Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menulis artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ilmiah, dan melakukan pelatihan tata cara publikasi artikel ilmiah pada jurnal nasional. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru SMP di kota Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerbitkan artikel pada jurnal nasional meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik publikasi. Metode ceramah dan diskusi berkaitan tentang pemahaman apa itu jurnal ilmiah, informasi tentang jurnal nasional yang sudah terakreditasi dari Sinta 1 sampai Sinta 6, pemahaman bagaimana menulis artikel ilmiah agar terbit dalam jurnal nasional. Sedangkan metode praktik berkaitan dengan materi bagaimana cara publikasi artikel ilmiah secara online dalam jurnal ilmiah (Praktik Publikasi). Pada akhir workshop peserta diberikan tugas untuk mempublikasikan artikel penelitiannya pada jurnal ilmiah. Abstarct: The purpose of this activity is to improve the provide understanding about importance writing article was published in scientific journals, and do training procedure for publication scientific articles in national journals. Participants in this activity is the teachers SMP in Pangkalpinang. Method undertaken for improve teacher skills in publishing articles in national journals covering lectures, discussions, and practice of publication. Methods of lecture and discussion related to understanding understanding what is a scientific journal, information about national journals which has been accredited from Sinta 1 to Sinta 6, understanding of how to write scientific articles to be published in national journals. While the method of practice related to the material how to publish scientific articles online in scientific journals (Publication Practices). At the end of the workshop the participants given the task to publish articles his research in scientific journals

Abstract

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah kondisi seseorang yang mengalami peningkatantekanan darah secara kronis (jangka waktu yang lama) melebihi 140/90 mmhg. Desain dalampenelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey analitik melaluipendekatan cross sectional, penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 20-27 April 2016. Populasidalam penelitian ini seluruh lansia yang dating berobat di Poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah SakitBhayangkara Palembang tahun 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 112 respondendan sampel yang didapat berjumlah 53 responden. Hasil analisis univariat diketahui bahwaresponden dengan kategori perokok 31 responden (58,5%), aktivitas olahraga dengankategori kurang baik sebanyak 34 responden (64,2%), umur 45-59 tahun 33 responden(62,3%), responden yang mengalami hipertensi sebanyak 30 responden (56,6%). Hasil ujistatistic chisquare diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara kebiasaan merokok dengan risikoterjadinya hipertensi dengan nilai p value 0,026, ada hubungan antara aktivitas olahragadengan risiko terjadinya hipertensi dengan nilai p value 0,014, ada hubungan antara umurdengan risiko terjadinya hipertensi dengan p value 0,029. Diharapkan kepada pihak rumahsakit kepada petugas pelayanan kesehatan untuk memberikan informasi lebih lanjut danpenyuluhan kesehatan yang mudah dimengerti masyarakat seperti leaflet dan poster tentangfactor risiko hipertensi, sehingga pemahaman masyarakat mengenai penyakit hipertensi inisemakin baik.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kulit merupakan organ terbesar dalam tubuh, luasnya sekitar 2 m2.Kulitmerupakan bagian terluar dari tubuh manusia yang lentur dan lembut. Kulit merupakan bentengpertahanan pertama dari berbagai ancaman yang datang dari luar, seperti kuman, virus, jamur danbakteri. Candida albicans merupakan jamur opportunistic penyebab infeksi pada kulit danmembran mukosa di dalam mulut yang dapat menyerang anak-anak maupun orang dewasa. Salahsatu tanaman yang memiliki khasiat sebagai anti jamur adalah bunga ketepeng cina (Senna alataL.). Ketepeng Cina (Senna alata L) adalah salah satu tanaman tradisional yang dapat dimanfaatkansebagai obat. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antijamur ekstrak etanolbunga ketepeng cina (Senna alata L) terhadap jamur Candida albicans. Metode: penelitian iniadalah penelitian eksperimental, menggunakan ekstrak bunga ketepeng cina (Senna alata L.)menggunakan cara difusi untuk menguji aktivitas terhadap jamur Candida albicans. metodepengujian dilakukan Ekstraksi, Uji Skrining Fitokimia, Uji Aktivitas Antijamur. Hasil : hasilpengujian aktivitas antijamur menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol bunga ketepeng cina (Senna alataL) mampu menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans pada konsentrasi 40% sudahterlihat zona hambat dengan diameter rata-rata 7,1 mm. Simpulan : Bunga ketepeng Cinamemberikan Efek terhadap anti jamur kandida albica.

