Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of dividend policy on stock price in LQ45 companies. This research uses a causal research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period as many as 64 companies. Based on the selection of criteria that meet the requirements to be selected as many as 30 companies as a sample. The method of data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that dividend policy has positive and significant effect on stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effect of coal export on gross domestic product in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Internal secondary data is obtained through data from the Central Statistics Agency starting from 1987 to 2021 in the form of time series data. This study uses a partial test in solving the problem. The results show that coal export has a positive and significant effect on gross domestic product in Indonesia.

Abstract

The growing world of property in Indonesia has contributed to the growing size of the existing plastic putty industry and the emergence of a new industry in plastic putty. Plastic putty in addition to having a function as an aesthetic. Industrial development in Indonesia is increasing. The government has implemented development in all fields, both physical and non-physical. One form of development is industrial development in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of product brand trust on customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The population who is also part of the sample in the study are 90 respondents at CV Usaha Jaya Binjai. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis used partial test (t). The results show that product brand trust has a positive and unsignificant effect on customer loyalty at CV Usaha Jaya Binjai. There are recommendations that can be used as suggestions for companies to pay more attention to brand loyalty and trust in customers so that customers can feel satisfied with the products they produce. Companies must take promotional actions and expand marketing techniques so that market segmentation of the brands sold.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of differentiation, product quality, and decision on buying coffee powder and drink of liberica product. The research was conducted on June to September 2022 at the Liber.Co Coffee Shop  (small size enterprises) in city of Sambas. The research is expected to provide information about the factors that influence on making decision in buying coffee powder and drink of liberica product. The research location was purposive. The method was case study with Slovin sample method. The sample size was 75 consumers. The data resources were primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected by observation, questioners, and interview.  The data analysis was descriptive with SPSS Windows ver. 24.0 as tool of analysing statistical data. The technique was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the differentiation, Product Quality, and Price influenced significantly on purchasing decisions for coffee powder and drinks of liebrika simultaneously. Partially, the differentiation of coffee powder and drinks of lieberika did not influence significantly. The quality of coffee powder of liebrica product influenced significantly, and coffee drink product was not influence significantly.  Price variable of coffee powder and drink of lieberica influenced significantly. The result of R square was 0.395 which indicated that 39.5% of purchasing decisions of coffee powder of lieberica were influenced by differentiation, product quality and price. The result of R square was 0.489 which indicated that 48.9% of purchasing decisions of coffee drink was influenced by differentiation, product quality and price.

Abstract

Rasau Jaya 2 is a village in the Rasau Jaya District which has a variety of agricultural products. Agricultural products include coconut, hybrid coconut, oil palm, biopharmaceutical crops, fruits and vegetables. The purpose of this activity is to help the community of Rasau Jaya 2 Village market their agricultural products based on e-marketting. The method used is to provide training for the youth of Rasau Jaya 2 Village with e-marketting based marketing. The result of the training is that all participants are satisfied with the online-based product marketing training. Abstract

Maxride is an online transportation application that provides motorcycle taxi and taxi services based on bajaj. Maxride's passion lies in revolutionizing the landscape of three-wheeled transportation that is safe, comfortable, and accessible to everyone, while empowering local tricycle drivers. The purpose of this study is to describe the explanation of consumer decision factors for Maxride usage. The types of research used are qualitative and descriptive research. The data sources used in this study use secondary data. The results of the study indicate that consumer decisions to use Maxride Bajaj are the flexible seating capacity of MaxRide Bajaj and the agile cruising range of MaxRide Bajaj in overcoming traffic jams.
