Abstract

The company's success is determined by a strategy that is adjusted to the situation and conditions of the target market. Companies are required to implement a wise marketing strategy by analyzing the situation and target market, setting the right marketing goals, and designing marketing strategies that can adapt to increasingly competitive business situations. All of these policies will help the company to achieve the targets. This study aims to determine the role of prices and product innovation in increasing consumer buying interest in PT. Indaco Warna Dunia on Batam city. Using multiple linear analysis, T test to determine the effect partially, F test to determine the effect simultaneously, R Test to find out how strong the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Processing data using SPSS 16. The results of this study are that prices have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Product innovation has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Together, price and product innovation have a significant effect on consumers' buying interest.

Abstract

In financial service institutions there are two, namely banks and no banks, non-bank institutions are very useful for the benefit of people who want to borrow money at very low interest, the condition of doing credit if the community has goods to be guaranteed to PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. The quality of services and facilities is something that must be maintained and continuously improved by PT Pegadaian for customer satisfaction, because the quality of services and good facilities will make people happy to use services offered by PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the quality of services and facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. In this study the sampling method uses a porposive sampling technique because in a porposive sampling technique, which criteria are made into samples because not all criteria are made as samples. The method in this study is descriptive analysis using primary data and using a questionnaire to find out the results of respondents' responses to the quality of service, facilities and satisfaction felt by customers when using the services of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam Branch. The sample in this study were 392 respondents and the scale of measurement using the Likert Scale, and testing data using SPSS 20 and the results of the hypotheses obtained were that service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, facility variables had a significant effect on customer satisfaktion, and together sevice variables and facilities have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) post-mine closure on community empowerment and economic resilience in post-mining communities around Gn. Pongkor, Indonesia. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with nine key informants, including local leaders, community members, and CSR officers, alongside document analysis and participant observation. Findings reveal that participatory CSR initiatives—such as vocational training, agricultural cooperatives, and environmental rehabilitation—enhance community empowerment by fostering collective ownership and institutional collaboration. However, challenges persist, including inconsistent program continuity, market access barriers, and environmental degradation. The research concludes that effective CSR requires long-term stakeholder engagement, localized governance, and alignment with global sustainability frameworks to ensure post-closure resilience. This study advances CSR theory by demonstrating how context-driven, community-led strategies can transform post-mining recovery, offering practical insights for policymakers and corporations in resource-dependent economies. Abstract

The training program "Writing Qualitative Manuscripts Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Qwen 2.5" served as a strategic initiative to develop digital academic competencies. Employing an interactive and practical approach, it introduced Qwen 2.5 as a generative AI tool to support the writing, analysis, and refinement of qualitative manuscripts. Using a closed questionnaire, the evaluation revealed a high level of participant satisfaction. Most participants affirmed the content's relevance and the effectiveness of the delivery methods. These findings confirm Qwen 2.5's potential in accelerating academic writing while fostering ethical awareness in AI usage within research contexts.ABSTRAKPelatihan "Menulis Manuskrip Kualitatif dengan Bantuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Qwen 2.5" merupakan program strategis dalam memperkuat keterampilan digital akademik. Kegiatan ini memanfaatkan pendekatan interaktif untuk mengenalkan Qwen 2.5 sebagai alat bantu dalam penyusunan, analisis, dan penyempurnaan manuskrip ilmiah. Evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan dengan kuesioner tertutup dan hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Mayoritas peserta menilai bahwa materi pelatihan relevan dan metode penyampaian efektif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Qwen 2.5 dapat mempercepat proses penulisan tanpa mengabaikan kualitas akademik, sekaligus mendorong refleksi etis terhadap penggunaan AI dalam ranah ilmiah.

