Abstract

        This Research study how far the  concentration of carrier agent  influence to the dyeing result of  of poliester cloth  with dyestuff of Resolin Red FB.          Dyeing process conducted with Resolin Red FB 200% as a dyestuff and four kinds of carrier agent  that is metilnaftalena, difenil, triklorbenzena and ortofenilfenol with concentration of carrier  agent, from  2 g / l, 4 g / l, 6 g / l and 8 g / l. Hereinafter conducted by examination of colour leveling to the result of dyeing process.        The result show that concentration of carrier agent give an effect  to the leveling of colour,  that is consentration excelsior yielded the better of colour leveling. This research also get, that  triklorbenzena type  yield the older colour from orto fenilfenol, metilnaftalena and difenil type, with the optimum concentration reached by 6 g / l.Keyword : dispersion, polyester,carrier agent, levelling of colour

Abstract

The comfort and absorbency properties of the cotton fiber solution make it widely used both as a standalone raw material and as a mixture with artificial fibers. Likewise in the process of printing, cotton fabrics also play an important role as textile materials are widely used because of better result than other textile materials. Printing cotton fabrics with dye pigments made with pasta cap emulsion containing oil, so that environmental pollution problems will always arise, for that it is necessary to overcome or minimize the risk of environmental pollution as a result of the printing process, using a pasta stamp that is free from petroleum solvents. This study examines the use of oil-free paste stamps on the printing of cotton fabrics with acramine dyes. Paste stamp is made using a synthetic thickener with the amount of thickener usage varies from 5 g, 10 g, 15 g, 20 g and 25 g as well as the temperature variation of the preserved heater by 1300C; 1400C; and 1500C using the dye pigments acramine as much as 20 g with a heater mounted for 3 minutes. The results of the study (with a quality evaluation in terms of aging color and color dispersion) indicates that the greater the amount of thickener used, the color that occurs increasingly older, while higher temperatures The preheated heater relative does not affect the color aging. The optimum results in this study were achieved on the use of thickener of 20 g and the preserved heating temperature of 1500C. When compared with the use of an emulsion paste cap (using an oil solvent), the result of the stamp using a solution-free (systemsolvent-free) solution cap stamp gives a nearly equal and good value.

Abstract

Dusun Klumprit II is a dusun that located in Wukirharjo, Prambanan, District Sleman, Province of Yogyakarta. Dusun Klumprit II is a prosperous dusun with themajority of livelihoods are in agricultural and livestock. The residents’ awareness andconcern to manage the waste by the residents is still very low. The habit of burning thewaste is still ingrained in the dusun to solve the waste problem. Besides, with burningthe waste is considered as the fastest way to handle these problems. Not only that,there are some residents who throw their waste directly into the water bodies withoutthinking about the accumulation of the waste in the downstream water bodies and alsopollution in water body as a result of the waste that they has thrown. It is feared that itwill be imitated by the children of dusun as the successor of the dusun and also fearedthat the environmental carrying capacity will be weakened due to contamination thatoccurred. Such concerns can be reduced by growing the public awareness of theimportance of removing and sorting the waste.The result of the program, the residents begin to understand the importance ofmanaging the waste. Instead it will help to preserve the environment but it can also helpthe economy of the residents with the training of the creations that can be made fromthe waste. As well as the control approaches the waste to children through the activityof making crafts from the waste by their own efforts and hopes their creativity in thefuture can be honed to solve the waste problems and the cadres that cares intoenvironments is born. With the procurement of the trash can, the residents can do thereal actions in the management of waste by sorting both organic and non-organic.

Abstract

Dusun Klumprit II is a dusun that located in Wukirharjo, Prambanan, District Sleman, Province of Yogyakarta. Dusun Klumprit II is a prosperous dusun with themajority of livelihoods are in agricultural and livestock. In this dusun there are alsoseveral home industries such as timber home industry. The residents of Dusun Klumprit II are dominated by old adult populations. The majority of the residents of DusunKlumprit II have a livestock, but unfortunately there were no further management forthe livestock waste. Mostly the house of the residents in Dusun Klumprit II also equipped with sanitary room (bathroom) with a waste bin. However, for the treatmentof kitchen waste (liquid and solid or organic waste) has not done well. The lack of publicunderstanding about the management the waste make the residents only handle it in simply way.Because of the lack of public understanding about the management of waste, it is needed to hold the livestock waste treatment counseling program into manure (organic)and organic pesticides of kitchen waste. The benefit from this program is there are knowledge about the products that can be made from the waste of kitchen and livestockbecame fertilizers and organic pesticides that also can be used directly by the residents that have agricultural land. The results that achieved by this program are the residents’insight and understanding became better.

