Abstract

Citrus plants (Citrus sp.) Currently experiencing major problems with the presence of diplodiadisease both wet and dry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Californiaporridge and mixture of Microthiol, Primavit, Sidametrin and Ridomil against diplodia skindisease in Siam Banjar orange plant in Batola district. This research was conductedexperimentally using Completely Randomized Design. Based on the results obtained bycontrolling diplodia disease with no treatment (control), california slurry, and the mixturebetween pesticides and growth regulators did not have a significant difference. The largestaverage yield reduction was on the california slurry treatment of 3.15 cm2, followed by thesecond largest reduction area by a mixture of pesticides and growth regulators by 2.49 cm2 andthe widest reduction area of attack by no pesticied (control) of 1.39 cm2

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian aplikasi pestisida nabati yang berasal dari daun Tembakau, daun Pepaya, daun Mimba, kulit pohon Kepayang, dan bahan aktif Propenofos untuk mengendalikan hama daun pada tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis pestisida nabati yang efektif dalam mengendalikan serangan hama daun pada tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) dan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kerusakan daun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Februari-April 2020 di jalan Sukamara Kelurahan Landasan Ulin Utara Kecamatan Liang Anggang kota Banjarbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pestisida nabati dari ekstrak daun mimba sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat kerusakkan daun yang disebabkan oleh hama daun pada tanaman pakcoy.

Abstract

Problems of acidity and heavy metal levels in tidal land can be improved by using ameliorant one of them natural zeolite. Based on ability to exchange ions and improvements in chemical properties of the soil. Klaten natural zeolite of Yogyakarta contains 29.4% mordenite with size 500 nm -20 nm.This research using (RAL) one factor with 5 treatment, 4 replication and 20 unit experiment. The treatment consists of a). Control (0 ton.ha-1) b). 2.5 ton.ha-1 c). 5 ton.ha-1 d). 7.5 ton.ha-1 and e). 10 ton.ha-1 natural zeolite. Treatment 10 ton.ha-1 natural zeolite can decrease Fe2+ to 15.90 ppm and Al-dd to 1.07 me. 100 g-1 on soil.

Abstract

Research has been conducted with the title Exploration and Identification of Fungus Causing Disease Sawi Pakcoy Plant (Brassica rapa L). This study aims to find out the types of diseases and symptoms that attack in pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa L). This research was conducted in Guntung Payung, Landasan Ulin District, Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan (Field) and Agroecotechnology Production Laboratory of The Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarbaru. For field research conducted by visual observation of disease attack symptoms or by looking at the symptoms seen in plants in the field, followed by identifying disease-causing pathogens in the laboratory. Field sampling was randomly taken in four crop plots. Samples taken in the form of parts of plants affected by the disease. The results showed there are three types of mushrooms that attack the plant of mustard pakcoy, fungus found to be pathogenic and also parasites that cause mustard pakcoy to grow not optimally and also cause death. Fungus who attacked in each map is Fusarium sp., Phytophthora sp. and Curvularia sp.
