Abstract

Elderly with chronic disease in Indonesia has a fairly high number. As many as 28.53% of elderly aged 60-69 years have health complaints related to chronic diseases. This percentage continues to increase in older age groups. Chronic disease can have an impact on the health of the elderly, in this case mental health, namely anxiety. Anxiety management is an effort to deal with disturbing anxiety but does not mean eliminating anxiety, but reducing it so that it does not create obstacles for someone in living their life. Anxiety can also be used as a motivation for someone to be better and positive. One of the popular complementary therapies for dealing with anxiety is mindfulness meditation. The method is carried out with lectures, discussions and simulations via video with the elderly.

Abstract

This study aims to design the concept of the Panji Edu Eco Festival event as a thematic event that integrates agricultural practices with the development of sustainable ecotourism attractions in Panji Tourism Village, Buleleng Regency. This festival is expected to serve as an educational medium, promoting agrarian culture while supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs). The study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory action research approach. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews with subak farmers, community leaders, and tourism village managers, as well as documentation studies of existing subak conservation policies and practices. Data are analyzed thematically to formulate event elements that align with the values of sustainability and local wisdom. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the subak-based event model as a socio-ecological system with a community-based ecotourism approach, as well as in preparing a festival conceptual design that strengthens the narrative of agriculture as an educational and sustainable tourist attraction. The research results indicate that the Panji Subak Festivalhas the potential to reinforce local identity, increase community participation, and create opportunities for agro-ecotourism-based village economic diversification. The festival is also considered a potential intergenerational medium for transmitting subak values to the younger generation. A key recommendation is multi-stakeholder collaboration among farmers, tourism village managers, local governments, and academics to implement the festival sustainably as part of the village's annual agenda.

Abstract

Purposes: This study aims to briefly prove the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the Company’s Website, and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) on tax aggressiveness. This study looks at businesses with a high ownership concentration level with the potential to expropriate minority ownership. Methods: Purposive judgment sampling with multiple regression analysis was applied to a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Findings: The findings reveal that GCG has a significant effect on Tax aggressiveness, while CSR disclosure activities also hurt tax aggressiveness. This evidence also proves that CSR activities carried out by the Company consistently reduce corporate tax aggressiveness. However, the Company’s website has no discernible impact on tax aggressiveness. Novelty: This study differs from previous studies because it considers Indonesia’s weak investor protection and concentrated ownership structures. There is a lack of prior studies on concentrated ownership companies and the relationship between good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and company websites on tax aggressiveness.
