Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 53 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara parsial variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 20,789 + 0,299X1 + 0,271X2 + ε. Sementara itu, hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pegawai berada pada kriteria baik.Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai This study aims to determine compensation and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. The total population in this study was 53 people. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and partially compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 20.789 + 0.299X1 + 0.271X2 + ε. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of compensation, work discipline, and employee performance are in good criteria.Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstrak Elektronik (e-office) sebagai salah satu hasil dari tentunya akan membantu pegawai kampus dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas surat menyurat yang ada dikampus. Tidak hanya pegawai, tetapi para pimpimpinan kampus sehingga akan menghasilkan laporan yang dapat di program e-office, dengan cepat mendapatkan informasi sesuai data yang didapat dari system e-office. Pemanfaatkan e-office masih berkembang karena budaya dan pirlaku pegawai yang masih konvesional. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Development Life Cycle. Program berbasis web ini yang dibangun dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam melakukan surat menyurat yang dikehendaki apabila surat tersebut sudah di tanda tangan atau belum dari pimpinan kampus. Maka kalau sudah di tanda tangan surat tersebut bisa dapat diunduh di program e-office. Apabila belum ditanda tangan maka surat tersebut lansgung dikembalikan ke yang unggah surat nya di aplikasi e-office itu. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukan bahwa aplikasi e-office berupa surat masuk dan keluar serta diposisikan untuk memudahkan pegawai kampus untuk mengurus adminitrasi perkuliahan khususnya persuratan sehingga dapat diproses dengan cepat dan efisien Kata Kunci : E-Office, SDLC, Traking, Surat, Sistem, & Informasi Abstract- Electronic (e-office) as one of the results will certainly help campus employees in completing correspondence tasks on campus. Not only employees, but campus leaders so that they will produce reports that can be in the e-office program, quickly getting information according to the data obtained from the e-office system. The use of e-office is still developing because the culture and behavior of employees are still conventional. This research methodology uses the Development Life Cycle System. This web-based program that was built can make it easier for employees to do the desired correspondence if the letter has been signed or not from the campus leadership. So if you have signed the letter, it can be downloaded in the e-office program. If it has not been signed, the letter is immediately returned to the person who uploaded the letter in the e-office application. The results of this study can show that the e- office application is in the form of incoming and outgoing letters and is positioned to make it easier for campus employees to take care of lecture administration, especially correspondence so that it can be processed quickly and efficiently. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi masa sekarang ini adalah masih kurangnya pemahaman, pengaplikasian tekonologi didunia nyata dengan baik, efisien, dan maksimal khusus nya disini terkait Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM) yang blm banyak tersaji dengan system informasi berbasis website, karena kemungkinan belum pernah ada yang membantu untuk pengembangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah miningkatkan sistem perekonomian lokal Desa, dan hal ini juga dapat memberikan pengaruh pada perkembangan Desa serta taraf kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa dari UMKM yang system informasinya berbasis web agar tersampaikan secara luas baik lokal dan Dunia. jenis kualitatif, dimana objeknya adalah masyarakat dan para aparatur Desa Segarjaya, Prosedur penelitian menggunakan observasi dan survey, hal ini merupak metode penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah telah dibuat penambahan fitur-fitur untuk promosi dan pemasarsn produk-produk UMKM yaitu dodol, dan terasi.Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa aparatur Desa sebagai pengelola website pengelola web sangat terbantu dan masyaraktat sebagai user sangat terbantu dalam hal dari informasi yang sistematis, masyarakat dapat mengenal produk Desa Segarjaya yang unik sampai minat, begitu juga pelaku usaha menjadi mudah memasarkan dan mempromosikan produk UMKM nya ke masyarakat lokal, bahkan dunia. Kata kunci: Desa Segarjaya, Produk, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM), Website The problem faced today is that there is still a lack of understanding, and application of technology in the real world properly, efficiently, and optimally, especially here related to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which BLM many presents with website-based information systems, because it is likely never been anything to help for development. The purpose of this study is to improve the local economic system of the village, and this can also influence the development of the village and the level of welfare of the village community from MSMEs whose information systems are web-based to be widely conveyed both locally and globally. qualitative type, where the object is the community and the apparatus of Segarjaya Village, The research procedure uses observation and surveys, this is the method of this research. The result of this research is that additional features have been made for the promotion and marketing of MSME products, namely dodol, and shrimp paste. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Village apparatus as the manager of the web management website is very helpful and the community as users is greatly helped in terms of systematic information, the community can get to know the unique Segarjaya Village products to interests, as well as business actors become easy to market and promote their MSME products to the local community, even the world.
