Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya perbedaan Tingkat Kesehatan Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah pada KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat Tegal selama sebelum dan semasa Pandemi Covid 19. Populasi penelitian ini adalah KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat. Penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan Uji beda Independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan NPL, LDR, ROA, dan CAR pada KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat sebelum dan semasa pandemi covid 19. Sementara untuk NIM tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat sebelum dan semasa pandemi covid 19.. Kata kunci: Kinerja Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah, Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The development of organizations in Indonesia is increasing rapidly in competition. One of the organizations that is growing rapidly in Indonesia is cooperatives. A competitive strategy is a formulation to increase the competitiveness of the company to create an attraction for members or consumers to buy products or services in the company to create a business development strategy. This type of research is descriptive Qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. data processing methods using descriptive analysis, porter's five force analysis, SWOT/SWOT Matrix analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation, and External Factor Evaluation. An alternative strategy for the company (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal to provide progress and business development, namely according to the explanation of the results of the SWOT diagram through point x, (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal is in quadrant I, That to carry out business development using an aggressive strategy, meaning a strategy to grow well, because the company has enough strength to be able to take advantage of the available opportunities. Based on the SWOT Matrix in Quadrant I, the steps that must be carried out by the company (KSPPS) BMT SM MWC NU Warureja Tegal using SO (strengths and Opportunities).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation on teacher performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the Malik Ibrahim Gresik Islamic Foundation Educational Institution. The quantitative approach uses a saturated sampling method, where the entire population is sampled. Data was collected through a questionnaire given to teachers at the institution and then analyzed using path analysis techniques to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on teacher performance. The better the transformational leadership style implementation, the higher the teachers' performance. On the other hand, compensation does not significantly influence teacher performance, which means that the increase in compensation does not directly impact improving teacher performance. However, through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, it was found that organizational commitment plays an important role in mediating the influence of transformational leadership style on teacher performance. These results show that teacher performance can be improved through transformational leadership and increased organizational commitment. This research provides practical implications for the management of educational institutions, especially in developing transformational leadership styles and strengthening organizational commitment to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstrak yang ditampilkan dalam dua bahasa Inggris dan Studi ini menentukan kemungkinan suatu perusahaan bangkrut dengan menggunakan sejumlah rasio keuangan. Peneliti menggunakan enam perusahaan pertambangan di subsektor logamodani mineral lainnya yangi terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019–2022. Seluruh laporan keuangan perusahaan pertambangan secara keseluruhan dikumpulkan dan dihitung menggunakan formula yang dikembangkan oleh Altman. Hasil PT ANTM dan CITA dari 2019–2022 menunjukkan kesehatan bisnis. Sementara IFSH dan TINS mengalami kesulitan pada awal tahun observasi, keduanya menjadi baik pada akhir tahun observasi. Di empat tahun pengamatan 2019-2022, nilai Z DKFT dan SMRU rendah.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores how employee empowerment interacts with digital marketing strategies to enhance customer trust and business sustainability among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Using a phenomenological approach, in-depth interviews with MSME owners and employees reveal that empowerment fosters creativity, adaptability, and emotional engagement, which in turn strengthen digital brand communication and customer relationships. Empowered employees act as authentic brand representatives, translating organizational values into customer experiences through personalized digital interactions. The findings demonstrate that empowerment not only improves internal motivation but also serves as a catalyst for innovation and ethical marketing practices. Furthermore, the study highlights the strategic alignment between human resource management and marketing functions, showing that empowerment bridges the internal culture of collaboration with external customer trust. Theoretically, it extends empowerment discourse into the digital marketing domain, emphasizing human-centered innovation as a foundation for sustainable brand growth. Practically, it suggests that MSMEs integrate empowerment-based leadership and digital capability development to maintain authenticity and competitiveness in the digital economy.

