Abstract

Cibodas Village in Pasirjambu District, ‘Bandung Regency’, has been designated a Pioneer Tourism Village since December 2022. Despite its abundant natural and cultural potential, the management of this tourism village remains suboptimal, particularly in terms of business planning and financial management. Based on the results of the first phase of community service visits by the Telkom University team, improvements to the previously developed Business Model Canvas (BMC) were identified. This second phase of community service aimed to provide further solutions for developing and updating the BMC through a participatory lecture approach, involving local stakeholders such as farmer groups, MSMEs, village officials, and tourism managers. The methods used included presentation materials, group discussions, BMC development simulations, and participant assessments. Results showed that participants were able to restructure the nine main elements of the BMC in a more realistic and relevant way to the village's conditions. Furthermore, this activity successfully raised public awareness of the importance of financial record-keeping and digital marketing strategies. The evaluation showed that over 70% of participants experienced an improved understanding of village tourism business planning. This activity contributes to building a more focused and sustainable community-based tourism business governance, and can be replicated in other pioneering tourism villages.ABSTRAKDesa Cibodas di Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten ‘Bandung’, telah ditetapkan sebagai Desa Wisata Rintisan sejak Desember 2022. Meskipun memiliki potensi alam dan budaya yang melimpah, pengelolaan desa wisata ini masih belum optimal, terutama dalam aspek perencanaan bisnis dan pengelolaan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil kunjungan pengabdian tahap pertama oleh tim Universitas Telkom, ditemukan perlunya penyempurnaan Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang telah disusun sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian tahap kedua ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi lanjutan dalam penyusunan dan pemutakhiran BMC melalui pendekatan ceramah partisipatif, yang melibatkan stakeholder lokal seperti kelompok tani, pelaku UMKM, perangkat desa, dan pengelola wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi material presentasi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi penyusunan BMC, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menyusun ulang sembilan elemen utama BMC secara lebih realistis dan relevan dengan kondisi desa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran digital. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 70% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap perencanaan usaha desa wisata. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam membangun tata kelola usaha pariwisata berbasis komunitas yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan, serta dapat direplikasi di desa wisata rintisan lainnya.

Abstract

Purpose – The researcher conducted this study to analyze the effect on service quality variables (X1) and product price variables (X2) on the variable purchase results (Y) at PT Lunindo in Batam City. This research uses quantitative methods and distributes data by distributing questionnaires. Methodology/approach – The population in this study were 149 people. Using data collection techniques with sampling techniques with non probability sampling techniques in Purposive sampling technique. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula at a significant level of 0.05 because respondents was 109 people, then the questionnaire will be distributed to 109 respondents. The next set, data collected through Assistance multiple regression of analysis and with program SPSS. Findings – The results of this study indicate the service quality variable (X1) and product price variable (X2) which have a positive and significant effect on the outcome variable purchase (Y) at PT Lunindo in Batam City. Service quality variable (X1) with positive and significant consideration of purchasing decisions (Y), and product price variables (X2) are fully understood positively and significantly towards purchasing decisions (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and product price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at PT Lunindo in Batam City Novelty/value – Delve into the specific industry or sector that PT Lunindo operates within. Research could emphasize how service quality and product pricing impact purchasing decisions uniquely within that industry, potentially uncovering sector-specific patterns.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the process of writing scientific articles has the potential to improve the research competence of postgraduate students, both in terms of efficiency, quality, and development of ethical perspectives. The hybrid workshop training themed "Improving Research Competence through Writing Scientific Articles with the Assistance of AI Technology" at the Postgraduate School of Pakuan University was attended by 178 participants from various study programs. This training focused on the use of AI-based tools, such as Jenny AI and Quillbot AI for drafting and improving text coherence, Avidnote AI in literature management and annotation, and Scite AI for evaluating reference credibility. The evaluation showed that the majority of participants rated the material as very relevant (55.1%) and relevant (38.8%) to their research needs, especially in the technical aspects of utilizing AI tools, ethics of use (eg prevention of plagiarism), and understanding scientific integrity. Although in general the material and committee services were considered clear, participants indicated the need for more in-depth follow-up training, including onsite sessions that focused on strengthening practical skills and managing academic writing ethics. Thus, this training contributes to improving students' research competence through the integration of AI technology in scientific writing. Future recommendations include the development of more structured advanced training modules, ongoing mentoring, and the development of materials on ethical management of AI use, so that the impact of training can be more sustainable and comprehensive.ABSTRAKPenggunaan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence, AI) dalam proses penulisan artikel ilmiah berpotensi meningkatkan kompetensi penelitian mahasiswa pascasarjana, baik dari segi efisiensi, kualitas, maupun pengembangan perspektif etis. Pelatihan hybrid workshop bertema "Peningkatan Kompetensi Penelitian melalui Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah dengan Bantuan Teknologi AI" di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pakuan diikuti oleh 178 peserta dari berbagai program studi. Pelatihan ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan alat berbasis AI, seperti Jenny AI dan Quillbot AI untuk penyusunan draf dan peningkatan koherensi teks, Avidnote AI dalam manajemen dan anotasi literatur, serta Scite AI untuk evaluasi kredibilitas referensi. Evaluasi menunjukkan mayoritas peserta menilai materi sebagai sangat relevan (55,1%) dan relevan (38,8%) dengan kebutuhan penelitian mereka, khususnya dalam aspek teknis pemanfaatan alat AI, etika penggunaan (misalnya pencegahan plagiarisme), serta pemahaman integritas ilmiah. Meskipun secara umum materi dan pelayanan panitia dinilai jelas, peserta mengindikasikan perlunya pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih mendalam, termasuk sesi onsite yang berfokus pada penguatan keterampilan praktis dan pengelolaan etika penulisan akademik. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi penelitian mahasiswa melalui integrasi teknologi AI dalam penulisan ilmiah. Rekomendasi ke depan mencakup penyusunan modul pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih terstruktur, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta pengembangan materi tentang pengelolaan etis penggunaan AI, sehingga dampak pelatihan dapat lebih berkelanjutan dan komprehensif.

