Abstract

Abstract A research carried out from 26 th August untill 1 th October 2010 in Mayoretno village, Matesih district, Karanganyar regency at the elevation of 500 meters above sea levels. The aim of the research to controle attact Caterpillar Leaf Worm Crop Mustard ( Crocidolomia binotalis Zell.)with Organic Insecticide The research method used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with ten treatmens and three replications, are : control,  Beauveria bassiana 7,5 cc/l ; 15 cc/l; 22,5 cc/l concentration; Extract Mahkota Dewa seed1,5 cc/l; 3 cc/l; 4,5 cc/lconcentration and  extract mimba seed 1 cc/l; 2 cc/l; 3 cc/l  concentration. The data were analysed using an Analysis of Variance and Duncans Multiple Range Test 5%. Beauveria bassiana with 22,5 cc/l concentration Insecticide is proven effective insecticide can give storey level death of highest larva 44,19 % and this effect lowest intencity caterpillar leaf worm 18,33 % so that can give highest weight consumtion per plant namely 184,56 g. Abstract

The research "The effect kind of mulch and pruning on the growth and yield of watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris schard). Aimed to known the effect kind of mulching and pruning on the growth and yield of watermelon. Had been done 21th May 2013 to 19th July 2013 Tohudan village, Colomadu district, Karanganyar regency with altitude of 110 meters above sea level. This research arranged by Completely Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with two factors treatments. The first factor is kind of mulch consist of: without the mulch, the reeds mulch, straw mulch, silver black plastic of mulch, and black silver plastic of mulch. The second factor is the effect pruning consists of: without the pruning and with pruning so the obtained ten combined treatment and three replication. The results showed, (1) Treatment kinds of mulch increase Length of Plant, weigh of fruits, circle of fruits, fresh weight of biomass, and dry weight of biomass (2) The best results are treatments silver black plastic of mulch with a length of plant 353,98 cm, and weight of fruit 5.47 kg. (3) Treatment without pruning give results of length of plant the highest 319, 84 cm. (4) The interaction between the kinds of mulch with pruning had no effect at all parameters.   Key words : mulch, pruning, watermelon

Abstract

The research about "The Effect of Dosage Fertilizer Compost Water Hyacinth and Plant Distance on Growth and Yield mustard (Brassica juncea L.)" was done from February 26th to May 16th, 2013 in the village of Kunden, Wirogunan sub district, Kartasura district, Sukoharjo regency. This research aims to study the best dosage and plant distance can improve the growth and yield of mustard plants optimum and the interaction between dosage and plant distance. The research using Randomized Complete Block design (RCBD) consists of two factors treatments with three replications. The research show that: (1) the treatment of dosage fertilizer compost of water hyacinth was effect on improve number of leaves, fresh weight of plant, weight the plant of consumed, and dry weight of plant,(2) the giving fertilizer compost of water hyacinth with dosage 2 kg/m2 is the best dosage because improve growth yield mustard plants optimal namely  11,44 sheet,  fresh weight of plant namely  91,16 g, weight the plant of consumed namely 65,24 g , and dry weight of plant namely 7,01 g,(3) the treatment of plant distance was effect on improve number of leaves, length of leaves, fresh weight of plant, weight the plant of consumed, dry weight of plant,and index of harvest , (4) treatment plant distance of 20x20 cm is the best plant distance  because improve growth yield mustard plants optimal namely 11 sheet,  length of leaves namely 17,94 cm, fresh weight of plant namely 89,46 g, weight the plant of consumed namely 64,62 g, and dry weight of plant namely 7,61 g, (5) no interaction between dosage fertilizer compost water hyacinth and plant distance on growth and yield of mustard. Abstract

The of research "INFLUENCE CONCENTRATION AND FREQUENCY APPLICATIONS ISOPROTHIOLANE ON THE GROWTH AND YIELD  the curly red chili (Capsicum annuum L.)" has been done on 6th Apriluntil14th July 2013 in Green House of Agriculture Faculty SlametRiyadi University which is located in Kadipiro Village, Banjarsari district, Surakarta regency, Central Java province. This research aims to known the concentration and frequency application the  isoprothiolane that can improve crop growth and the yield of curly red chili optimally This research arranged was Completely Randomized Design (CRD), The results show that giving : Isoprothiolanein pepper red curly significant effect on increas thenumber of fruits per crop, length of fruit, diameter of fruit, weight of fruit per crop, but did not significantly effect height of plant, the fresh weight of biomass and the dry weight of biomass. Giving isoprothiolane with concentration 0.4 ml / l of water and 2 times theapplicationgivesthe highest result on the number offruitspercropis13.67, length of fruit is14.33cm, diameter of fruitis6.84mm, andweight offruitpercropis 25.20g. Abstract

Dalam teknologi budidaya pertanian terdapat zat pengatur tumbuh yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Salah satu zat pengatur tumbuh yang alami dan mudah mendapatkannya serta banyak tersedia adalah air kelapa muda. Penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Komsentrasi Air Kelapa Muda terhadap hasil Tiga Varietas Ubi jalar bertujuan untuk menguji konsentrasi air kelapa muda pada hasil tiga varietas Ubi jalar di desa Plupuh, kecamatan Plupuh, kabupaten Sragen. Dengan ketinggian tempat 140 m dpl, jenis tanah grumosol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) Split Plot dengan tiga kali ulangan. Peubah yang digunakan Jumlah buah per tanaman, Diameter ubi jalar pertanaman (cm), Berat segar Ubi jalar (g), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian konsentrasi air kelapa muda tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil tiga varietas ubi jalar. Konsentrasi air kelapa muda hanya berpengaruh pada diameter ubi. Konsentrasi air kelapa muda 50 ml/l air menghasilkan diameter ubi jalar terbesar pada varietas antin 2.Kata kunci : konsentrasi, air kelapa, varietas, ubi jalar

