Abstract

Penggunakan perangkat lunak yang dapat mengambil keputusan dengan objektif dibutuhkan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Transpot Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice sebagai pengolah data dengan membandingkan 2 metode yaitu metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre. Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre ini memiliki kriteria yang dapat menentukan alternatif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Proses dalam pemilihan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan membandingkan karyawan satu dengan karyawan lainnya dan memberikan output nilai yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan terhadap karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan metode Analytical Hierarachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan aplikasi expert choice lebih tepat untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan berprestasi. Dengan menyediakan skala pengukuran untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif, terkomputerisasi dan mengurangi terjadinya human eror menjadi rekomendasi untuk sistem pendukung keputusan kepada PT. Mitra Transport Laut. The use of software that can make decisions objectively is needed in evaluating employee performance at PT. Mitra Transport Laut. In this study, expert choice application used as data processing by comparing 2 methods namely AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and Electre method. This AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and electre method have criteria that can determine alternatives in decisions in the application of software. The process in the selection of employee performance is to compare one employee with another employee and give out put the value that has been determined by the company against the employee. The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using the expert choice application is more appropriate for assessing the performance of outstanding employees. By providing a measurement scale to produce more objective, computerized decisions and reduce the occurrence of human errors, it becomes a recommendation for a decision support system to PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTHumans in daily lives can’t be separated from the name of culture. For example, popular culture is a culture that produces a value in the form of economics or politics. Like a Japanese popular culture in Indonesia is now growing rapidly with many media that can access it, such as Anime and Manga, not only that Japan has also expanded its popular culture in the culinary and fashion fields.There are many enthusiasts of Japanese popular culture in Indonesia, for example the Palembang Anime Community. This study uses the Social Identity theory because this studies aims to see how popular culture develops within a group. This study uses a qualitative method in which researchers can obtain information and learn everything related to the Palembang anime community then presented and analyzed using theory. From the results of the analysis that the researchers conducted, it was found that the Palembang anime community is a community that uses Japanese culture in its identity like a copy language, style, as well change the nick name to be Japan Name.Keyword : Popular Culture, Palembang Anime Community, Anime Culure

Abstract

Competition between banks in attracting customers makes PT Bank Negara Indonesia must have a communication strategy to be able to attract and retain customers.The theory used in this research is the strategy selection model theory that discusses how communication actors choose message strategies to achieve their objectives. Achieving fulfillment from others is one of the goals of communicationIn this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews with informants to obtain valid data.The results of this study explain the decline in Emerald customers at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in KCP. Martapura is due to the decline in fulfillment of Asset Under Management (AUM) customers from the Emerald target which, if decreased, is subject to a fine of two hundred and fifty thousand a month to still be an Emerald customer, but due to customer needs and unable to meet its AUM targets, many choose to down grade than paying a fine.The conclusion from this study of the 9 theories chosen to see communication strategies there are two theories that are not fulfilled, namely promises and leads to moral obligations, fulfillment of the agreement is not carried out properly because there are still customers who do not maintain the Emerald balance target and are required to pay fines for continue to receive Emerald services, Leading to moral obligations, customers do not meet the obligations of the Emerald balance target and object to paying fines and choosing a downgrade from Emerald customers

