Abstract

In order for students to improve their discipline, the Behavioral Contract technique provides individual counseling services. The research aims to find out how it is implemented, the obstacles and the factors causing the late students of SMAN 4 Banjarmasin. Method using qualitative. With the background of students with the initials SNA, R, MI and SR. The results of the research after being provided with student services were not late for school to become disciplined. Research is expected to add insight into the field of counseling guidance, enrich the theory, especially with regard to discipline late entering school. Abstract

Berbicara masalah guru yang baik dalam konotasi kualitas pribadi ( agood teacher), atau guru yang berhasil (a successfull teacher), dan ada pula yang berbicara tentang guru yang efektif (an effective teacher).  Sekarang perlu  memahami citra atau profil seorang guru, mengetahui statusnya di tengah masyarakat pendidikan yang selalu berubah secara tiba tiba dan mengejutkan sehingga  menempatkan peranan guru sebagai agen perubahan dan mengembangkan tanggung jawab secara moral serta berkomitmen  dan abstraksi yang tinggi dalam melakukan misi mendidiknya. Aspek kinerja guru, hasil survey awal menunjukkan bahwa kurangnnya (prestasi kerja, kemampuan kerja, penampilan kerja, produksi kerja, rendahnya disiplin kerja, rendahnya kreativitas) sebagai indikator yang terlihat waktu itu adalah tingkahlaku atau perbuatan yang tampak dari guru-guru kurang menunjukkan kinerja yang seharusnya.

Abstract

Kepercayaan klien untuk terbuka dalam menceritakan masalahnya, kesukarelaan klien untuk datang kepada konselor, dan persepsi konseli yang tidak menjadikan konselor sebagai ancaman. Begitu pula dengan Guru Spiritual yang dapat dipercaya (trustworthiness) mengacu hal-hal yang di anjurkan oleh tuan guru akan secara sukarela di lakukan oleh masyarakat banjar tanpa adanya keterpaksaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besaran tinggkat kepercayaan peserta didik terhadap konselor dan guru spiritual dalam aspek pengentasan masalah sekaligus melaksanakan analisis korelasi komparatif atas perbandingan atau perbedaan tingkat kepercayaan peserta didik terhadap konselor dan guru spiritual di SMAN 3 Martapura. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjuukan independent simple t test selisih perbedaan Konselor (80,542 sampai 2,920) dan Guru Spiritual (81,970 sampai 1,492) 95% Confidence Interval of the Difference. Dan hasil nilai Sig. Levene's Test for Equality of Variances sebesar 0,000 pada konselor dan guru spiritual. Dengan demikian perbedaan yang signifikan antar kepercayaan peserta didik terhadap konselor dan perbedaan yang signifikan antar kepercayaan peserta didik terhadap guru spiritual tidak membuat peserta didik kehilangan arah, peserta didik akan memilik dengan siapa yang akan di percaya dalam membantu pengentasan masalah sehari-harinya.Kata Kunci: tingkat kepercayaan, konselor, guru spiritual

