Abstract

The aim of this research is to know and analyze the influence of self efficacy and physical work environment on employee satisfaction in Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. This research belongs to the type of causative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employer in Sejati Swalayan, Pasaman Barat. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique which amounted to 36 people. The analysis technique used is SPSS. The outcomes of this investigation are: (1) Self-efficacy take effect an absolute to job satisfaction in employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. (2) Physical Work Environment take effect positive effect to job satisfaction on employees of Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

This study analyzes: (1) the effect of authentic leadership on employee creativity (2) The effect of authentic leadership on work engagement (3) The effect of work engagement on employee creativity (4) The effect of authentic leadership on employee creativity through work engagement. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency, amounting to 97 people. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. Data obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through the SmartPLS software.3. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee creativity in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh SingkilRegency (2) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant impact on work engagement in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency (3) Work engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee creativity in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency (4) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee creativity through work engagement in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency.

Abstract

This poprpuse of this reserch is to analyze the effect of job autonomy, organizational learning, and work environmnet commitment of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. Data was collected using questionnaires to 74 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. The data that has been collected is then processed using SPSS. The results showed that job autonomy had a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. Further findings organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, lastly the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office (2) The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office (3) The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support for the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office. The sampling technique in this study was a cluster proportional random sampling technique, with a total sample of 67 people. The results show that: (1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office, (2) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office, (3) Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant impact on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office

Abstract

This study analyzes (1) the effect of work stress on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (2) the effect of work stress on resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (3) the effect of resilience on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (4) the effect of work stress on burnout through resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital. This research is a causal research. The population of this study were all nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital. The number of samples used was the total population of 64 people taken using total sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (2) work stress has a negative and significant effect on resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (3) resilience has a negative and significant effect on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (4) resilience mediates the effect of work stress on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of transformational leadership on sharing knowledge (2) the effect of sharing knowledge on innovative work behavior (3) the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior (4) the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing. This research is a causal research. The population of this study are all employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) Witel West Sumatra with a total of 58 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples is equal to the total population, namely 58 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) Witel West Sumatra (2) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior among employees of PT. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara pembelajaran organisasi dengan perilaku kerja inovatif pada pegawai Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang, dengan keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Jenis investigasi yang digunakan adalah investigasi kuantitatif. Investigasi ini adalah analisis kausal. Jumlah karyawan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang yang termasuk dalam populasi penelitian ini adalah 60 orang, tidak membedakan antara karyawan tetap dan kontrak. Sementara pengambilan sampel lengkap digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah sampel untuk penyelidikan ini, jumlah sampel sesuai dengan ukuran populasi enam puluh individu. Analisis SEM menggunakan SmartPLS3 adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. (1) Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Pegawai Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. (2) Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap Work Engagement pegawai Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. Work Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Insan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. Organizational Learning berpengaruh kuat terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan Insan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang, dengan Work Engagement sebagai variabel pemoderasi.

Abstract

In organizational behavior, organizational commitment is crucial. Every person who is dedicated to themselves wants to keep helping the company succeed. According to this study, the primary elements that boost an individual's commitment to their company are work-life balance and job satisfaction. ThusThe goal of this research is to ascertain how work-life balance and organizational commitment are mediated by job satisfaction. The objects in this study were 113 nurses from dr. Reksodiwiryo Military Hospital, who were selected based on cluster proportional random sampling technique and using questionnaire to gather data. This research employed a quantitative methodology and version 4.1.1.2 of SMARTPLS was used to evaluate the data. The findings show that job satisfaction drives organizational commitment, Organizational commitment is influenced by work-life balance, and the connection among work-life balance and organizational commitment can be mediated by job satisfaction.
