Abstract

Prediksi kebangkrutan sebagai early warning terhadap kondisi perusahaan, sangat membantu perusahaan yang mengalami kondisi financial distress agar bisa memperbaiki kinerjanya sebelum kebangkrutan terjadi.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan PT Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk., dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam bentuk laporan keuangan PT Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk., tahun 2010 sampai 2019. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kondisi keuangan perusahaan termasuk ke dalam kategori bangkrut karena nilai kriteria perhitungan dari tahun 2010 sampai 2019 berada pada nilai Z < 1,81. Meskipun diprediksi dalam bangkrut, perusahaan tetap beroperasi karena mendapatkan pinjaman dari induk usaha Pinnacel Company Limited sebesar 90,45% atas saham INRU.

Abstract

This study describes the condition of the financial performance of UKM Mart Dharma Karya Palembang in the 2015-2019 period. This study used secondary data in the form of income statements for the last five years. Methods of data collection are carried out by means of interviews, documentary observations, and library research. The results showed that the financial performance of Mart Dharma Karya UKM during the last five years was considered very poor. This shows that the company has not been able to manage its finances effectively based on profitability ratios, namely return on equity which is considered very poor and continues to decline. As for the efforts that must be made by the company to increase the equity generated from the remaining operating results (SHU), namely by adding new members to join the KPRI Dharma Karya Palembang Cooperative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai valuasi harga saham pada PT Unilever Indonesia Periode 2017-2021 dengan menggunakan metode Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) yang akan dibandingkan dengan nilai pasar sahamnya. Perbandingan yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tersebut akan menentukan kondisi perusahaan dan keputusan investasi yang dapat diambil oleh para investor. Nilai tersebut dapat mencerminkan apakah perusahaan tersebut undervalue, fairvalue atau overvalue. Pendekatan yang digunakan dengan memperhitungkan seluruh nilai arus kas yang mengalir di perusahaan, yaitu berupa dividen dan laba perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Investing, Trading view, RTI Business, Yahoo Finance dan Indo Premier untuk melihat laporan keuangan dan data penunjang lainnya periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa nilai intrinsik saham UNVR berada pada kondisi undervalue. Keputusan yang sebaiknya dapat diambil terhadap saham UNVR adalah para investor dapat  melakukan pembelian, atau menambah kepemilikan sahamnya dan menahan saham tersebut.

Abstract

Pemulihan industri pariwisata agar pulih lebih cepat, bangkit lebih kuat dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke destinasi wisata. Namun upaya ini dapat terjadi jika wisatawan menyadari keberadaan destinasi-destinasi wisata yang dapat mereka kunjungi. Salah satu destinasi wisata di Sumatera Selatan adalah Agrowisata, Desa Gelebak Dalam, Kabupaten Banyuasin, yang merupakan salah satu daerah tingkat II di Provinsi tersebut. Belum banyak masyarakat yang menyadari keberadaan destinasi wisata tersebut, termasuk masyarakat yang berada berdekatan dengan destinasi wisata tersebut, seperti masyarakat yang berada di Kota Palembang. Sehingga menjadi perlu menjadi perlu untuk dilakukan upaya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan destinasi wisata Agrowisata, Desa Gelebak Dalam, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Target sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata, termasuk mitra penyedia jasa pariwisata dan masyarakat daerah terdekat seperti masyarakat Kota Palembang. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: tahapan perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sebagai bagian dari keseluruhan rangkaian kegiatan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, disebarkan konten secara digital. Penggunaan konten promosi secara digital di Instagram oleh tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat secara optimal tentang keberadaan jasa pariwisata berupa destinasi agrowisata di Kabupaten Banyuasin

Abstract

The business model has an important character in influencing the ability of the business to increase competition and predetermined business targets. One tool or business model that can be used successfully is the Business Model Canvas (BMC) which focuses on business concepts in realizing business value. This study analyzes the business model used in the Rose Cookies Home Industry and the problems experienced by the home industry when sales fluctuate due to distribution that only relies on Facebook social media and the financial structure is not detailed. The purpose of this research is to grow the home industry of pastries. The method applied in the following research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through direct interviews with home industry entrepreneurs. The results of the following research are evaluating the 9 elements of the Business Model Canvas to increase market activity and financing structures in the cookie home industry. It is hoped that this research can be useful for increasing revenue streams and growing businesses so they can compete in the future. Keywords: Business Model Canvas, Home Industry, Pastry

Abstract

This research aims to prepare an operational budget for MSMEs Tahu XYZ Sako Palembang Branch as an effort to control costs and effective financial planning. Budget preparation is considered important because it can be a tool of managerial control, a means of evaluation, as well as a basis for decision-making that supports business sustainability. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data was obtained through interviews with owners and employees, direct observation of production activities, and documentation of financial statements. Secondary data in the form of MSME financial records for the period 2022 to 2024 were also analyzed to produce a comprehensive picture of the company's condition. The results of the study show that so far MSMEs have not prepared operational budgets in a structured manner, making it difficult to monitor financial conditions and performance thoroughly. After preparing the budget, it was found that the selling price of the product was lower than the production cost, causing a loss of IDR 5,028,927 in 2025. The budget also shows that the burden of non-production costs, such as marketing and distribution costs, is quite high and needs to be controlled. On the other hand, the results of interviews with consumers show that the majority are willing to accept an increase in the selling price of products as long as the quality is maintained, the service does not decrease, and the added value is still felt. These findings confirm that the preparation of operational budgets is an important instrument in supporting cost efficiency, determining the right selling price, and the sustainability of MSMEs.

Abstract

This community service program empowered the Kemuning Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Prabumulih through a Business Feasibility Study Workshop to address managerial challenges and enhance business sustainability. A participatory approach was applied to build technical capacity in five areas: (1) basic financial management, (2) digital marketing strategies using WhatsApp, (3) optimizing limited land production through recycled hydroponics and tiered polybag cultivation, (4) human resource management based on skill mapping, and (5) structured risk mitigation. Collaboration among PT Pertamina EP Prabumulih Field, Sriwijaya State Polytechnic, and the local government was key to success. Outputs included operational documents and behavioral changes in business management. Evaluation showed improved KWT capacity in financial feasibility, production efficiency, and risk readiness, transforming the business model from subsistence to sustainable women’s agripreneurship.

Abstract

SQ Florist has been a flower board-making service provider since 2019. Currently, SQ Florist faces several obstacles, including ineffective social media promotions, limited staff training in digital marketing, and a suboptimal flower board production process. Furthermore, revenue recording is still manual, resulting in inefficient financial management. This study aims to expand market reach while improving service quality so that SQ Florist can compete better. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis tool uses the Business Model Canvas, which describes nine business elements including customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. The analysis results show that SQ Florist's business model is generally quite good, although there are areas for improvement, particularly in building relationships with customers, digital marketing, and product innovation. The use of social media such as Instagram and TikTok must be optimized by presenting promotional content in the form of attractive photos and videos to make online marketing more effective. Additionally, improving supplier relationships and offering differentiated products, such as flower bouquets or cash, can increase customer value. To facilitate decision-making, it is recommended to improve financial record-keeping through the use of digital applications. This step is expected to enable SQ Florist to improve its business sustainability, open more market opportunities, and compete more competitively in the creative services industry. By improving each element of the BMC, it is hoped that business sustainability and competitiveness can be further enhanced.
