Abstract

Casing stator merupakan bagian terpenting guna melindungi inti dari bagian generator sehingga inti dari generator tersebut tidak terjadi kontak langsung pada bagian luar generator yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja generator tersebut. Generator mempunyai 2 jenis yaitu jenis fluks aksial dan fluks radial. Hasil pembahasan Perubahan saat diberikan gaya pada area (x) yang belum diketahui, dikarenakan area tersebut akan di ketahui ketika gaya yang diberikan terjadi perubahan pada bidang, dengan ini dari gaya atau force yang diberikan terjadi perubahan pada setiap variasi force. 750 N terjadi perubahan 4,16449E-06 mm, 1000 N terjadi perubahan 5,55265E-06 mm, 1250 N terjadi perubahan 6,94081E-06 mm, dan 1500 N terjadi perubahan 8,32897E-06 mm.

Abstract

Pengembangan roda gigi gearbox transmisi penggerak turbin angin dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan output energi pada turbin angin savonius vertikal (TASV) menggunakan metode Finite Element Analysis (FEA) untuk menganalisa struktur material yang di pakai. Dari hasil perhitungan roda gigi gearbox didapatkan roda gigi dengan modul 4 mm dengan jenis roda gigi spurs sehingga didapatkan dimensi roda gigi 1= Ø 296 mm, roda gigi 2 = Ø 104 mm, roda gigi 3 = Ø 276 mm, roda gigi 4 = Ø 76 mm, roda gigi 5 = Ø 212 mm, roda gigi 6 = Ø 56 mm, sehingga output gearbox memiliki rasio 1:50 dan membutuhkan torsi awal sebesar 179,33 N.m / 18,30 kg yang di bebankan pada body contact roda gigi pada saat putaran awal. Gearbox memiliki knstruksi yang mudah di bongkar pasang dan ringan sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam membongkar jika terjadi kerusakan. Jenis roda gigi gearbox dibuat menggunakan jenis lurus (Spurs).

Abstract

The 3 Axis Gantry CNC Router Design uses the finite element method as an essential step, bearing in mind that the shape displacement caused by the chisel movement must be as minimal as possible because it affects the quality of the craft. This study aims to optimize the gantry design of a three-axis CNC Router machine that is strong, light, and sturdy. This study uses the Finite Element Method with a topological approach to solving engineering problems. The results of the data analysis are in the form of von Mises, displacement, and safety factor values from the simulation of 10 kg, 20 kg, and 30 kg loading variations. Furthermore, optimization is carried out on the design of the gantry design using topological analysis to reduce the weight or mass of the gantry construction. The results of the modified gantry design are more optimal than the new and initial gantry designs, both from the effects of von Mises, displacement, and safety factors. In addition, the weight or mass of the modified gantry design is lighter by 1.8 kg.

The problem occurs when the bracket roll brush is deformed during the wetting process, which impacts the printout of the product, where the ink dirt is still attached. The bracket roll brush uses 6061 T6 aluminum material of 38 mm x 25 mm x 19 mm, and the weight generated from mass properties is ± 0.03 Kg. The loading variable on the bracket roll brush is 147 N, 172 N, and 196 N. The simulation results show that the bracket roll brush has a maximum stress value of 85.551 N/mm2, and the value at the maximum stress of the bracket roll brush is still below the material yield strength value of 275,000 N/mm2. The simulation results on the bracket roll brush have a maximum displacement value of 0.0035 mm. And the simulation results on the bracket roll brush have a minimum safety factor value of 3.214.
