Abstract

Indonesia saat ini menganut system pemerintahan presidensial, dimana semua kebijakan dan semua komando tertinggi berada di tangan presiden. Namun, pada system pemerintahan presidensial ini pembuatan keputusan atau kebijakan public umumnya hasil tawar menawar antara eksekutif dan legislative sehingga dapat terjadi keputusan tidak tegas dan memakan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas sistem pemerintahan presidensial di Indonesia, khususnya dalam proses pengambilan keputusan presiden. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana presiden mampu mengelola hubungan dengan legislatif dan partai politik untuk menjaga stabilitas pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami implikasi hukum dari sistem pemerintahan ini dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, serta menentukan sistem pemerintahan yang paling cocok untuk Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, dengan analisis terhadap literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pengambilan keputusan presiden di Indonesia sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemisahan kekuasaan, hubungan eksekutif-legislatif, dan dukungan partai politik. Studi ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan dalam koordinasi dan komunikasi antara cabang-cabang pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dan efektivitas sistem pemerintahan presidensial di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pentingnya kegiatan pengenalan keamanan digital bagi siswa SMK Islamic Village. Pada saat ini teknologi yang terus berkembang saat ini banyak peluang dan ancaman yang mengintai. Mengerti dan menggunakan praktik keamanan digital yang efektif diberikan kesempatan kepada siswa-siswa untuk mempelajari tentang keamanan digital dengan melibatkan mereka dalam seminar digital aman, aman bergerak. Siswa memahami cara menjaga keamanan informasi pribadi, keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan informasi penting lainnya. saat disebarkan melalui platform internet. Siswa pun mengetahui cara memverifikasi keakuratan informasi. Yang beredar di dunia maya. melindungi diri mereka ketika menggunakan media internet. Mengalihkan penggunaan media internet kepada konten yang optimis dan bernilai. Di samping itu, siswa juga dapat menjaga diri mereka dari serangan online. Memastikan keamanan dan mengurangi risiko serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan keamanan. Perlunya melanjutkan pengenalan tentang keamanan digital,pada pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam mengenai etika digital, siswa akan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang konten yang bisa dibagikan maupun yang tidak boleh dibagikan. Pada media internet, ada berbagai hal yang tidak dapat disampaikan atau dibagikan. dapat mencapai potensi maksimalnya. Baik sekolah maupun pihak-pihak terkait dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan mengurangi risiko serangan digital.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Akan tetapi, UMKM sering menghadapi tantangan dalam pemilihan lokasi usaha yang strategis, yang merupakan faktor kunci kesuksesan. Metode tradisional yang digunakan dalam menentukan lokasi usaha sering kali subjektif dan kurang sistematis, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih objektif dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan menerapkan pendekatan Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) untuk membantu pemilik UMKM memilih lokasi usaha yang optimal. Pendekatan ARAS memiliki keunggulan dalam memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria secara simultan dan menilai alternatif sesuai dengan tingkat kepentingannya. Dalam penelitian ini, menghasilkan SPK yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi alternatif lokasi usaha terbaik melalui perangkingan nilai kinerja relatif. Konsistensi antara output sistem dan perhitungan manual menunjukkan validitas perhitungan yang dihasilkan oleh sistem. Hasil uji usability dengan rata-rata skor 91,25% mengindikasikan bahwa SPK yang dikembangkan berhasil mengintegrasikan fungsionalitas yang dibutuhkan dengan antarmuka yang intuitif dan mudah digunakan.

Abstract

In conducting marketing activities a company has several objectives to be achieved, both short-term goals and long-term goals. In the short term it is usually to win the hearts of consumers, especially for newly launched products. Whereas in the long term it is carried out to maintain existing products in order to exist. Likewise, the Queen Guitars Gallery of the City of Bengkulu, of course, requires the role of marketing activities and strategies. Based on this, then to find out the exact strategy used by the Queen Guitars Gallery of the City of Bengkulu, a SWOT analysis is needed. The purpose of this study was to find out the marketing strategy of the Radix guitar at the Queen Guitars Gallery in the City of Bengkulu.From the results of IFAS and EFAS research in this study, there was a strength factor possessed by the Bengkulu City Queen Guitars Gallery of 25, while the weakness was 6.69. So the internal quadrant of the factor is 25-6.69 = 18.31, while the opportunity factor that is owned is 19.125 and for the threat factor is 7,15. So the external quadrant is a factor of 19.125-7,15 = 11,975. Based on this analysis, Queen Guitars Gallery of the City of Bengkulu is in quadrant 1 in the SWOT diagram. Based on the results of research carried out at the Bengkulu City Queen Guitars Gallery, it can be concluded that the appropriate strategy is an aggressive strategy or Strength opportunity (SO) strategy, because the Bengkulu City Queen Guitars Gallery currently has great strength and opportunity, so this strategy which can be used for the progress of the Queen Guitars Galllery City of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Grapes are one of the important horticultural commodities in Indonesia, but their productivity is often disrupted by leaf diseases that affect both the quality and quantity of the harvest. Manual disease identification remains time-consuming, requires specialized expertise, and often results in inconsistent diagnoses. Challenges such as fatigue, varying levels of experience, and visual differences in leaf diseases hinder the ability to perform fast and accurate diagnosis. Therefore, this study focuses on developing an automatic grape leaf disease classification model using the Radial Basis Function Neural Networks (RBFNN) algorithm. The model utilizes color feature extraction through Mean Color to detect changes in the color distribution of infected leaves, as well as GLCM (Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix) to analyze texture patterns that serve as disease indicators. The classification process is conducted by the RBFNN algorithm, which calculates the distance between inputs and neuron centers using radial basis functions in the hidden layer. The results of this study show that the model is capable of classifying grape leaf diseases with an overall accuracy of 92.5%, indicating that the model is highly effective in detecting and classifying both healthy and infected leaves with minimal errors.

