Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine: (1) work motivation on job satisfaction (2) work motivation on performance (3) job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is quantitative using primary data, the population in this study are all employees of PT Krisna Indonesia Tbk Banjarmasin Branch. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, which amounted to 30 respondents. The data collection method is carried out through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Krisna Tbk in 2023. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS tool version 20. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, statistical test through normality test, T test test and determinant coefficient (R2), and path analysis test. The results of research on work motivation affect job satisfaction, work motivation affects employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance.

Abstract

Temuan ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh beban pajak kini, beban pajak tangguhan, dan perencanaan pajak terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan sub sektor asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2023. Populasi dalam temuan ini mencakup semua perusahaan sub sektor asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek indonesia tahun 2018-2023. Sampel dalam temuan ini terpilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, menghasilkan 9 perusahaan sebagai sampel dari total 18 perusahaan terdaftar. Data pada temuan ini berupa data sekunder yang diambil dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan perusahaan terkait. Temuan ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25 untuk analisis. Hasil temuan diperoleh yakni secara parsial beban pajak kini dan beban pajak tangguhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, sementara perencanaan pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba. Secara simultan beban pajak kini, beban pajak tangguhan, dan perencanaan pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ethical violations in corporate financial management by analyzing several cases that have occurred in Indonesia. The role of professional ethics in the application of financial management is a field of finance which is a broad and dynamic field. This field directly influences the life of every person and organization concerned. Business ethics is the basis of ethics in the economy or in business and for all stakeholders to avoid deviating from the economy and achieving goals or seeking profit, so we must master economic, legal, ethical and moral perspectives to achieve the desired goals. The conclusion in this article is that efforts to overcome problems that exist in the organizational or corporate environment related to violations or fraud committed by employees and company leaders involved in them have not been properly organized and the examples of cases of violations stated above have not been followed up by authorities. The perpetrators are now rampant so that efforts to overcome the problem of ethical violations must be directed at increasing the sense of corporate responsibility towards society as a whole.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning needs based on the 2025 Education Report Card to strengthen teachers' innovation competencies in a more targeted and evidence-based manner. The methodology used is a quantitative descriptive approach through a documentation study of the 2025 Education Report data covering 1,657 junior high schools in Banten Province. The data was analyzed using gap analysis techniques by referring to the Teacher Competency Model in accordance with national regulations. The analysis process includes identifying quality indicators, mapping competency needs, and determining intervention priorities. The results showed that as many as 823 schools (49.67%) were in the low achievement category and experienced declines in various indicators, especially in the aspects of literacy (A1), numeracy (A2), innovative learning practices (D2), and education quality financing support (E2). Tangerang Regency is the area with the highest level of need in almost all indicators. These findings indicate the need to strengthen teachers' innovation competencies that focus on technology integration, learning data processing, authentic evaluation, and continuous reflection. Thus, the results of this research can be the basis for designing a more adaptive, contextual, and data-based Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program to improve the quality of education in Banten Province

Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed an unprecedented acceleration in the adoption of digital epidemiology and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven disease surveillance systems globally. Digital epidemiology harnesses non-traditional data streams—including social media analytics, mobile health applications, internet search trends, and satellite imagery—to augment conventional public health monitoring frameworks. This review critically evaluates the transformative impact of these technological innovations on public health practice in the post-pandemic era. We systematically examine the theoretical underpinnings, technological architectures, and real-world applications of AI-driven surveillance platforms, including machine learning-based outbreak prediction models, natural language processing systems for infodemic management, and geospatial modeling tools for epidemic mapping. Evidence synthesized from peer-reviewed literature published between 2018 and 2025 demonstrates that AI-integrated surveillance systems substantially reduce outbreak detection latency by 30–60% compared to traditional sentinel surveillance mechanisms. However, persistent challenges remain, including algorithmic bias, digital divide inequities, data privacy concerns, and interoperability limitations across heterogeneous health information systems. The review underscores the imperative for robust governance frameworks, equitable data infrastructure investment, and multi-sectoral partnerships to realize the full transformative potential of digital epidemiology. Recommendations for policymakers, public health practitioners, and technology developers are provided to guide the responsible integration of AI-driven surveillance into national and global health security architectures.
