autonomy affairs is using qualitative methods. The government'sability village visits dar three indicators namely; education, training, and experience. Informants were takenfrom the village government elements Dodaga (village head and village secretary), in the village, the communityleaders / religious / cultural. The total number of informants who were interviewed are as many as 8 people.Collecting data using interview techniques, while the data were analyzed using qualitative analysis interactivemodel of Miles and Hubernann.The results showed: (1) Ability apratur village government Dodaga seen from indicators of education is quitegood, but not optimally. (2) The ability of the government apparatus village seen from the indicators of trainingis not maximized because not breathing is done either from the village administration or support you e heGovernment area . (3) The ability of the government apparatus Dodaga seen from the village of indicatorexperience thus even this is not too maximal.Based on these results ditarikkesimpulan that the capacity of Government officials in the implementation of theaffairs of the village of village autonomy in general has been running well but not maximum Deagan seen fromindicators of education, training, and experience.Based on the results of the research, put forward some suggestions to improve the government's ability toimplement urusan otonomi Dodaga Rural villages, as follows: (1) The village government should be allocatedsufficient budget to finance programs and activities. The lack of socialization about the Earth and building tax payments, in thedetermination of the amount of tax to be paid by the public are often imprecise and understanding of thepeople in the process of tax payment the Earth and buildings that hamper the implementation of the policy, sothat it does not run with the maximum. Abstract

Health care is one of the fundamental rights of societies that are organized by the mandatory Governmentarranged. One important element in the system of hospital is labour, organization and quality of medicalpersonnel and nurses in the hospital, because it will affect the quality of the management and service.Therefore the hospital as a health care provider must provide satisfying service towards patients SocialInsurance Administration Organization (BPJS). Because the hospital is an organization that sells services,then a quality service is one of the demands that must be met. Hence the need for an action that is trulyconcerned with the public interest in terms of providing services that are really good to society. The purposeof this research is to know the patient's medical service quality in hospital BPJS Islam of Sitti MaryamManado. This study uses qualitative methods. Informants in this study amounted to seven people. Datacollection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Measurement using the theory ofParasuraman with five dimensions of service quality that is reliability, empathy, intangibles, responsiveness,assurance. The results of this study stated that by using five dimensions of service quality measurement of thehealth of the patient in hospital BPJS Islam of Sitti Maryam Manado votes is enough. More suggestionsimprove existing facilities and infrastructure at the Islamic Hospital of Sitti Maryam Manado in order tosupport existing services. Hospital employees should mutually enhance the sense of the importance ofhospitality towards the patient or patient's family in the service of process in order for the patient or thepatient's family gave a good response against an employee of the hospital.Keywords: Quality Of Service, Patient BPJS
