Abstract

The digitalization of cooperative services aims to provide convenience, speed, comfort, and security in transactions for cooperative members. Improved financial performance reflects good financial health. When a process is evaluated and monitored periodically, the results will reflect its performance. This study aims to determine how the digitalization of services affects the financial performance of cooperatives in Surabaya. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research sample consists of financial reports produced by cooperatives that have adopted service digitalization. The results show that digitalization of services affects financial performance (ROA, ROE, NIM). Digitalization of services has a significant impact on the financial performance of cooperatives, which has developed along with technological advancements. This research is limited to the Surabaya area, so the results may not be applicable to cooperatives in other regionsKEYWORDS: Accounting, Digitalization, Financial Performance, Cooperatives, Services

Abstract

This study investigates the challenges and strategies associated with implementing web archiving across various institutions in Indonesia, including Universitas Terbuka, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Universitas Mataram, Universitas Diponegoro, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, and several regional archival and library offices. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research combines quantitative data from a survey of 235 archivists and information professionals with qualitative insights gathered through interviews with institutional representatives. The findings revealed a limited familiarity with the concept and practice of web archiving among respondents, which hinders both interest and institutional readiness to adopt such practices. Contributing factors include gaps in digital literacy, inadequate training, and lack of institutional policy frameworks. To address these issues, the study recommends systematic efforts to improve digital competencies through targeted training programs and awareness campaigns. Enhanced understanding of web archiving is crucial for ensuring the long-term preservation of digital information, particularly in an era marked by rapid technological change and increased reliance on web-based content. The research underscores the need for collaborative strategies and policy integration to foster a sustainable web archiving culture across academic and government institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of information quality, social media marketing, and perceived ease of use on e-ticket purchasing decisions using the tiket.com mobile application mediated by trust. Method – This research applied quantitative methods and a causally associative approach. The population of this study is tiket.com customers in Surabaya, where the number is not known with certainty. Sampling measurement uses the Hair approach, so the number of samples obtained is 130 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. Data analysis techniques use partial least squares-structural equality modelling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS statistical tool. Findings – The findings show that quality information, social media marketing, perceived ease of use, and trust positively affect online purchase decisions. Trust can mediate the effect of quality information and social media marketing on online purchase decisions. However, trust cannot mediate the influence of perceived ease of use on online purchase decisions. Implications – Theoretically, this study can strengthen the understanding of the importance of trust in digital consumer behavior. Practically, companies like tiket.com need to focus on presenting accurate information, social media strategies that build trust, and easy and comfortable user experiences.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of the Multi-Enterprise Cooperative in the Dukuh Menanggal district of Surabaya in 2018 - 2022 using the Trend Common Size Financial Statement Method and financial ratio analysis. The object used in this research is the analysis of financial reports for five years, namely 2018 - 2022. Multi-Enterprise Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal sub-district, Surabaya a. The population in this study is the entire financial report of the Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal sub-district, Surabaya. The sample is a portion of the financial report from the Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal sub-district, Surabaya financial report in 2018 - 2022. The data analysis method in the financial report is used to measure, know, describe, determine and compare the proportions of the items in the report balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow. The results of the Common-size analysis show that short-term financial conditions seen from the percentage of current liabilities to total liabilities tend to increase. As well as showing the condition of business results seen from the Net profit, it shows that the percentage of net profit to revenue tends to increase. Overall, the financial performance of the Multipurpose Cooperative, Dukuh Menanggal subdistrict, Surabaya is in good condition

Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi dalam berbagai hal telah berkembang pesat begitu pula dalam pertanian, dengan hal ini masyarakat bisa memanfaatkan lahan kosong dipekarangan rumah untuk bercocok tanam dengan cara hidroponik. Kegiataan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ilmu dan pengalaman baru dalam bercocok tanam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemaparan materi, praktik dan pelatihan tanaman hidroponik, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang bisa didapat dari pelatihan pemberdayaan hidroponik ini, antaranya penggunaan lahan yang lebih efesien, Tanaman berproduksi dengan memanfaatkan air, waktu tanam singkat, dan hasil produksi lebih tinggi dan lebih bersih.