Abstract

Purpose: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan (1) Sertifikasi Guru BK dengan manajemen kinerja di Lingkungan SMP Kecamatan Kelua, Pugaan dan Banua Lawas, (2) Hubungan kepuasan kerja Guru BK terhadap manajemen kinerja di Lingkungan SMP Kecamatan Kelua, Pugaan dan Banua Lawas, (3) Hubungan Profesionalisme Guru BK dengan manajemen kinerja di Lingkungan SMP Kecamatan Kelua, Pugaan dan Banua Lawas, dan (4) hubungan secara bersama Sertifikasi guru, Kepuasan kerja dan Pembinaan Profesionalisme berhubungan signifikan terhadap Manajemen Kinerja Guru BK SMP di Kecamatan Kelua, Pugaan dan Banua Lawas. Methodology: Penelitian ini merupakan Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan dan mencari hubungan dari sejumlah variabel penelitian yang ada. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah 11 guru PNS di 10 SMP Di Kecamatan Kelua Pugaan Dan Banua Lawas pada tahun 2022. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Total Sampling dengan N (populasi) 11 orang, sehingga didapat S (sampel) ialah 11 orang. Peneliti menggunakan skala Likert untuk teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Peneliti menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk pengujian instrumen dan uji normalitas. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan statistic regre4si linier sederhana. Results: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh parsial variabel sertifikasi (X1) terhadap Manajemen Kinerja Guru Bimbingan Konseling, hal ini dibuktikan dengn nilai signifikan lebih besar dari taraf signifikan (0,018 < 0,05) . (2) Terdapat pengaruh parsial variabel Kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap Manajemen Kinerja Guru Bimbingan Konseling, hal ini dibuktikan dengn nilai signifikan lebih besar dari taraf signifikan (0,009 < 0,05) (3) Terdapat pengaruh parsial Pembinaan Profesionalisme (X3) terhadap Manajemen Kinerja Guru Bimbingan Konseling, hal ini dibuktikan dengn nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan (0,001< 0,05) (4) Terdapat pengaruh simultan (bersama-sama) antara sertifikasi, Kepuasan kerja dan pembinaan profesionalisme terhadap Manajemen Kinerja Guru Bimbingan Konseling, hal ini dibuktikan dengn nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan (0,004<0,05).

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sedang berkembang di kalangan pesertadidik adalah prilaku kecanduan atau adiksi game online dan smartphone sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan salahsatunya prokrastinasi akademik. Permasalahan yang ingin diteliti adalah apakah dari ketiga permasalahan tadi memiliki hubungan satu sama lain nya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan adiksi game online dan smartphone terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pesertadidik di SMKN 1 Martapura. Metode Penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif untuk mencari hubungan. Hasil penelitan ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara adiksi game online dan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dengan nilai sig 0,036<0,05, lalu adanya hubungan antara adiksi smartphone terhadap prokrastinasi akademik yaitu nilai sig 0,001<0,05, dan adanya hubungan antara adiski game online dan smartphone terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dengan nilai sig 0,001<0,05. Kesimpulan adanya hubungan antara adiksi game online dan smartphone terhadap prokrastinasi akademik di SMKN 1 Martapura. Saran peneliti untuk peneliti selanjutnya untuk menjangkau populasi yang lebih beragam sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Di penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Fear Of Missing Out dan anxiety sosial terhadap adiksi media sosial. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi di penelitian ini. Angket dengan menggunakan skala likert sebagai alat pengumpulan data, dengan menyebarkan angket tersebut secara langsung ke kelas, dan metode pengambilan sampel nya adalah sampel random sampling. Dengan populasi 66 orang dan sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan korelasi berganda dan asosiatif dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan hubungan antara positif antara X1, X2, dan Y yang menunujukan bahwa (r = 0.387, = 0.013). Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa secara bersamaan Fear Of Missing Out dan Anxiety Sosial Semakin tinggi, maka semakin tinggi Adiksi Media Sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the principal's steps in preparing a work plan in an effort to influence teachers and staff to want to work together so that they want to take actions and actions in achieving common goals, (2) the principal's activities in implementing work plans, evaluation activities and monitoring, and (3) factors that support and hinder school principals in leading SMAN 3 and SMKN 3 Banjarbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to capture symptoms holistically and contextually through collecting data from the subjects studied as a direct source with the researcher's own key instruments, namely the researcher is a planner, executor of data collection, analysis, data interpreter, and in the end he becomes a reporter. the results of the research. The results of the research show that: The preparation of work plans for school principals in an effort to guide teachers and education personnel staff in their implementation takes action in achieving a common goal, namely implementing school-based management in improving the quality of education focusing on the management aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Implementation (MBS) in improving the quality of education for the two schools in addition to paying attention to students, also to guardians of students, especially those who are members of the school committee. The principal in carrying out evaluation and monitoring of integrated activities for teachers and education staff and students is in the position they should be, namely carrying out their duties with full responsibility to achieve common goals in improving the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the English language learning management plan carried out by UPB (Unit Pengembangan Bahasa) UIN (Universitas Islam Negeri) Antasari during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to analyze this English language learning process carried out by UPB UIN Antasari during the Covid-19 pandemic through a learning management plan perspective. This research is a qualitative field research, where data is collected through observation during the teaching-learning process, interviews with UPB managers, teaching staff (tutors), and program participants (students), as well as document study of textbooks and other learning documents. The author then validated the data using triangulation techniques, and analyzes them descriptively. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, UPB had implemented learning management plan in its intensive English learning. UPB has carried out preparations for the effective week according to the academic calendar, as well as making annual programs and semester programs in the form of textbooks. In terms of honorarium, UPB is even above the generally accepted standard, due to the consistency of tutor fees even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The main drawback of the implementation of learning management plan by UPB is the absence of lesson plan documents and syllabus, However, the absence of these two learning documents does not necessarily make this intensive program a failure, because UPB has provided textbooks to replace it. Based on the final exam results, it is proven that this intensive program is successful in improving students' English skills.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are still public elementary school teachers in Bakumpai District who have less than ideal performance, from the aspects of lesson planning, implementation of learning to learning evaluation. This study aims to analyze: 1) 21st century principal leadership, quality culture, job satisfaction and performance of public elementary school teachers in Bakumpai District, 2) Direct influence of 21st century principal leadership on job satisfaction, 3) Direct influence of quality culture on satisfaction work, 4) The influence of the leadership of 21st century school principals on teacher performance, 5) The influence of quality culture on teacher performance, 6) The direct effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, 7) The influence of the leadership of 21st century principals indirectly on teacher performance through satisfaction work, 8) Indirect influence of quality culture on teacher performance through job satisfaction.This research is a descriptive correlational study with path analysis. The study population was all 97 public elementary school teachers in Bakumpai District with a population sample of 97 because the population was less than 100. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation and then analyzed descriptive and inferential statistics through SPSS 25.The results of the study show: 1) There is a direct influence of the 21st century principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction. 2) There is a direct influence of quality culture on teacher job satisfaction. 3) There is a direct influence of the 21st century principal's leadership on teacher performance. 4) There is a direct influence of quality culture on teacher performance. 5) There is a direct effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. 6) Indirectly, the leadership of the 21st century principal affects performance through job satisfaction. 7) Indirectly quality culture influences performance through job satisfaction. 8) 21st century principal leadership, quality culture, job satisfaction and performance of public elementary school teachers in Bakumpai District, Barito Kuala Regency, are in the moderate category.Conclusion: Principal leadership and quality culture directly or indirectly have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance.

