Abstract

Swimming is an aquatic sport in which almost all members of the body require coordination of motion. Not only that, but swimming also includes sports that are programmed for achievement by competing at speed, both short, medium, and long distances. The Krakatau Atlantic Swimming Association (PRKA Swimming Club) is one of the first and oldest swimming clubs in Cilegon which was formed on July 7, 1990. This association is chaired by Drs. Zuladri Firman. The training program is held six times per week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 16.00 – 17.45 WIB and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 05.00 – 06.30 WIB. On Sundays, ground or physical training is carried out at 07.00 – 09.00 WIB. Age group (KU) IV athletes to achieve maximum performance, need an optimal training system and appropriate energy requirements. Based on the calculation results, the average energy requirement for KU-IV athletes is 1.64 kcal/minute.

Abstract

Quality has become the most important force that results in organizational success. Defective products can have an impact on the company's image, customer satisfaction and even company revenue. Quality control measures by means of analysis and prevention need to be done reduce defects. The purpose of this study was to identify the number of defects in the Adidas Super Nova shoe product, the level of DPMO and the sigma value of the product With the six sigma method towards zero defect (zero failure rate). five stages in its application, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC). The research results of PT. Parkland World Indonesi obtained types of defects in shoes, consisting of 3 types, namely bigreat defects, stitching defects, and gluing defects (gluing strength of the sole). From 20649 the number of shoes examined, the most dominant defect was bigreat defect (glue stain), of 556 or 42% so that the average sigma value was 3.50 sigma. The suggestion given to provide training to operators so that the operator's ability and understanding becomes better, supervise operators at work, carry out regular checks and maintenance on the machines used

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has given rise to automatic robots controlled by wireless technology. Many electronic devices are used as automatic controllers. This robot, produced in the electronics field, has had a rapid impact in the industrial sector. In this research, Arduino Uno is used as a microcontroller to control robots with Android smartphones. Control is carried out using a Bluetooth connection. The use of Android smartphones makes it easier for the general public if the results of this research are applied because many people have Android smartphones. Apart from being easy to use, this robot can also help human work. The pattern used for smartphone communication with Bluetooth hardware. The smartphone sends data via Bluetooth, then the HC-05 Bluetooth receives the data forwarded to the Arduino Uno microcontroller, then the microcontroller processes it to give moving commands to each servo motor. The application used to control the robot is NodeMCU_Car. This application is implanted into an Android smartphone so that robot movement commands can be carried out via the smartphone with this application. Robot movement commands are carried out manually by the operator. The robot can move to open or close its arms. Tests were carried out on the power supply circuit, Bluetooth, power supply, and the entire robot circuit. This research shows that the robot's electronic circuit is functioning well, such as the Bluetooth component circuit, power supply and controller circuit. The maximum distance that a Bluetooth device can receive smartphone data without obstacles is 9 meters, whereas if there are obstacles the distance is 5 meters.Keywords: Arduino, Bluetooth, Electronics, Microcontroller, Smartphone

Abstract

One of the companies in the Cilegon area engaged in the construction industry has a high level of work risk. This company is required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health program to prevent workplace accidents.". Risk identification and assessment in this company has not used the HIRARC method as a basis for mitigation. This aims to identify the risk of work accidents, assess the risks, and recommend control measures. Based on the results of the data processing that has been carried out, the results show a low-risk risk value with a percentage of 0%, a moderate risk value with a percentage of 36%, a high-risk value with a percentage of 64%, and an extreme risk value with a percentage of 0%. Abstract

Based on the product demand data of PT. Bungasari Flour Mills saw an increase in wheat flour production capacity of 600,000 MT in 2021. Conditions that often occur are damage to production machines, including consumer packs, carton erector machines, robot packer machines and carton sealer machines. Machines that often experience damage are consumer pack machines with 75 times of damage with a downtime of 487 hours. This study aims to determine the cause of failure of the consumer pack machine and can provide suggestions for optimal maintenance improvements. The method or approach in this study uses the Failure Mode And Analysis (FMEA) method which is used to identify the cause of machine failure based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value to determine the highest level of risk. The results of the study using the Failure Mode And Analysis (FMEA) method based on the value of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) obtained the RPN value of 872. This is because of the high downtime, it can be seen that the vertical sealer and horizontal sealer components have the highest RPN value of 216