Abstract

Entering 2020, the global economy is facing great pressure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has causedinstability in various countries. The impact can be seen on capital markets and currency exchange rates. Fluctuationsin the "Composite Stock Price Index" (IHSG) in Indonesia reflect volatility in the money market and capital market,the decline in the value of the rupiah against the US dollar, and changes in global gold prices. Gold prices werehighest in August 2020 and lowest in January 2020, while the rupiah exchange rate reached its peak in April 2020and fell in January 2020. JCI showed recovery, reaching its peak in April 2022 after a sharp decline in March 2020.This research examines how the JCI is influenced by gold prices and currency exchange rates between 2020 and 2022.These findings highlight the complexity and interconnectivity between global commodity markets, exchange rates, andthe performance of the Indonesian capital market. This research provides insight for investors, policy makers andacademics in understanding the factors that influence the JCI, especially in the context of global economic shockssuch as the COVID-19 pandemic. Secondary data was taken from Bank Indonesia and Investing.com reports for 2020-2022, analyzing world gold prices, the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar, and the IHSG. Analysis shows thatthe JCI is not significantly influenced by the exchange rate or gold price. Keywords-Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG); gold price, rupiah exchange rate.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a shift in payment mode preferences from cash to cashless, particularly the use ofe-wallets. However, e-wallets' security and public confidence remain extremely poor. To improve people'swillingness to use e-wallets, trust and security, preferably capable of protecting users' personal data, are required.Thesupport purpose of this study was off determine the impact of trust and perceived security on the desire to use ewallets among Generation Z in Bandung. The characteristics researched are concerned with people's feelings of trustand security when utilizing e-wallets. The research approach adopted is quantitative. Aside from that, the datasources are main and secondary data. Primary data were gathered via questionnaire responses, while secondarydata were obtained from literature research in the form of books and associated publications. Based on the findingsof this research, it is evident that the level of trust significantly influences the intention to use digital wallets.Furthermore, the perception of security also plays a significant role in influencing the intention to use digital wallets.A higher perception of security correlates with an increased intention to use, whereas a lower perception of securityresults in a decreased intention to use. The results of this research show that the trust variable and securityperception variable have a significant influence on the intention to use digital wallets among generation Z inBandung City. Apart from that, according to the results of the descriptive analysis, it is known that Generation Z'strust in e-wallets is already in the good category and Generation Z's perception of security towards e-wallets is inthe good category. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana fluktuasi harga minyak global dan tingkat inflasi memengaruhikinerja Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode Januari 2020 hinggaSeptember 2023. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), dengan Bursa EfekIndonesia sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data timeseries. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mencakup harga minyak dunia, tingkatinflasi, dan nilai IHSG. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkatlunak Stata. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji t, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari variabel hargaminyak global terhadap IHSG pada periode Januari 2020 – September 2023. Hal yang sama juga berlaku untukvariabel tingkat inflasi, yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG pada periode yang sama. Selainitu, uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel harga minyak global dan tingkat inflasi berpengaruh signifikanterhadap IHSG selama periode Januari 2020 – September 2023. Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, kinerja pegawaimenjadi salah satu aspek krusial yang harus diperhatikan. Kinerja yang optimal dapat dicapai melalui berbagai faktor,di antaranya disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Namun, data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kendala dalam disiplin kerjadan motivasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Oleh karena itu,penelitian ini berusaha untuk mencaritahu pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai diinstansi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruhmotivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas KesehatanKepulauan Bangka Belitung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui disiplin kerja pegawai DinasKesehatan Kepulauan Bangka Belitung; 2) mengetahui bagaimana motivasi kerja pegawai Dinas KesehatanKepulauan Bangka Belitung; 3) mengetahui kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kepulauan Bangka Belitung; 4)mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kepulauan Bangka Belitung; 5)mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Datadikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kepulauan BangkaBelitung yang berjumlah 147 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran54 pernyataan yang diukur menggunakan skala likert 5 titik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial LeastSquare Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memilikipengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel yang berpengaruh signifikanmempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi kerja dibandingkan dengan disiplin kerja. Motivasi kerja memilikinilai Path Coefficient sebesar 0.788, T-Statistic 22.027 atau nilai P-Value 0.000. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja dengannilai T-Statistic 0.008 atau P-Value 0.994 tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Pemerintah negara-negara di Asia Tenggara telah berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, pelatihan,dan kejuruan (TVET) dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Salah satu instansi yang turut berperan penting dalammenjalankan program TVET adalah perguruan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi berperan penting dalam menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas. Namun, kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Rendahnya kualitaspendidikan menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang cukup besar. Pemerintah harus dapat mencari solusi dan cara untuk dapatmengembangkan keterampilan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti,mengetahui, dan menjelaskan dampak dari kompetensi teknikal, kompetensi manusia dan sosial, kompetensipembelajaran dan metodologi, dan kompetensi spiritual terhadap kompetensi K-Woekers pada alumni prodi MBTIangkatan 2019Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah alumni prodi MBTIangkatan 2019. Data primer, data primer diperoleh melalui kusioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terhdaphubungan antara kompetensi teknikal terhadap kompetensi k-workers dengan t-hitung 2.312, terdapat juga hubunganantara kompetensi manusia dan sosial terhadap kompetensi k-workers dengan t-hitung 2.309, selanjutnya ditemukanhubungan antara kompetensi pembelajaran dan kompetensi k-workers dengan t-hitung 2.609, hubungan antarakompetensi spiritual dengan kompetensi k-workers dengan t-hitung 2.583. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwaterdapat hubungan kuat antara kompetensi spiritual terhadap kompetensi teknikal dengan t-hitung 5.623, terdapat jugahubungan antara kompetensi spiritual dengan kompetensi manusia dan sosial dengan t-hitug 13.175, dan terhadaphubungan antara kompetensi spiritual dengan kompetensi pembelajaran dan metodolodi dengan t-hitung 8.866. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara kompetensi teknikal, kompetensi manusia dan sosial, kompetensipembelajaran dan metodologo, dan kompetensi spiritual terhadap kompetensi k-workers masih memiliki hubunganyang lemah. Hubungan antara kompetensi spiritual terhadap kompetensi teknikal, kompetensi manusia dan sosial, dankompetensi pembelajaran menunjukan hubungan yang kuat. Abstract

