Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, and Lifestyle in the iPhone Purchase Decision Process in Padang City. The data analysis method used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test consists of Partial Test (t Statistical Test), Simultaneous Test (F Statistical Test), and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The work was carried out using SPSS 17. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This study used a sample of 100 research respondents. The results of this study indicate that data analysis using the multiple linear regression analysis method shows that Brand Association and Lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on consumers' decision to buy an iPhone, while Brand Awareness has a positive but not significant effect on the consumer's decision process in buying an iPhone. Based on the t-test that the three most dominant variables influencing the decision process to purchase the hijab are Lifestyle (X3) with a t value of 0.532. Adjusted analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained an R2 value of 39.7%, which means that the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision process, can be explained by the independent variables, namely Brand Awareness, Brand Association and Lifestyle and the remaining 60.3% is not influenced by other variables. included in this research.

Abstract

This paper discusses the assistance of implementing long-distance video learning technology in entrepreneurship and its utilization as an educational tool for teenagers at SMAN 3 Batusangkar, West Sumatra. Entrepreneurship education is becoming increasingly crucial in globalization and information technology development. However, access to relevant and high-quality learning materials is often limited in remote areas. This activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using long-distance video learning technology as a supportive tool in entrepreneurship education in a high school setting. The activity started with data collection through interviews and observations of students and teachers involved in the learning process. The results indicated that long-distance video learning technology positively impacts students' understanding of entrepreneurship concepts. Students responded positively to the more interactive and engaging learning approach provided by video learning. In addition, teachers reported increased student motivation and participation in entrepreneurship education. In the context of SMAN 3 Batusangkar, long-distance video learning technology provides an opportunity to overcome resource limitations and access high-quality learning materials. The study also notes some challenges, such as varying internet connection quality and the need for further teacher training to integrate this technology into the curriculum. This community service highlights the importance of using technology as an innovative and effective learning tool to teach entrepreneurship concepts to the younger generation.

Abstract

Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan does not yet have a complete village map as a support for administrative office completeness and village data. A village map is an essential aspect that should be possessed by each Nagari. Therefore, the government of Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan needs to have a village map to assist in village governance. The village map greatly aids in supporting the planning of a region's development and serves as a basis for renewing detailed plans in urban spatial planning. Hence, a work program is needed for the creation of this village map. The objective of this activity discusses the utilization of Google Earth as an effective tool in creating administrative maps for Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan. This can significantly contribute to providing accurate geospatial data and administrative information for the Nagari. The activity was conducted in Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province. The implementation method in creating the village map starts with location surveys, determining coordinate points, and drawing map lines that match those displayed on the Google Earth map. The use of Google Earth technology can yield accurate and up-to-date administrative maps. The outcome of this activity is the successful completion of creating the village map, which can facilitate ease of access for those needing information about the Nagari and aid the village government in monitoring land use within the area. This program represents a positive step in the development of Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan and brings significant benefits to the community and local government. To enhance the effectiveness of this program, there is a need for the development and updating of the village map based on the area's developments.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of product differentiation strategies and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Enhai Soerabi Bandung Restaurant in Padang. Using a sample of 130 respondents, the research explores the influence of three dimensions of product differentiation—service offering differentiation, service delivery differentiation, and image differentiation—on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0. The results show that both service offering differentiation and image differentiation significantly affect customer satisfaction, while service delivery differentiation did not have a significant impact. Furthermore, customer satisfaction was found to have a strong positive effect on customer loyalty. The findings suggest that Enhai Soerabi Bandung should focus on enhancing its service offerings and brand image to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. The study also highlights the importance of maintaining high-quality service delivery but recognizes that factors like food quality and pricing also contribute to customer loyalty. Limitations of the study include its focus on a single restaurant and a relatively small sample size. Future research should explore these factors across different locations and with larger samples to generalize the findings further .

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan pada UMKM Cafe Umi memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan usaha mitra. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan, mitra mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai konsep strategi pemasaran, pentingnya perencanaan usaha, serta penerapan promosi dan branding produk yang sesuai dengan karakteristik usaha. Mitra juga mampu menerapkan promosi langsung, diferensiasi produk, dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya tarik dan loyalitas konsumen. Selain aspek pemasaran, kegiatan PKM ini berhasil menghasilkan sistem pencatatan keuangan sederhana yang dapat digunakan oleh mitra untuk memantau kinerja penjualan dan kondisi keuangan usaha. Penerapan pencatatan keuangan tersebut membantu mitra dalam mengambil keputusan usaha secara lebih terarah dan berbasis data. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PKM ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing usaha Cafe Umi, meningkatkan minat beli pelanggan, serta mendorong keberlanjutan usaha melalui pengelolaan yang lebih terstruktur dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan pasar.
