Abstract

The number of civil servants in Indonesia is decreasing from year to year. the structure of civil servants is still a serious matter because of the ineffectiveness of the existing echelon levels. Several policies have been carried out to reduce echelon levels. Echelon level simplification policy becomes necessary. That is why echelon level simplification policies and equalization of administrative positions need to be implemented so that employee career paths are clearer. This article reviews the factors that influence the simplification of organizational structure and equalization of administrative positions as executors of career development in functional positions. This paper aims to build a hypothesis based on the literature review and empirical studies that can be used for future studies. The review concludes that the simplification of the organizational structure and the equalization of administrative positions affects the career development of functional positions.

Abstract

The performance of organizational members supports personnel in carrying out all the tasks that are their responsibility. If a person works for work, can complete the given on time, can always contribute, and has a good attitude and behavior under the work standards set by the organization and the values ??prevailing in the environment and leadership factors are something else that cannot be done. Each person’s performance will not be separated from a person’s ability and the organization’s work environment in which they work. Separated from the development of police institutions (including the National Police Research and Development Agency). The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with the SPSS causal survey software. Research design research data collection through field observations, surveys, and direct interviews with related parties. The population in this study were members of the Jianbang Bureau of the National Police Training Center. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique with a total of 106 members. The study results explain that work motivation has a significant effect on performance. Leadership style has a considerable influence on personnel performance. There is insufficient evidence that job stress has a significant negative impact on work performance and motivation; leadership style and work stress simultaneously significantly affect employee performance.

Abstract

Artikel Pengaruh Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kafe Sudut Halaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta menggunakan SPSS version 27 dalam menganalisis data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 responden dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden dari pengunjung kafe sudut halaman. Dalam menentukan sampel penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibuat di google form kemudian disebarkan kepada responden dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran skala likert. Uji yang dilakukan berupa Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Uji T, Uji F dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara parsial; 2) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara parsial; dan 3) Persepsi Harga  dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara simultan.

Abstract

In the face of increasingly fierce business competition along with the increasing progress of science and technology, it has an impact on changes in the business environment (companies and organizations). The changes that are happening right now are the result of globalization that has hit all countries in the world. To face business competition that is increasingly competitive, dynamic and difficult to predict, qualified human resources and experts in their fields are needed as well as a good management strategy within the company. The importance of integrating the company's vision and mission with human resource management in managing the business so that the company gets maximum profit and the company's business can continue to develop as good corporate governance. In the results of this literature review obtained regarding the factors that can affect the performance of employees in the company. These factors include: (1) Organizational Culture has an effect on Employee Performance (2) Knowledge Management has an effect on Employee Performance (3) Financial Compensation has an effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Article Literature Review of the Effects of Leadership Style, Reward and Punishment and Compensation on Employee Motivation is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other online academic media. The results of this article are that: 1) Leadership Style influences Employee Motivation; 2) Reward and Punishment affect Employee Motivation; and 3) Compensation has an effect on Employee Motivation. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable Employee Motivation there are many other factors including Competency, Performance Assessment and Work Culture.