Abstract

Research objectives To find out the principal's leadership planning in improving teacher performance at SDN Belawang 1 and SDN Parimata 1, 2) To find out the implementation of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SDN Belawang 1 and SDN Parimata 1, 3) To find out the evaluation of the principal's leadership in improve teacher performance at SDN 1 Belawang and SDN 1 Parimata Belawang 1 and SDN Parimata 1. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The use of this method is based on the reason that the focus in this study is the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance. Meanwhile, the phenomenological approach aims to describe the meaning of the life experiences experienced by several individuals, regarding concepts or phenomena. The results of the study 1) the planning that was made before the implementation of a program in the fields of curriculum, student affairs, and infrastructure, from changing the K13 curriculum to the Mardeka curriculum, for the students of the two schools had different ways of using literacy, gymnastics, reading the Koran, scouting, and for infrastructure facilities are less supportive for one school while school one for infrastructure facilities is adequate. 2) implementation of teacher performance The implementation of facilities is still lacking, it cannot be said that it is ready to implement delays in budgeting BOS funds, the current lesson plan uses teaching modules because it is made beforehand before implementation. and less time of execution. 3) evaluation before carrying out the assessment the teacher gets an implementation schedule in the form of lesson plans to assessments in class when learning an assessment is carried out by the principal of the suitability of the teaching module plans made and the implementation carried out, methods that can make children focus on media that support learning.