Abstract

The digital era has demanded efficient and responsive public services as a fundamental need for society, including in the aspect of service complaints. With the village office acting as an intermediary between the government and the public, challenges such as convoluted complaint procedures, lack of transparency, and resource limitations hinder the provision of responsive services. This research aims to address these issues through the development of a community service complaint system based on a website using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD method was chosen for its ability to develop systems efficiently, with active user involvement, ensuring the system meets user needs. The research outcome is a community service complaint system based on a website, allowing the public to easily submit complaints, monitor their status, and view responses, while enabling officers to manage complaint data and provide direct responses. Usability testing of the system yielded an average score of 90.83%, indicating a high level of user satisfaction.

Abstract

Personality is one of the fundamental aspects that distinguishes individual behavior, thought patterns, and interaction styles. The extraversion dimension, which is part of the Big Five Personality Traits framework, reflects an individual’s tendency to engage in social interactions with two main poles, namely introvert and extrovert. Identifying personality based on this dimension has various applications, ranging from education to employee recruitment. This study aims to develop a personality classification model based on the extraversion dimension using the Extremely Randomized Trees (ERT) algorithm and to compare its performance with other algorithms, namely Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The dataset used in this study was obtained from the Kaggle platform, consisting of 2,900 entries and including social behavior indicators represented by five numerical variables and two categorical variables. The research methodology involves data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, model construction, and evaluation using confusion matrix, precision, recall, F1-score, accuracy, and ROC-AUC. The results indicate that ERT achieves the best performance compared to the other algorithms. The ERT model obtained an accuracy of 92.69%, an F1-score of 0.9269, and a ROC-AUC of 0.9429, outperforming SVM (F1 0.9173; AUC 0.9300), KNN (F1 0.9086; AUC 0.9146), and Decision Tree (F1 0.8879; AUC 0.8876). The superiority of ERT is supported by its tree-based ensemble mechanism with high randomization, which enhances generalization, reduces variance, and captures complex non-linear interactions among behavioral variables. Therefore, ERT is proven to be effective in consistently distinguishing introvert and extrovert tendencies.

Abstract

The development of an off-grid hybrid energy system based on local energy potential offers a solution to improve energy access in remote areas. Lenek Village, located in East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), has renewable energy potential in the form of solar and biomass energy. This study aims to conduct a technical and economic analysis of an off-grid hybrid energy system that utilizes this local energy potential using HOMER software. The study evaluates the renewable energy fraction, capital cost, operating cost, and overall system economic feasibility. The results show that the energy supply combination includes a photovoltaic (PV) fraction of 15%, biomass generator of 15%, and wind energy of 69%, at a competitive cost. The use of HOMER software facilitates system analysis and optimization. The total cost required for overall power generation (Total Net Present Cost) is US$2,351,595, with a cost of energy (COE) of US$0.674 per kWh.

Abstract

The global demand for nickel is surging, driven by the electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage sectors' push for decarbonization. This paper introduces a social-ecological violence framework to analyse the interconnected forms of violence within the nickel supply chain that are fuelled by surging demand from these sectors. Moving beyond direct human harm, it reveals how nickel extraction, processing, and trade generate overlapping violence against both communities and ecosystems. Examining case studies in nickel-rich countries and employing an eco-centric lens alongside interdisciplinary insights, the paper highlights the social and environmental impacts of the nickel supply chain, such as land dispossession, labour exploitation, pollution, and biodiversity loss, as systemic social-ecological violence. This framework offers a holistic understanding of the nickel supply chain's true costs, revealing feedback loops and power dynamics with the potential to improve extractive industry governance and foster social-ecological reflexivity. Ultimately, it contributes to a critical understanding of sustainability challenges in the energy transition and provides a basis for more sustainable and equitable resource governance towards social-ecological peace, defined by the absence of social-ecological violence and the presence of social-ecological justice and ecological integrity.