Abstract

Salah satu unsur hara yang alami dan mudah mendapatkannya serta banyak tersedia adalah air limbah ampas kopi dan media tanam. Penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Limbah Ampas Kopi dan Macam Media terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Sorgum di Polybag bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis limbah ampas kopi dan macam media terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sorgum di polybag, dilaksanakan bulan April sampai Agustus 2018, di Green House Fakultas Pertanian UNISRI Mojosongo. Dengan ketinggian tempat 140 mdpl, jenis tanah grumosol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan. Peubah yang digunakan yaitu Tinggi tanaman, Jumlah daun, Berat segar brangkasan, Berat kering brangkasan, Jumlah biji per malai, Berat 100 biji dan berat kering biji per malai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian dosis limbah ampas kopi berpengaruh terhadap berat segar brangkasan dan berat kering biji per malai, Pemberian macam media tanam tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua parameter pengamatan serta tidak terdapat interaksi antara pemberian dosis limbsh ampas kopi dan macam media tanam terhadap semua parameter pengamatan tanaman sorgumKata kunci : Limbah ampas kopi, media tanam, sorgum, polybag

Abstract

This study is entitled Study of Biofertilizer Types of Grasshopper Pest Intensity on Black Corn (Black Aztec) with the aim to study the types of biological fertilizer on grasshopper pest intensity. which began on November 9, 2019, in Jembangan Hamlet, Gagaksipat Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali District, Central Java, with a height of 150m (asl). This research uses factorial basic design complete randomized block design (RCBD) arranged in a single factor consisting of 10 treatments 3 replications. From the results of this study were analyzed with the Dancun multiple range test (Duncan Multiple Range Test / DMRT) at a level of 5%. Observations observed included: symptoms of attack, intensity of attacks, fresh weight of cob with skin, fresh weight of stover, weight of 100 seeds. The results of the research show that: (1) Symptoms of locust pest attacks appear evenly on Biotogrow biofertilizers, symptoms of pest attacks begin to appear at the age of 20 days after planting. (2) The treatment of biological fertilizers affects the intensity of pest attacks on maize plants with the highest Biotogrow biofertilizers namely 22.6 and the lowest attacks on Megarizho fertilizers namely 13.8. (3) Megarizho biological fertilizer treatment can reduce locust pest attack,.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang “Kajian Dosis dan Macam Pupuk Organik Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kolesom (Talinum triangulare)” telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 20 September 2020 sampai dengan 18 Desember 2020 di Kecamatan Serengan, Surakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penggunaan dosis dan macam pupuk organik yang tepat pada pertumbuhan tanaman kolesom. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan faktor tunggal yakni dosis dan macam pupuk organik. Adapun perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (K) Tanpa pupuk organik, (P1) Pupuk kompos 22,615 gram/tanaman, (P2) Pupuk kompos 45,3 gram/tanaman, (P3) Pupuk kompos 67,915 gram/tanaman, (S1) Pupuk kandang sapi 9,3 gram/tanaman, (S2) Pupuk kandang sapi 18,6 gram/tanaman, (S3) Pupuk kandang sapi 27,9 gram/tanaman, (G1) Pupuk guano 0,17 gram/tanaman, (G2) Pupuk guano 0,34 gram/tanaman, (G3) Pupuk guano 0,51 gram/tanaman. Masing – masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali, sehingga jumlahnya 30 polybag. Analisis Ragam digunakan dalam proses menganalisis data, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa (1) perlakuan dosis dan macam pupuk organik tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tetapi memberikan pengaruh pada hasil tanaman, (2) perlakuan pupuk kompos 67,915 gram/tanaman (P3) memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat pucuk pangkasan yaitu sebesar 143 gram.

Abstract

Research on "Study of Kinds of Mulch Against the Intensity of Phakopsora pachyrhizi Leaf Rust Disease in Three Soybean Varieties (Glycine Max (L.) Merrill)". This study aims to examine the kinds of mulch on the intensity of Phakopsora Pachyrhizi leaf rust disease in three varieties of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). The study used a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) arranged in a split plot consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely the variety of soybean varieties as the main plot (main plot) and the kinds of mulch as a sub plot (subplots), each treatment was repeated 3 times. Data were analyzed using Variance Analysis and followed by Honest Real Difference Test at the 5% level. The results showed the symptoms of Phakopsora pachyrizhi leaf rust disease on soybean plants first appeared at the age of 30 days after planting. Silver black plastic mulch and straw organic mulch were able to reduce the intensity of Phakopsora pachyrizhi leaf rust disease in Anjasmoro variety. The Anjasmoro variety was able to increase the yield on the number of pods and the number of seeds, the Grobogan variety was able to increase the yield on the weight of 100 seeds, and the Biosoy variety was able to increase the yield on pod weight and seed weight.
