Abstract

This study aims to develop a Sistematika Cryptogamae module based on research findings on the diversity of seaweed species in the waters of Dusun Labuhan Terata, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The research was conducted using a development method that refers to the ADDIE Model by Reiser and Mollenda, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study is limited to the Development stage. The research instruments are validation sheets and readability questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. The validity test results of the Sistematika Cryptogamae module reached 86.6%, categorized as highly feasible. In addition, the readability test results reached 84.4%, categorized as easy to understand. This module was developed using a research-based approach and local environmental context to meet the needs of contextual education. It is expected to enhance students' understanding of the diversity of lower-level plants, particularly seaweed, and to foster awareness of marine ecosystem conservation. This research also contributes to the documentation of biodiversity and the sustainable management of seaweed resources. The conclusion of this study is that the Cryptogamae Systematics module developed is deemed highly suitable for implementation in learning.

Abstract

Technological developments are a challenge for the world of education, including in the learning process, which requires various digital platforms, such as Quizzizz. This research aims to analyze the literature regarding Quizizz as a learning media and evaluation tool at the elementary school level. This research uses a systematic literature review through five stages: determining the study topic, searching for articles, selecting the article, analyzing the literature, and drawing conclusions. In this study, we analyzed 24 articles related to the focus of the study, namely quizizz in elementary school learning. These articles are selected articles published from 2019 to 2024. The literature study results show that: 1) The Quizizz platform was developed as a learning media because it has a presentation feature consisting of various attractive displays to make the presentation media more interactive. 2) The Quizizz platform is generally used as an evaluation tool. The platform has many features for learning assessment, such as multiple choice assessments, open questions, matching questions, and categorizing questions. Furthermore, the feature includes flexible assessments with images, videos, and audio answers. 3) In general, using the Quizizz platform impacts student learning outcomes; in other words, students' understanding increases after studying material through Quizizz. Apart from that, the use of Quizizz also has an impact on students' learning motivation, enthusiasm, and skill development. Based on this, Quizizz is an important platform for teachers to develop innovative learning, develop various skills, and prepare students to face the challenges of the times and technological developments

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menghadirkan peluang baru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar, terutama dalam mengatasi keterbatasan penguasaan kosakata dan rendahnya keterlibatan siswa. Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran masih didominasi metode konvensional sehingga kurang menumbuhkan motivasi belajar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru sekolah dasar dalam memanfaatkan flashcard interaktif berbasis augmented reality (AR) sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Peserta kegiatan adalah 20 guru sekolah dasar yang dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatan aktif dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi lokakarya partisipatif melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi AR, perancangan flashcard secara kolaboratif, simulasi pembelajaran, serta sesi refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, kuesioner pra dan pasca pelatihan, serta wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi guru, di mana 85% peserta mampu merancang dan menggunakan flashcard berbasis AR secara mandiri. Respon siswa dalam simulasi juga menunjukkan peningkatan konsentrasi, partisipasi aktif, dan retensi kosakata. Dengan demikian, penggunaan flashcard berbasis AR tidak hanya memperkaya strategi pengajaran guru, tetapi juga memberikan alternatif inovatif dalam integrasi teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Hajj and Umrah trips are important religious activities for Muslims. In carrying out this trip, many pilgrims choose to use the services of a travel insurance agent to provide financial protection and guarantees in unexpected situations. Therefore, it is important to carry out an analysis of the insurance agents involved in the Hajj and Umrah trips. In this writing, it uses the research method of library research by discussing the roles and obstacles that occur in Hajj and Umrah agents.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) bertujuan untuk mendampingi 26 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Talang Ubi dalam pembuatan PROTUFEL (Produk Turunan F2 Eco enzim) sehingga tercipta generasi eco-preneur. PROTUFEL dihasilkan melalui pengolahan sampah organik yang mengkombinasikan dengan produk lokal lengkuas (Alpinia galanga) daerah PALI sehingga menjadi produk inovatif lokal ramah lingkungan. Pembuatan eco enzim fermentasi kedua (F2) jarang diperkenalkan ke siswa, padahal produk yang dihasilkan  dari proses tersebut lebih ekonomis serta mampu memerdekakan siswa untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi produk. Pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai media belajar bagi siswa akan sangat membantu dalam peningkatan hasil belajar, kemandirian, kreativitas, dan jiwa eco-preneur. Metode PkM mengikuti alur PALI, yaitu Penggalian pengetahuan, Ambil inti sari, Lakukan praktikum, dan Informasikan. Keberhasilan kegiatan PkM dilihat dari kolaborasi siswa menghasilkan eco enzim dan produk turunannya, serta ketertarikan siswa melanjutkan eco-preneurship. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa secara berkelompok mampu menghasilkan eco-enzim dan produk turunannya seperti pupuk organik cair (POC)  eco enzim, sabun batang, dan karbol. Selain itu,  adanya ketertarikan siswa dalam melanjutkan kewirausahaan dengan cara mengkomunikasikan informasi pembuatan PROTUFEL kepada orangtua mereka. Besar peluang kegiatan PkM yang serupa dilakukan pada sekolah lain, sehingga dapat membentuk karakter eco-preneur yang siap bersaing di Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri.
