Abstract

A good education is obtained from the quality of good teachers. And the success of education is largely determined by the performance of teachers, both teacher performance in learning planning, teacher performance in the implementation of learning, teacher performance in learning evaluation, teacher performance in the task discipline, as well as the activeness of teachers in teaching in the classroom. Research methods using data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The population in the study were teachers , which amounted to 75 people. The results of this study have 7 conclusions. First, transformational leadership directly affects teacher performance. Second, Transformational Leadership directly affects organizational commitment. Third, competence directly affects organizational commitment. Fourth, competence has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Fifth, organizational commitment has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Sixth, Transformational Leadership directly affects the performance of teachers without going through organizational commitment as mediation. Seventh, compensation directly affects the performance of teachers through organizational commitment as mediation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, inovasi produk, desain produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM Batik Arum Cempaka Pemalang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian kuantitatif. Besar sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang pernah membeli produk Batik Arum Cempaka dan menjadi pelanggan. Metode pengujian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS: Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel orientasi pasar, inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing, dan variabel orientasi kewirausahaan, desain produk, kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. variabel orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, inovasi produk, desain produk dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang sama terhadap keunggulan bersaing Batik Arum Cempaka Pemalang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruh Minat Kunjung Ulang Wisatawan diantaranya Kualitas Layanan, Inovasi Dan Citra Wisata serta Daya Tarik Wisata Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Adapun pengujian pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis berupa uji t, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, analisis jalur path dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda pada penelitian ini diperoleh b1 = 0,248 menunjukan pengaruh yang positif variabel Kualitas Layanan (X1) terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y), b2 = 0,433 menunjukan pengaruh yang positif variabel Inovasi (X2) terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y), b3 = 0,243 menunjukan pengaruh yang positif variabel Citra Wisata (X3) terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y), b4= 0,179 menunjukan pengaruh yang positif variabel Daya Tarik Wisata (X4) terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y). Untuk pengujian hipotesis terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara Kualitas Layanan (X1) terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,429 > 1.98525), Inovasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,840 > 1.98525), Citra Wisata (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,219 > 1.98525), Daya Tarik Wisata (X4) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang (Y) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,164 > 1.98525

Abstract

This researcher has the aim of knowing the influence of transformational leadership style on teacher performance. Research on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Teacher Performance at Malik Ibrahim Gresik Islamic Foundation Educational Institution uses a quantitative approach. The technique used to determine the sample in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The results of the study in the form of Transformational Leadership Style have a significant influence on Teacher Performance, meaning that the better the Transformational Leadership Style will have a significant effect on the better Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menelaah atau memandang bagaimana cara islam mengkaji norma-norma investasi. Bila dilihat dari kaca mata syari’ah investasi syari’ah untuk saat ini berada diurutan bawah dibandingkan dengan konvensional. oleh karena itu, penting adanya penelitian yang konprehensif bagaimana investasi syari’ah ini tidak lagi terjadi keterbalakangan di bandingkan dengan investasi konvensional. Dan juga jurnal lain pada dasarnya menginginkan adanya finansial yang begitu besar bukan karena di dorong oleh sebuah keyakinan islam semata, Prinsip investasi syariah adalah semua bentuk muamalah boleh dilakukan sampai ada dalil yang melarangnya, yaitu apabila ditemukan kegiatan terlarang dalam suatu kegiatan bisnis, baik objek (produk) maupun proses kegitan usahanya yang mengandung unsur haram, gharar, maysir, riba, tadlis, talaqqi al-rukban, ghabn, ḍarar, rishwah, maksiat and zalim. ada pula  penelitian dilakukan dengan temuan analisis data, dokumen empiris, tinjauan dan pendekatan literatur. temuan dalam penelitian ini, investasi cara berfikir  yang dilakukan oleh sebagian masyarakat jaminan ke untungannya  yang relatif banyak atas modal yang sedikit. Namun semua itu memberikan pengaruh terhadap perekonomian dan ke tidak stabilan khususnya oleh sebagian investor yang bekerja sama. Walaupun yang kita tahu perbuatan investasi seperti itu terkadang ada terjadi penipuan dan ketidak jelasan dalam melakukan kerjasama yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan dari pada tuntunan hukum syari’ah islam yang ada.