Abstract

General Background: The rapid advancement of digital technology and artificial intelligence has created new opportunities for enhancing learning quality, including within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Specific Background: Pesantren, as traditional Islamic institutions, increasingly face the need to integrate modern pedagogical approaches while safeguarding Islamic values. Knowledge Gap: Although research on technology-based education is expanding, studies focusing on the integration of deep learning, Islamic values, and digital technology specifically in pesantren remain limited. Aims: This study aims to conceptualize a deep learning model that harmonizes Islamic teachings, digital tools, and 21st-century competencies to strengthen both academic and character formation in pesantren. Results: Through a literature review, the study identifies three core dimensions of an integrated learning design: Islamic values as the moral-spiritual foundation, digital technology and AI as pedagogical enhancers, and 21st-century skills as essential competencies for santri. Novelty: This study proposes a holistic framework that positions deep learning not only as a cognitive process but as a spiritually grounded, technology-supported educational paradigm unique to pesantren. Implications: Successful implementation requires cultural adaptation, improved digital infrastructure, and continuous teacher training to ensure ethical and effective technology use. Highlights: Integration of Islamic values, digital tools, and deep learning creates a holistic pesantren learning model. Digital technology enhances pedagogy but requires cultural adaptation and teacher training. The framework prepares santri with both spiritual grounding and 21st-century skills. Abstract

The research examines the integration of Sufi principles into modern education to enhance students' mental health. It talks about how people are becoming more and more worried about students' mental health issues, like stress, anxiety, and depression, which can be made worse by schoolwork and cultural expectations. This study explains the potential of Sufi principles, such as patience, humility, self-control, and remembrance of God (dhikr), in nurturing emotional well-being and providing a holistic approach to mental health. Sufism emphasizes inner peace, the practice of ethics, and spiritual development, which complement cognitive-based education systems that often neglect emotional and spiritual health. The research employed a literature review methodology to examine recent studies concerning Sufism, mental health, and education. The findings indicate that Sufi practices such as mindfulness and self-reflection can alleviate anxiety and regulate emotions. By incorporating these principles into school culture and curriculum, students can learn to handle problems better, become more emotionally intelligent, and develop better attitudes. This study shows that integrating Sufi principles into education can enhance the learning environment, foster student support and satisfaction, and help address academic and mental health challenges. This means that future teaching methods should include the spiritual side of students' well-being, which will help them grow in all areas, including their minds, emotions, and spirits. This method could change how schools work now to improve the mental health of all the students. Highlights: Dhikr- and muraqabah-oriented contemplative practice aligns with mindfulness and is associated with reduced anxiety and better emotion regulation. Embedding spiritual–ethical principles within the curriculum and institutional ethos is linked to stronger coping capacity, emotional intelligence, and constructive attitudes. A synthesized framework connects Islamic spirituality with contemporary psychological techniques and clarifies educator–family–environment roles in implementation. Abstract

The development of digital technology has influenced the way students access and understand religious knowledge. In Islamic Religious Education (IRE), this condition presents challenges related to students’ digital literacy skills as well as the cultivation of attitudes and moral character in digital spaces. IRE learning still tends to focus on the delivery of content, while the integration of digital literacy and moral values has not yet been systematically designed. Therefore, an IRE learning design that is responsive to technological developments without neglecting the goal of character formation is needed. This study aims to examine and formulate a design of Islamic Religious Education learning based on digital literacy integrated with moral values. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature study of scientific journals, books, and relevant policy documents. The data are analyzed descriptively to identify key concepts and main components in the development of an IRE learning design. The results of the study indicate that digital literacy in IRE learning should be directed toward the development of critical, ethical, and responsible competencies, not merely technological proficiency. The integration of moral values can be carried out through the selection of materials, methods, and learning activities that are contextualized with students’ digital experiences. An integrated learning design has the potential to support the achievement of IRE objectives in a manner that is more relevant to the demands of the digital era. This study is expected to contribute conceptually to the development of IRE learning and to serve as a foundation for further empirical research.

Abstract

Jasser Auda's thoughts begin with a critique of Ushul fiqh. This research answers first, Ushul al-Fiqh tends to be textual and ignores the purpose of the text; second, the classification of several ulus al-Fiqh theories leads to binary and dichotomous logic; third, the analysis of al-Fiqh's proposals is reductionist and atomistic. Apart from that, Jasser Auda also criticized the classic Maqasid which was too focused on individual benefit so that it was unable to answer current global problems. Therefore, Jasser Auda expands the scope and dimensions of classical maqasid theory to answer the challenges of modern times. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research produces Jasser Auda's theory, namely system as an approach in Islamic law, and develops a set of categories using six system features, namely cognitive nature, interconnectedness, wholeness, openness, multidimensionality, and meaningfulness. This research also reveals the figure of the Contemporary Maqasyid syariah Thinker where He did not eliminate the maqasyid of Classical Sharia, he only developed it to suit the needs of today's society. This research is considered important in current developments with growing legal needs.