The training on qualitative research methods using Artificial Intelligence (AI) through Avidnote has successfully provided participants with valuable learning experiences. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the material, schedule, and overall service during the training. This positive response indicates the importance of such programs in addressing the needs of students and the general public to enhance their qualitative data analysis skills. Avidnote, as a supporting research technology, offers a practical solution for researchers to manage and analyze data efficiently and accurately. The training emphasizes the significance of integrating technology into higher education as a step toward digital transformation in research. However, challenges such as data bias and technical limitations need to be addressed to fully harness AI’s potential. Advanced training focusing on ethics and bias management is recommended. Overall, this activity has strengthened the capacity of students and the public in utilizing modern technology for high-quality research.ABSTRAKPelatihan metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) melalui Avidnote telah berhasil memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berharga bagi para peserta. Mayoritas peserta menyatakan kepuasan terhadap materi, jadwal, dan layanan keseluruhan selama pelatihan. Respons positif ini menunjukkan pentingnya program seperti ini dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum untuk meningkatkan keterampilan analisis data kualitatif mereka. Avidnote, sebagai teknologi pendukung penelitian, menawarkan solusi praktis bagi peneliti untuk mengelola dan menganalisis data secara efisien dan akurat. Pelatihan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan tinggi sebagai langkah menuju transformasi digital dalam penelitian. Namun, tantangan seperti bias data dan keterbatasan teknis perlu diatasi untuk sepenuhnya memanfaatkan potensi AI. Pelatihan lanjutan yang berfokus pada etika dan manajemen bias sangat dianjurkan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini telah memperkuat kapasitas mahasiswa dan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi modern untuk penelitian berkualitas tinggi.
