Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi akademik berbasis web di SD 2 Mlati Kidul, yang dapat menggantikan proses administrasi manual yang memakan waktu dan rentan kesalahan. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data akademik yang efisien dan akurat. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, sistem dibangun dengan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD) yang memfokuskan pada pengalaman pengguna, serta menggunakan metode pengembangan prototyping untuk memastikan sistem dapat berkembang sesuai dengan umpan balik pengguna. Hasil implementasi sistem menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan data akademik, mengurangi kesalahan dalam administrasi, dan memberikan akses yang lebih transparan bagi guru, siswa, dan wali murid. Meskipun hasilnya sudah terlihat, namun dampak signifikan terhadap seluruh proses administrasi pendidikan masih perlu pengujian lebih lanjut. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model transformasi digital yang bermanfaat bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam mengoptimalkan proses administrasi akademik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pemasaran dan pemesanan kavling berbasis web responsif di Residence Jaya Kudus. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan dalam proses pemasaran dan pemesanan kavling yang masih dilakukan secara manual, serta ketidak efisienan dalam pengelolaan transaksi pembayaran. Hal ini menyebabkan ketidakakuratan data, pemborosan waktu, dan proses pemilihan kavling yang memerlukan kunjungan fisik. Sebagai solusi, sistem informasi berbasis web responsif diusulkan untuk memfasilitasi pemilihan kavling secara virtual, memperluas jangkauan promosi secara online, serta meningkatkan transparansi transaksi pembayaran melalui platform yang mudah diakses oleh pelanggan. Hasil pengembangan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran, mempermudah calon pembeli dalam memilih kavling, dan menyediakan riwayat transaksi yang dapat diakses secara real-time. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mempercepat proses operasional di Residence Jaya Kudus.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology has been widely applied in various fields, including the education sector. However, at Muhammadiyah High School Kudus, administrative tasks such as student data management, class scheduling, attendance tracking, and report card generation still rely on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, leading to inefficiencies and a high risk of human error. This study aims to develop a web-based Academic Information System to streamline administrative processes and improve data accuracy by integrating the Moving Average method to determine the Minimum Mastery Standard (SKBM) based on historical student performance data. The system is developed using the Waterfall method, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database for efficient data management. Blackbox testing is conducted to evaluate system functionality, ensuring its reliability and accuracy. The results indicate that the proposed system significantly enhances administrative efficiency, reduces errors in academic data processing, and provides a more accurate SKBM determination. This research contributes to educational institutions by offering a systematic approach to academic performance evaluation, ultimately supporting better decision-making in student assessments and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Posyandu Mawar, yang terletak di Desa Pasuruhan Kidul, Kecamatan Jati Kudus, memiliki peran penting dalam pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita dan kesehatan ibu. Namun, Posyandu ini menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti ketidaksiapan dalam menghadapi penyakit musiman, kekurangan obat-obatan saat pergantian cuaca, serta pencatatan data kesehatan balita yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Pencatatan manual ini berisiko terhadap kehilangan dan ketidaksesuaian data, sehingga menyulitkan pemantauan perkembangan kesehatan balita. Selain itu, Posyandu juga kesulitan dalam menganalisis data kesehatan secara berkala dan tidak memiliki sistem yang dapat mengidentifikasi rata-rata penyakit yang terjadi pada balita. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi sistem manajemen Posyandu berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC Waterfall untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen berbasis web dengan metode analisis mean untuk monitoring penyakit balita. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menggantikan pencatatan manual, mempercepat pengumpulan dan analisis data kesehatan secara real-time, serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi orang tua, sehingga meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan balita secara lebih tepat dan terukur.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBHCHT) di Kabupaten Jepara masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan kurangnya integrasi data antar perangkat daerah. Permasalahan ini berisiko menghambat transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana publik. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan pelaporan DBHCHT di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Jepara. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model rekayasa perangkat lunak Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah sistem informasi yang memungkinkan pengguna (admin dan operator perangkat daerah) untuk mengelola data DBHCHT berdasarkan struktur kode hierarkis sesuai PMK No. 72 Tahun 2024, serta mencetak laporan kegiatan per tahun anggaran. Sistem telah diuji melalui uji fungsional dan uji coba pengguna, dengan hasil memuaskan dari sisi kemudahan penggunaan dan kecepatan akses data. Hasil pengabdian ini penting karena berkontribusi langsung dalam digitalisasi pelayanan publik dan mendukung transparansi pengelolaan dana pemerintah daerah