Abstract

Drugs and narcotics are the substances that used in the medical world to various treatments, but over time turned it is turned into a threat and had a very bad effect onhealth and mental when it is used in accordance with the dosage and proper purpose.Over time, more and more type of drugs encounter many developments. Several types of fungal are into the class of drugs. One of them is “Jamur Tlethong” or known as amagic mushroom. Jamur Tlethong is a type of fungus that can cause hallucinations.Today, this magic mushroom is widely abused, especially by young generations with non-medical purposes in order to change the mood, change the perception of themselves orthe world around, gain sensation and experience the “new” and “romantic” as well as toimprove the ability of a specific function in the social and sexual. This magic mushroom grows in cow manure.Dusun Klumprit II is a dusun that located in Wukirharjo, Prambanan, District Sleman and Yogyakarta Province. The majority of the residents of Dusun Klumprit II isbreeding. The development of Magic mushroom in this dusun is high. Concerns about the spread of this mushroom arose due to the public ignorance of the type and thedangers of Drugs, Psychotropic and addictive substance is necessary needed for the residents of Dusun Klumprit II, particularly the knowledge about Jamur Tlethong ormagic mushroom. After having held the door-to-door socialization, the residents ofDusun Klumprit II know the dangers of magic mushroom and the residents will be more careful to not consume the magic mushrooms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center with a sample census. The variables used are organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline and work environment as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Knowledge management has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, and work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Gunung Kidul merupakan Kabupaten yang berada di Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang mempunyai perkembangan paling pesat dalam hal pengembangan destinasi wisata dan obyek wisata diantara satu kota dan empat kabupaten lainnya di DIY sehingga hal ini menjadi latar belakang Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Kalurahan Giriasih Kapanewon Purwosari Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Kalurahan Giriasih sendiri memiliki destinasi unggulan yaitu Telaga Bembem. Telaga ini merupakan satu satu nya telaga di Kapanewon Purwosari yang tidak surut/ kering saat musim kemarau. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari Pengabdian ini adalah mengembangkan Telaga Bembem menjadi destinasi wisata dan diharapkan akan dapat mendorong program kerja terpadu dari pengelola yaitu Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dan lebih menghidupkan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) Kalurahan Giriasih dengan pengembangan wisata air di telaga bembem. Metode Pengabdian untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah rembug warga pengembangan wisata air di telaga bembem, penyuluhan dan penggalian potensi desa untuk penggembangan wisata, pelatihan guide dan pemasaran bagi anggota POKDARWIS serta evaluasi pasca pelaksanaan untuk menyiapkan Kalurahan Giriasih sebagai desa wisata.

Abstract

Produksi jagung yang melimpah di Indonesia membuat munculnya permasalahan limbah berupa kulit dan tongkol jagung. Kulit jagung telah banyak dimanfaatkan untuk makanan ternak sedangkan tongkol jagung belum banyak dimanfaatkan. Tongkol jagung merupakan bahan yang mempunyai kandungan silika cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 67,41%. Silika dalam limbah tongkol jagung ini dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan silika gel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengkarakterisasi silika gel yang berasal dari abu tongkol jagung serta menguji daya adsorpsinya terhadap ion logam tembaga (II). Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan silika gel adalah metode sol-gel. Karakterisasi silika gel dilakukan dengan menggunakan FTIR (Fourier Transform Infra Red) dan XRD (X-ray Diffraction). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar air dalam silika gel hasil sintesis dengan asam sulfat dan asam asetat berturut-turut adalah 13,314% dan 11,472%. Hasil karakterisasi gugus fungsi dengan FTIR dan kristalinitas menggunakan XRD bahwa silika gel hasil sintesis mempunyai kemiripan dengan Kiesel Gel 60G. Silika gel hasil sintesis dengan asam sulfat mempunyai daya adsorpsi dan efisiensi adsorpsi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Kiesel Gel 60G serta silika gel hasil sintesis menggunakan asam asetat. Abstract

Lead zirconat titanate, Pb(Zr1-x,Tix)O3 is a material with high piezoelectric properties and many studies have been carried out in development, in order to improve the materials quality in various applications. Therefore,one of them is the development of synthesis with the molten salt method in this study. Choice of the molten salt method is simply and and not expensive. The salt ratio of NaCl / KCl at 1: 1 in moles as a solvent medium was carried out in synthesizing Pb(Zr1-x,Tix)O3. Likewise, the salt ratio with reactant/basic material was 1: 1 in weight percentages. An intermediate product is obtained if the dynamics of chemical reactions in the diffusion process occur indirectly or in stages. To identify intermediate products in this synthesis process, the sintering temperature has been varied to 575, 675 and 775 oC for samples A, B and C, respectively. The results of these syntheses have been identified and characterized using x-ray diffraction (XRD) methods. The Highscore program using the Rietveld method to identify the intermediate product content and each crystal structure has been applied in the rifenement process on the XRD intensity profile with a statistical error of less than 6%. Intermediate products have been obtained as follows, PbTiO3, PbZrO3 and Zr0.4Ti0.6O3. Whereas sample C has obtained two phases namely PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3 and PbZr0.58Ti0.42O3 with tetragonal (P4mm) and rhombohedral crystal structures (R3c).

Abstract

Berbagai tuntutan akademik seperti kurikulum, tugas, dan non akademik menjadi tekanan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa tak jarang mahasiswa mengalami stress ekstrim dan kecemasan berlebih yang mengarah pada academic burnout. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan profil academic burnout pada mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan berdasarkan aspek academic burnout (exhaustion, cynicism, professional efficacy), jenis kelamin, dan angkatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah descriptive cross-sectional study dengan Teknik survey dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sampel mahasiswa sebanyak 105 mahasiswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey (MBI-SS) yang terdiri dari 15 pernyataan. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data 73,3% (77 mahasiswa) cenderung mengalami academic burnout tingkat sedang. Berdasarkan aspek academic burnout mahasiswa BK UPI cenderung tinggi pada aspek exhaustion dan cynicism. Lalu cenderung rendah pada aspek professional efficacy. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini diantaranya dalam pencarian responden dan persebaran data yang kurang merata. Kata kunci: academic burnout, mahasiswa, mahasiswa BK UPI