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan aspek kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional sangatberpengaruh terhadap motivasi guru untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuanyaitu guna menganalisa bagaimana kedua aspek kepemimpinan tersebut memengaruhi motivasi kerja gurudi Cerdas Ceria Bilingual School. Kepemimpinan transformasional berkontribusi melalui inspirasi,pengembangan individu, serta stimulasi intelektual, sementara kepemimpinan transaksional menekankankepada penghargaan bersyarat serta pengawasan berbasis kesepakatan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metodekuantitatif deskriptif melalui teknik analisis data SEM-PLS serta analisis lanjutan berupa Multi GroupAnalysis (MGA) yang melibatkan 126 responden. Temuan penelitian memperlihatan bahwasanyakepemimpinan transformasional serta transaksional berdampak positif serta signifikan kepada motivasikerja guru, dengan nilai t-statistic masing-masing sebesar 12,3096 dan 15,1491. Hasil ini diharapkan bisadijadikan acuan untuk kepala sekolah guna mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan secara efektif untukmenaikkan tingkat motivasi serta kinerja guru.Kata kunci: Kepala sekolah, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepemimpinan Transaksional,Motivasi Guru

Abstract

- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian kuantitatif bidang sosial menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos untuk jumlah sampel medium. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan keempat jenis software tersebut untuk didapatkan perbandingan hasil analisis. Analisis dalam penelitian ini fokus pada analisis uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Data hasil penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari data kuesioner untuk jumlah sampel medium  yang berjumlah 122 responden dengan empat variabel penelitian, yaitu variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, leader member exchange, organizational citizenship behaviour dan kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk jumlah sampel medium tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai signifikansi p-value dan t-value. Nilai determinasi yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, serta nilai korelasi pada persamaan struktural yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership on employee performance, work environment on employee performance. This research is a quantitative causality study that aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and environmental variables. work on employee performance through job satisfaction. In addition, the research also aims to predict and develop theory. Seeing the shape of the model and the number of endogenous variables that are more than one, the appropriate analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS) with smartPLS 3.0 software tools. The respondents of this study were 270 hospital employees who were determined by the simple random sampling method. Data were obtained from distributing online questionnaires via social media. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The independent variables in this study were transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of Hospitals Employee. The stages of data testing are validity test, reliability test, termination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has an effect on employee performance, the physical work environment has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of training and the physical work environment on healthcare worker performance in a hospital context. It advances human resource and performance theory by clarifying the differential explanatory power of capability development and environmental conditions, while introducing gender-based heterogeneity into the performance model. Using a quantitative causal design, data from 153 healthcare workers were analyzed through SEM-PLS. Overall performance was rated high, as were training and physical work environment conditions. Structural results indicate that both variables contribute to performance, yet gender-based analysis reveals that training does not significantly predict performance across groups, whereas the physical work environment exerts a substantially stronger effect on male employees than on female employees. These findings underscore the strategic importance of designing evidence-based, gender-sensitive HR policies to optimize healthcare workforce performance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed marketing practices, particularly through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which enables more efficient, measurable, and personalized strategies. However, the application of AI in digital marketing remains underutilized among university students, including those in the Business Digital and Entrepreneurship Study Program at Universitas Al-Irsyad Cilacap. This community service program aims to enhance students’ competencies in implementing AI—specifically through the Manus AI platform—in the context of digital marketing. The activity employed In-Service Training (IST) and On-Service Training (OST) methods, conducted online via Zoom Meeting, involving 51 participants comprising students and lecturers. The implementation consisted of three stages: preparation, execution, and evaluation. Evaluation instruments included pre-tests and post-tests to measure cognitive improvement, as well as questionnaires to assess participant responses. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of AI-based digital marketing concepts, with a 45% average increase in post-test scores. Additionally, participants expressed high levels of satisfaction with the interactive and practical learning approach. It is concluded that this workshop effectively increased participants’ competencies in utilizing AI for digital marketing and serves as a replicable model for similar training initiatives in other educational institutions.ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pemasaran, khususnya dengan hadirnya kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) yang memungkinkan strategi pemasaran menjadi lebih efisien, terukur, dan personal. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi ini masih belum optimal di kalangan mahasiswa, termasuk mahasiswa Program Studi Bisnis Digital dan Kewirausahaan Universitas Al-Irsyad Cilacap. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam mengimplementasikan AI, khususnya melalui platform Manus AI, dalam konteks digital marketing. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan In-Service Training (IST) dan On-Service Training (OST) secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting, yang diikuti oleh 51 peserta yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Instrumen evaluasi berupa pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta, serta angket untuk mengetahui respon terhadap kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konsep digital marketing berbasis AI, serta tingginya antusiasme peserta terhadap pendekatan yang digunakan. Analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pemahaman peserta sebesar 45% setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa workshop ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta terhadap pemanfaatan AI dalam digital marketing, serta dapat menjadi model pelatihan yang aplikatif, inovatif, dan mudah direplikasi di institusi pendidikan lainnya.