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian laboratorium untuk menguji efektivitas konsorsia bakteri indigen dalam mereduksi logam Hg pada limbah cair industri tepung agar. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, bahwa terkandung logam berat Hg sebesar 1,1093 mg/L dalam limbah tepung agar. Nilai tersebut melebihi batas minimal yang ditetapkan pemerintah PP No.82 Th. 2001 yakni kadar Hg minimal 0,002 mg/L. Kadar Hg yang tinggi akan bersifat toksik bagi kehidupan makhluk hidup. Proses pengolahan limbah melalui pendekatan Biologi dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan bakteri indigen pereduksi Hg. Bakteri indigen paling potensial yang diperoleh adalah Pseudomonas stutzeri dan Actinomyces viscosus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas konsorsia bakteri dalam mereduksi logam berat Hg. Uji reduksi dilakukan dengan berbagai konsentrasi isolat yakni 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, dan 7% dari 100ml limbah yang terdiri dari isolat A:Pseudomonas stutzeri, B: Actinomyces viscosus dan konsorsia AB: gabungan dariPseudomonas stutzeri dan Actinomyces viscosus. Data efektivitas konsorsia bakteri dalam mereduksi Hg dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik anava dua jalur. Konsorsia bakteri indigen konsentrasi 7% mampu menurunkan kadar Hg sebesar 74,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat judul “Pelintiran Kebencian Berita Pada Media Online (Analisis Isi Pelintiran Kebencian Rancangan Undang undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila di Terfakta.com)”. Rancangan undang-undang haluan ideologi Pancasila menjadi polemik, karena terdapat pasal yang dianggap akan memeras Pancasila dan juga tidak dimasukkannya TAPMPRSNo.XXV/MPRS/1996 tentang pembubaran partai komunis dan melarang ajaran komunisme / marxisme, yang menimbulkan polemik sehingga rawan terjadinya pelintiran kebencian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif serta teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi pada laman berita media online Terfakta.com dan dokumentasi untuk melihat berita, gambar, dan data serta akan dianalisis menggunakan teori analisis isi model Holsti pada berita yang diterbitkan Terfakta.com mengenai penelitian yang penulis lakukan. Pelintiran kebencian bisa terjadi berita rancangan undang-undang haluan ideologi Pancasila karena diketahui bahwa yang memimpin rapat untuk merancang undang-undang adalah fraksi PDIP, kemudian timbul lah isu kebangkitan PKI yang di anisiatori oleh PDIP serta mengarah kepada pembubaran PDIP serta pemakzulan jokowi sebagai presiden karena Jokowi adalah anggota partai PDIP.

Abstract

In the rapid development of technology, new media, which are digital media for the public to access information, the emergence of digital media has left the mainstream media behind and made people make changes in the choice from mainstram media to digital media. Divusion theory of innovation that discusses the development of technology adopted by the community and continues to innovate in its development and Denis McQuail's theory that discusses new media, these two theories are considered to be sustainable with this research. The qualitative descriptive method by means of in-depth interviews is used as a research method to obtain valid data (valid). From the results of this study explains that the lunggaian villagers have changed their choices in accessing information from the mainstream media to digital media which are considered easier and more practical for access and lagging behind the mainstream media. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the development of media ranging from radio newspapers, television to digital media at this time the people of Lunggaian Village Lubuk Batang District also participated in the development even though in rural areas they use media ranging from radio, black and white tv then color tv to currently with online-based digital media that is getged.

Abstract

The development of communication and information technology currently has a major impact on the pattern of public complaints about public services which in the era of digital democracy are inseparable from the dynamics of regional government. The presence of regulations regarding public services through Law Number 25 of 2009 and various derivative regulations in the implementation of regional government is an important part of moving towards a more democratic life. This study aims to discuss the policy of the South Sumatera Provincial Government in handling public service complaints through electronic communication media in the era of digital democracy from a political and public policy perspective. The study uses a combination of normative legal methods and secondary data analysis. The study concludes that politically, handling public complaints about regional government services is a positive thing. In the context of digital democracy and the quality of public services, the response of the regional government to public complaints is a measure of good governance. The issuance of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2013, Governor Regulation Number 26 of 2016, and Governor Regulation Number 9 of 2022 are concrete manifestations of public policy. As a product of the political process, this is substantively related to public services and public complaints in the digital era. The existence of an electronic complaint channel regarding public services opens up space for increasing public awareness of their rights. Political life will be more democratic when communication between the government and the people runs functionally. There are several regional policy substances that need to be improved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Implementasi Program Promosi Kesehatan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Sebagai Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dari informan yang ada di 7 puskesmas, unsur pendukung berupa sumber daya manusia, sudah cukup memadai. Rata-rata terdapat 6-9 orang, khususnya petugas kesehatan di puskesmas, semua pihak dalam prorgam pengendalian stunting, mau dokter umum, bidan, bidan desa, bidan coordinator, kader, PKK juga ada, tenaga kesling, gizi, perawat, promkes semua punya porsi-porsinya dalam melakukan program pengendalian stunting, ,menurut informasi dari informan, masih banyak puskesmas tidak memiliki computer yang khusus digunakan untuk program pengendalian stunting. Petugas masih menggunakan laptop milik pribadi dalam menunjang tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, menurut informasi dari informan, masih ada kendala dalam pencairan dana yang dibutuhkan untuk program, namun tidak berdampak signifikan. Dari Unsur proses masih banyaknya masyarakat yang memiliki pengetahuan dan persepsi yang kurang baik terhadap stunting, sehingga terkadang menolak dalam pemberian intervensi terutama pemberian PMT, dukungan dan keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat dalam promosi kesehatan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat masih kurang, partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan penyuluhan masih rendah.
