Abstract

Sosialisasi konsumen melalui komunikasi menggunakan situs media sosial telah menjadi masalah pemasaran yang penting melalui pengembangan dan peningkatan popularitas media sosial. Dipandu oleh kerangka sosialisasi, artikel ini menyelidiki komunikasi melalui situs web media sosial; kekuatan ikatan tingkat individu dan identifikasi tingkat kelompok dengan kelompok sebaya sebagai anteseden; dan sikap produk serta keputusan pembelian sebagai hasil. Data survei dari 50 peserta yang terlibat dalam komunikasi tentang produk melalui media sosial mengkonfirmasi bahwa kedua anteseden memiliki pengaruh positif pada hasil komunikasi. Sosialisasi konsumen online melalui komunikasijuga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam dua cara: langsung (sesuai dengan teman sebaya) dan secara tidak langsung dengan memperkuat keterlibatan produk. Selain itu, kebutuhan konsumen akan keunikan memiliki efek moderat pada pengaruh komunikasi pada sikap produk. Temuan-temuan ini memiliki implikasi politis dan manajerial yang signifikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Purchasing climbing tickets at Anak Dara Hills is still manual, making it difficult for climbers who are outside the area to book tickets or find information regarding climbing conditions on Anak Dara Hills. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to design a user interface / user experience for an android-based online climbing ticket using the cognitive walkthrough method, this method uses 5 participants as material to find information or conduct usability trials. Based on the results of the analysis and observation, a prototype design was made. Then a trial was conducted on the five participants. After testing the prototype, the five participants were very satisfied with the application design and prototype that was easy to understand. Abstrak: Pembelian tiket pendakian di bukit anak dara tergolong masih manual, sehingga menyulitkan bagi para pendaki yang berada di luar daerah untuk melakukan pemesanan tiket maupun mencari informasi terkait kondisi pendakian di bukit anak dara. Berdasarkan masalah diatas maka dibutuhkan perancangan user interface/user experience tiket online pendakian berbasis android dengan menggunakan metode cognitive walkthrough, metode ini menggunakan 5 responden sebagai bahan untuk mencari informasi ataupun melakukan uji coba usability. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan observasi maka dibuat rancangan prototype. Kemudian dilakukan uji coba kepada kelima responden. Setelah melakukan uji coba protoype kelima responden sangat puas terhadap desain aplikasi dan prototype yang mudah dipahami.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' reading skills by using group investigation techniques. The subjects in this study were intensive reading skills to find information for discussion materials of class VIII B MTsN 1 Bengkulu Tengah students. The variables revealed in this study were intensive reading skills to find information for discussion materials and group investigation techniques. This study is a classroom action research that includes two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection was carried out by tests and non-tests. Data collection tools were in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, journal guidelines, and documentation guidelines. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative and qualitative techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that intensive reading skills to find information for discussion materials after participating in intensive reading learning to find information for discussion materials using the group investigation technique have proven to have increased. The results of the pre-cycle intensive reading test showed an average value of 50.07% and in cycle I an average value of 61.07 was obtained. This means that there was an increase of 11%. In the test results, finding important information in each pre-cycle paragraph was 20.12% and in cycle I was 29.07%. In this test, there was also an increase of 8.95%. In the test results, formulating pre-cycle problems was 30.8% and in cycle I was 32.22%. This also increased by 1.42%. In cycle II, the average class score for the intensive reading test was 74.3. This shows an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 13.22%. For the skill test to find important information in each paragraph, the average score was 30.4%. This also shows an increase of 1.33% from cycle I. The results of the test to formulate problems in cycle II were 43.9%, an increase of 11.68% from cycle I. Based on this, the group investigation technique can be used as an alternative to improve students' reading skills in learning Islamic cultural history.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu guru PAI pada Kelompok Kerja Guru PAI SD Kecamatan Natar dengan memberikan dukungan/pelatihan/bimbingan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran daring sehingga pembelajaran daring dapat dilakukan dengan baik di SD kecamatan Natar. Metode implementasi melalui mentoring, pelatihan dan lokakarya.. Haasil pretest menunjukkan 16% peserta kurang memahami teknologi, dan 84% peserta tidak memahami teknologi. Hasil post- tes menunjukkan 36% peserta baik memahmi teknologi dan 64% peserta cukup baik memahami teknologi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan berlatih menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan sumber daya guru PAI dalam penggunaan teknologi yang efektif dan maksimal dalam pembelajaran daring

Abstract

The divorce process of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Lampung High Prosecutor’s Office faces an institutional problem marked by administrative dominance, absence of a time limit for mediation, and lack of technical guidelines ensuring certainty, fairness, and psychological protection for the parties. This study aims to analyse how the Personnel Development Division resolves ASN divorce cases and formulate an effective, benefit-oriented development-mediation model. The theoretical framework is maslahah mursalah, which positions family integrity, employees’ private rights, procedural certainty, and institutional stability as core considerations. This research is empirical legal field research conducted at the Lampung High Prosecutor’s Office, supported by library research, using juridical-empirical and conceptual approaches. Data were obtained through observation of development practices, interviews with Division officers, documentation of regulations and procedural files, and literature on family and civil service law. The data were analysed qualitatively through reduction, thematic categorisation, interpretation, and assessment based on maslahah mursalah principles. The findings show that the Division plays a significant role in examining applications, summoning the parties, providing marital development, and facilitating mediation. However, this function remains suboptimal because mediation still depends heavily on the parties’ attendance and openness, lacks a clear time standard, and has not been handled by assigned competent mediators. The study recommends technical mediation procedures, institutional guidelines, a maximum thirty-day mediation period, certified mediators, and preventive programs such as marital counselling, education on spousal rights and obligations, and family communication training.