Abstract

One of the production factors that must be optimized for its use is the production machine. The machine used in production activities must be able to operate optimally, operation is said to be optimal if the downteme value is minimum. To ensure optimal engine operation, a proper machine maintenance system is needed. One of the problems faced by CV. Andri Mabel Serang is a shaving machine malfunction that eventually hampers the production process. The purpose of this study is to reduce downtime and find out the maintenance system and maintenance policy in reducing maintenance costs on the machine. The analysis used in this study is to use reliability analysis and for its completion using the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method. The results of calculations from reliability are known to an average of 87% which means machine maintenance in cv. Andri Mabel Serang is still below the world standard class (≥90%). From the RCM analysis, it is known that the maintenance cost is Rp. 116,447. Meanwhile, the corrective fee is as low as Rp. 590,000. Based on the smallest value of the RCM analysis, the company should carry out shaving machine maintenance every 5 months. After filling in the FMEA worksheet table of one of the components of the shaver machine, it can be found that the machine that was damaged was the shaver. The component of the drawstring machine that was damaged was the eyelet component. This component functions as a wood scraper

Abstract

LP is one of the pharmaceutical companies located in Serang, Banten. The production of the company is tablets, capsules, and syrup. Problems that occur at PT. LP is a product defect that occurs in capsule filling, especially in capsule A. The purpose of this study is to determine the defective products that occur in capsule A and to find out the proposed improvements that will be made to reduce product defects in capsule A. The research methods used are Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (F-FMEA). The population and samples used were defective capsule A during the production process from March 2022 to May 2023, with sampling techniques through production data, observation and interviews. And the results of research using a check sheet show that the percentage of defects reaches 6%, based on the pareto chart, the priority of improvement that needs to be done is for the dominant type of defect, namely the dented capsule reject reaches 90%, and on the control chart there are still control points that are outside the UCL and LCL. FMEA calculations, the RPN value of the capsule is dented on the head of the capsule or capsule body reaches 384, and the FRPN value is 6.76.

Abstract

PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. is a petrochemical company that experienced bag defects in the process of bagging polypropylene products exceeding the tolerance limit. The company sets a maximum bag defect limit of 0.028% of bagging production capacity. This study aims to control quality by calculating the sigma value of defect types and providing suggestions for improvement based on the factors causing defects. The method used is Six Sigma with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The analyzed data is bagging and bag defect production data for the period April 2023 to March 2024. The results showed that the percentage of bag defects was reduced from 0.051% to 0.034% after improvement. After improvement were carried out there was no data that was outside the control limits, and also the sigma value increased from 5.08 to 5.19. The main causes of bag defects are poor bagging machine maintenance, operators who are less focused and thorough, and implementing different SOPs. The company's proposed improvements include improving bagging machine maintenance, creating an SOP that requires checking seal results periodically, and updating the SOP

Abstract

People's welfare is the development target of every region in Indonesia. Banten Province ranks 3rd in the level of people's welfare on the island of Java. So that a factor analysis is needed to find out the influence of the people's welfare. This study aims to find out the binary logistic regression model based on factors that significantly affect the level of people's welfare in Banten Province and to find out how much the classification accuracy of the model obtained. The type of research used is quantitative research with the population of all people in Banten Province by looking at household characteristics, while the sample of 380 is secondary data from BPS Banten Province based on the results of Susenas activities with the Systematic Random Sampling technique. The results of the research obtained from this study are three factors that affect the level of people's welfare, namely the Head of Household Education factor (X3(2)) category of Junior High School Equivalent and the Head of Household Education factor (X3(3)) category of High School Equivalent and the Number of Household Members (X5(1)) category > 4 Members. The form of the binary logistic regression equation obtained is  with a model classification accuracy value of 89.7%, the classification accuracy obtained reaches > 50% which means that the binary logistic regression logit function is considered to be precise and quite good

Abstract

Serang City is belong in 90 inflation cities in Indonesia and first ranking in the city with the highest inflation rate in Banten Province in 2021. Consumer Price Index (CPI)is an index used to measure the rate of inflation/deflation. The one of CPI category is Food. This research aims to predict the value of the CPI at COICOP of Food in Serang City after pandemic of Covid-19. The data used is secondary CPI data for the Food sub-group in Serang City for the period January 2020 to June 2022 obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). In this research, to predict the CPI of the Food Sub-group in Serang City using the Holt-Winter method. Results of the research showed that the CPI data pattern of the Food Sub-group in Serang City had a Multiplicative Holt-Winter pattern with seasonal length is 12. The accuracy of the forecasting value was carried out by calculating the average MAPE and MSE errors. The optimal parameter weight of Holt-Winter Multiplicative method obtained alpha is 0.5, gamma is 0.3 and delta is 0.1. Forecasting using Holt-Winter Multiplicative method obtained a significant increase in the CPI value from July to December 2022 with the MAPE accuracy value is 0.72261 and the MSE is 1.33681
