Abstract

Abstract: As an agricultural country, Indonesia has natural resource and biodiversity are very diverse. Indonesian agricultural commodities with the diversity and uniqueness of high value and is reinforced by a very diverse cultural richness has strong appeal as agro tourism. Glagah coast of Kulon Progo Regency is one of the beaches in Java to develop agriculture-based tourism (ecotourism) in the coastal region with the main commodities dragon fruit has a high tourist interest. The development is based agro Glagah of tourist potentials possessed by an object Glagah as agrotourism. The purpose of this design is to design a recreational tourist area by considering the nature conservation around the location of development and tourist potentials possessed by Glagah. Design issue is: how to design an agro-tourism area which give recreative atmosphere for visitors with consideration of ecological architecture as a design approach that is used. Abstract

Menghasilkan pemelajar yang selalu berpikir kritis dimana dalam pengembangan diri mereka nanti, mereka mampu mengevaluasi dan menganalisis berbagai informasi sesuai dengan bidang keahlian yang mereka pilih tidak lepas dari kehadiran inovasi dalam sistem pendidikan. Pembelajar terus berinovasi menciptakan cara untuk membantu pemelajar mengembangkan diri sebagai pemecah masalah, pengambil keputusan mandiri, dan pemelajar sepanjang hayat. Pemanfaatan rubrik asesmen diri otomatis adalah kesempatan bagi para pembelajar untuk mengambil keuntungan dari kemajuan teknologi untuk mengatasi berbagai keterbatasan yang selama ini dialami, khususnya di bidang penilaian pembelajaran. Pelatihan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyegaran kepada para pembelajar terkait pentingnya menggunakan asesmen otentik berbasis teknologi serta solusi praktis bagaimana menggunakan rubrik asesmen diri otomatis agar dapat membantu mengurangi beban kerja para pembelajar bahasa Inggris. Perbandingan hasil pre-test survey dan post-test survey pada peserta pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pada responden terkait pentingnya pembaharuan asesmen pembelajaran untuk pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini, para peserta diharapkan memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya pembaharuan asesmen terutama yang berdampak langsung pada kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital marketing in enhancing the competitive advantage of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, with a focus on Yohana Kitchen in Jakarta. In the digital age, the utilization of social media and digital platforms has become a critical marketing strategy to broaden consumer reach and improve product visibility. A qualitative research method was employed, involving direct observation and in-depth interviews with the business owner. The results reveal that the strategic use of social media, websites, and online food delivery platforms significantly contributes to increased sales and customer loyalty. Digital marketing initiatives such as engaging content creation, targeted paid advertisements, and interactive customer engagement have proven effective in strengthening the business's market position. The findings underscore that digital marketing functions not merely as a promotional tool, but as a fundamental pillar in fostering competitiveness and sustainable growth for MSMEs in the highly dynamic culinary industry.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut sinergi antara literasi teknologi, layanan konseling, dan penguatan nilai budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan siswa melalui pelatihan interaktif yang mengintegrasikan Generative AI, konseling dasar, dan pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal. Program dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta dengan melibatkan 14 guru dan 30 siswa. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup workshop partisipatif, simulasi, serta penyusunan produk dan RPP. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebesar 80 % dan guru sebesar 85 %. Siswa menghasilkan konten berbasis AI yang etis dan terverifikasi, sementara guru mampu menyusun RPP kontekstual dan menerapkan teknik konseling dasar. Refleksi peserta mengindikasikan perubahan perspektif terhadap peran teknologi, pentingnya empati dalam pendidikan, serta kesadaran terhadap nilai budaya dalam pembelajaran. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang berakar lokal namun adaptif secara digital. Temuan ini menguatkan pentingnya pendekatan interdisipliner dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of optimal implementation of Community Empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency, as well as the leadership of the village head in implementing community empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency. The role of a leader is very necessary in setting goals, allocating scarce resources, focusing training on organizational goals, coordinating changes that occur, building interpersonal contact with followers, and determining the right or best direction if failure occurs. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The qualitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpotivism, used to research the conditions of natural objects, as opposed to experiments where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out in a triangulated/combined manner, data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the research results are qualitative. emphasizes meaning rather than generalization. This research aims to determine the level of success of the village head's leadership as the leader of the village government in implementing community empowerment. Based on research results, the Village Head's Leadership in Implementing Community Empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency has generally not been implemented optimally because there are obstacles, such as: Lack of utilization of existing potential resulting in a lack of harmony and balance for community empowerment in Karangkamiri Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency. , Lack of adequate budget provision to carry out community empowerment, this is hampered by budget arrangements so that it influences the implementation of community empowerment, Lack of communicators to increase knowledge and skills in community empowerment activities so that people are not creative, for example there is a lack of socialization and counseling in all areas of empowerment on an ongoing basis. routinely to the community

Abstract

Code-switching is an inevitable phenomenon that often happens inside a foreign or second English classroom. However, this phenomenon is often treated like the elephant in the room: the teacher recognizes its presence but is never really aware of it. While many studies regarding code-switching topics in EFL classrooms only focus on analyzing the type of teacher's code-switching. This study aims to seek out the pedagogical functions behind the teacher's decision to code-switch and determine the students' perception towards the teacher's code-switching. The classroom observation and two interview sessions are conducted with one teacher and three participants by applying a case study. It is found that the student's shallow English proficiency influences the student's perception of code-switching, and the teacher is very conscious of the pedagogical functions when she decided to code-switch.