Abstract

This study is entitled “Optimization of Employee Health Data Management Information System at P3K Unit PT Keon Agung PG Trangkil Using Agile Method with Scrum Approach”. This study aims todevelop an integrated and flexible informastions system to manage employee healrt data. With agile method with Scrum approach, the system is developed in stages through Sprint, adjusted ased on user feedback. The system is designed to record examination data, classify results into mild and severe diseases, and process referrals for severe disease cases. The development results show increased efficiency, accuracy of recording, and support management in making decisions related to employee welfare

Abstract

Toddler nutrition issues are an important issue in public health because they affect children's physical and cognitive growth and development. The process of assessing nutritional status which is still done manually in health centers, such as in Winong Community Health Center, is often inefficient and prone to errors. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system that can automatically classify toddler nutritional status based on age, weight, and height data. This system is built using the CRISP-DM approach as a development methodology and the KNN algorithm as a classification method. The benchmark data for nutritional status refers to the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The test results show that the system is able to classify nutritional status into categories of good nutrition, malnutrition, and excess nutrition with a satisfactory level of accuracy. The system also provides easy access and speed in the decision-making process for health workers. In conclusion, this system is effective in helping health centers monitor toddler nutritional status quickly, accurately, and efficiently based on valid data.

Abstract

Accurate forecasting of raw material requirements is critical for culinary businesses to reduce food waste and optimize costs. In the case of Adamsafee Bakery, Resto, & Cafe, high levels of waste have been caused by reliance on intuition-based forecasting, resulting in both overstocking and understocking. This study develops a web-based predictive system using the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology and the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify demand patterns into three categories: high, medium, and low. Historical sales data were transformed into categorical attributes and processed through the Naive Bayes model to generate demand predictions. The system was evaluated by comparing predicted sales with actual outcomes. Results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 98.7% and a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 1.31%, indicating that the forecasts closely aligned with real sales performance. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the Naive Bayes algorithm in supporting data-driven decision-making for inventory management. This data-driven approach replaces subjective decision-making, enabling management to optimize inventory, minimize food waste, and enhance operational efficiency and business sustainability, while also offering a baseline for future research using alternative machine learning algorithms.

Abstract

Manual stock management, particularly through paper based record keeping, remains a challenge for culinary businesses such as Kava Coffee Shop in Kudus. Issues such as inaccurate records, delayed reordering, and the absence of notifications for expired or damaged ingredients can lead to stockouts or overstocking. This study aims to design a web-based inventory information system incorporating the Safety Stock and Reorder Point (ROP) methods to optimize the management of perishable raw materials. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, design with Use Case and Activity Diagrams, feature implementation, and testing through the Black-box method. Key system features include minimum stock notifications, expiration tracking, transaction management, and damaged goods returns. Testing results show that the system performs according to specifications, achieving a 100% success rate across functional scenarios. Compared to previous studies, this system demonstrates superiority by being web-based, focusing on perishable goods, and offering integrated features. Therefore, the system can enhance record accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and ensure the availability and quality of raw materials at Kava Coffee Shop.

Abstract

This research is based on the needs of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kudus to improve communication and academic management in the digital age. The main issues raised are suboptimal grade recording systems, absenteeism, and the rapid and structured dissemination of important information. The objective of this research is to create and develop a web-based academic information system that can be monitored via WhatsApp. This system will enable teachers, parents, and school administrators to easily access information. The Waterfall software development model, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, is the methodology used in this research. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation of academic activities on the school campus. This system enables the recording of student grades and attendance data on a daily basis. It also allows parents to receive automatic notifications about learning activities, class schedules, and other important information. This research resulted in a web-based application that has the ability to improve academic recording and reporting, enhance communication between schools and parents, and support real-time transparency of academic information. By using this system, the State Elementary School in Kudus is expected to be better prepared to face the digital transformation occurring in the world of education.