Abstract

Separation of cellulose from sawdust using methanol and hydrocloric acid in various acid concentrations has been carried out. Cellulose from sawdust was characterized using FT-IR Spectroscopy and XRD difractometer. The cellulose was used as adsorbent for Mn2+ and Co2+ metal ions in aqueous medium. Adsorptions process was studied through variation of time interaction, concentration and separation desorption. FT-IR Spectrum shows that cellulose with 5% acid concentration has similarity with FT-IR cellulose standard. The XRD difractometer pattern of cellulose shows that cellulose has amorf structure. The adsorption rate constant of Mn2+ on cellulose from sawdust shows adsorption rate constant in cellulose is higher than in sawdust. Adsorption energy of Mn2+ metal ion in cellulose from sawdust was about 26.21 kJ/mol. The adsorption capacity of Mn2+ in cellulose is higher than in sawdust. The desorption of Mn2+ metal ion using H2O, Na-EDTA, Amonium acetic, and HCl shows that the adsorption mechanism of Mn2+ on cellulose and sawdust is dominated by chemical interaction.

Abstract

This was an observational analytical research with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were 39 rubbish scavengers. A bivariate analysis result showed that there was an influence of a working motivation towards a business success, there was no influence of business experience towards a business success, and there was an influence of an educational level towards a business success. There was an influence of a working motivation towards a business success, no influence of a business experience towards a business success, and there was an influence of an educational level toward a business success.

Abstract

This study tries to examine the role of historical sites as the glue of national harmony amidst problematic security. History is the result of the reconstruction of past human creations, feelings, initiatives, and works, but how to position historical sites so that they continue to play a role in the future of a nation. Historical sites contain various emotions in them that must be narrated. History awakens the realization of the dimensions of space and time which are essential in human existence. This research was designed qualitatively with a natural approach, supported by literature studies, by placing the researcher as the key instrument. Sampling was purposive, data collection was carried out by triangulation techniques, data analysis was interpretive qualitative. The results of the research show that the use of historical sites as learning resources and connecting media is something very strategic in the midst of the dynamics of society that leads to barrier-free. Historical sites can act as a medium that connects the present with the past. Historical sites can be used as symbols of the glue of national harmony. As a symbol of harmony, historical sites contain symbolic, informative, aesthetic, and economic values and meanings in an effort to build a better future for the nation.

Abstract

The forestry sector in Indonesia is one of the main sources of greenhouse gases (GHG), given the extensive forests owned Indonesia is one of the largest in the world, along with the high rate of deforestation, forest degradation and degraded land. Forests as one ecosystem dominated by trees vegetation, has the ability to absorb carbondioxide (CO2) from the air and carbon stock in the form of biomass. Indigenous forest Prohibition in the villages Rumbio, Pulau Sarak, Padang Mutung and Koto Tibun is one form of local wisdom that have been implemented long ago by societyof  indigenous forest prohibition Kenegerian Rumbio with the aim of maintaining the existence of the forest. This study aimed to quantify the potential emissions of carbondioxide (CO2) in the area of indigenous forests prohibition Kenegerian Rumbio. Potential emissions of CO2 in the soil surface at indigenous forests prohibition Kenegerian Rumbiois 1824.15 t/ha/yr. Overall potential emissionsof CO2in the soil surfaceat indigenous forests prohibition Kenegerian Rumbio is 966,799.5 t/y. Sparse vegetation density of CO2 emissions from the soil surface was higher (125.48 t/ha/yr) then moderate vegetation (84.50 t/ha/yr) and dense vegetation (61.10 t/ha/yr). Differences related CO2 emissions released by the micro-climate conditions such as air temperature and soil temperature, as well as the rate of CO2 emissions from the soil surface in each type of vegetation density.Keywords:  Emissions, Carbondioxside (CO2), Rumbio, Kampar

Abstract

Blog support based online learning media is learning media that appropriate to the development of time periode, it is because it can be accessed everytime and everywhere, and also it is integrated to social media. Besides that, this blog support learning media makes students feel easy to search about statistics education materials.The aim of this research is to build the product of blog support statistics education subject for university student that has valid and practical has potential efects. This research method used research and Development study. The subjects of this research are the university students in the third semester of PGSD program of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. The results of this research is the product of blog support learning media that valid and practical and has potential efect to the students, because blog media that is developed is very efective for learning statistics and very appropriate to the development of time period. Abstract

New admissions system that runs at SMK N 6 Muaro currently still using a manual system. Applicant must must come directly to the school to find out the registration information, the registration process to see the announcement of the selection results. This resulted in frequent queues at school at the time of admission schedule. From the problems the author offers a solution with acceptance of new students information systems that are built using web-based programming language that is accessible to potential students through the Internet. System development method used is waterfall. With the web-based admission system acceptance process will become easier and faster. Additionally the report can be created automatically by the system. But this system can not send notifications using text messages so for further research in order to develop a notification system via short messages or SMS.