Abstract

Anti-social behaviors in children is now common. Aggressive behavior, bullying, egocentrism, fighting, prejudice and so on indicate the failure of parenting and teacher education to social and emotional development in children. This study aims to analyze the development of children's social emotions from an Islamic perspective. Through the literature study approach, there are 3 stages of social emotional development in Islam: (1) the first stage starts from birth to 7 years of age. At this stage, ethics education must be taught to children through continuous stimulus, response and imitation because the child's cognitive development is not yet perfect; (2) the second stage starts from 7 to 15 years of age. This stage is called the tamyiz stage in Islam. Children can tell the difference between good and bad. At this stage parental supervision should be increased; and (3) the third stage from 15 years of age and over. Children must already have knowledge, understanding and habits of commendable behavior, because this praiseworthy behavior is always repeated and accustomed to in the first and second stages. In this case, the family plays an important role in shaping the personality of children who are mature in dealing with problems that arise along with social and emotional development. In Islam, the problems faced by children will definitely be in accordance with their respective capacities and can still be overcome. Through problems, their faith and devotion were tested by Allah SWT. Patience and fortitude are one's potential. With intelligence given by God, children can easily know and understand the nature of every challenge and difficulty. Therefore, children must always be educated so they always have positive prejudice (husnudzan) rather than negative prejudice (suudzan), both for themselves, others and Allah.

Abstract

Abstract Pemikiran Jasser Auda dimulai dengan kritik terhadap Usul Fiqh. Penelitian ini menjawab pertama, Usul al-Fiqh cenderung tekstual dan mengabaikan tujuan teks; kedua, klasifikasi beberapa teori usul al-Fiqh mengarah pada logika biner dan dikotomis; ketiga, analisa usul al-Fiqh bersifat reduksionis dan atomistik. Selain itu, Jasser Auda juga mengkritik Maqasid klasik yang terlalu fokus pada kemaslahatan individu sehingga tidak mampu menjawab masalah global saat ini. Oleh karena itu, Jasser Auda memperluas cakupan dan dimensi teori maqasid klasik untuk menjawab tantangan zaman modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan teori Jasser Auda yaitu sitem sebagai pendekatan dalam hukum Islam, dan mengembangkan seperangkat kategori dengan menggunakan enam fitur sistem, yaitu sifat kognitif, saling keterkaitan, keutuhan, keterbukaan, multidimensionalitas, dan kebermaknaan, penelitian ini juga mengungkap sosok Pemikir Maqasyid Syariah Kontenporer dimana beliau tidak menghilangkan maqasyid Syariah Klasik hanya saja beliau mengembangkan ke kontenpore sesuai kebutuhan masyrakat saat ini. Penelitian ini dirasa penting pada perkembngan saat ini dengan kebutuhan hukum yang terus berkembang. Jasser Audha dengan konsep Maqasyid Syariahnya mampu menghubungkan keenam hal tersebut dengan kebutuhan hukum ummat Islam saat ini. Jadi pemikiran Jasser Audha sangat relevan sebagai landasan hukum Maqasyid Syariah saat ini agar umat Islam tidak terlalu fanatik pada satu pendapat dan lebih terbuka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation on teacher performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the Malik Ibrahim Gresik Islamic Foundation Educational Institution. The quantitative approach uses a saturated sampling method, where the entire population is sampled. Data was collected through a questionnaire given to teachers at the institution and then analyzed using path analysis techniques to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on teacher performance. The better the transformational leadership style implementation, the higher the teachers' performance. On the other hand, compensation does not significantly influence teacher performance, which means that the increase in compensation does not directly impact improving teacher performance. However, through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, it was found that organizational commitment plays an important role in mediating the influence of transformational leadership style on teacher performance. These results show that teacher performance can be improved through transformational leadership and increased organizational commitment. This research provides practical implications for the management of educational institutions, especially in developing transformational leadership styles and strengthening organizational commitment to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This article is the result of community service which focuses on efforts to strengthen awareness of the importance of financing Islamic madrasah education through community capacity building in Ciamis district and Banjar City, West Java Province. So far, the community in general still prioritizes Islamic madrasah education, so that management and financing are carried out as is without any effort to improve the management system and attention from the community. The service method is carried out using several techniques, namely conducting focus group discussions, workshops, and forming a Madrasah Diniyah support group (KPMD). After providing assistance and service, the results can be seen, including the emergence of public awareness of the importance of financing education for Madrasah Diniyah and the formation of Madrasah Diniyah support groups consisting of community leaders, aghniya, ASN, entrepreneurs and other donors.

Abstract

This community service article focuses on efforts to strengthen awareness of the importance of financing Islamic madrasah education through community capacity building in Ciamis district and Banjar City, West Java Province. So far, society in general still prioritizes Islamic education, so that its management and financing is carried out as is without any effort to improve the management system and attention from the community. The service method is carried out using several techniques, namely conducting focus group discussions, workshops, and forming a Madrasah Diniyah support group (KPMD). After providing assistance and service, the results can be seen, including the emergence of public awareness of the importance of financing education for Diniyah Madrasahs and the formation of Madrasah Diniyah support groups consisting of community leaders, aghniya, ASN, entrepreneurs and other donors.
