Abstract

Many variables can affect the company's stock returns, this study focuses on the aim to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and rupiah exchange rates on stock returns of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The inflation rate, interest rate, and rupiah exchange rate are obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia. While the value of stock returns is obtained from data from OJK (Financial Services Authority) and the financial statements of 5 banks listed on the IDX, namely BRI, Mandiri, BNI, BCA, and BTN. The entire data was taken from the last 10 years, namely from 2014 - 2024 with linear regression path analysis techniques with a 1 scheme structure pattern. Based on the results of the analysis, this study states that the effect of inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate on financial sector stock returns on the IDX is not statistically significant. Although there is a positive relationship between inflation and stock returns, as well as a positive relationship between interest rates and stock returns, both are not strong enough to be considered significant at the 95% confidence level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi penerima beasiswa KIP-Kuliah menggunakan metode Weight Product. Beasiswa KIP-Kuliah adalah bantuan keuangan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa berprestasi dengan latar belakang ekonomi rendah. Metode Weight Product digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan dan menimbang faktor-faktor kriteria yang mempengaruhi keputusan penerimaan beasiswa. Studi ini melibatkan metode pengumpulan data dari penerima beasiswa KIP-Kuliah sebelumnya, yaitu beasiswa, sistem pendukung keputusan dan dengan metode weight product tentunya, dengan variabel-variabel seperti pekerjaan dan penghasilan orang tua, kartu yang dimiliki, status kendaraan dan kepemilikan rumah, luas bangunan hingga sarana MCK. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis statistik dan teknik pembobotan untuk menghasilkan model prediksi. Pembobotan dilakukan dengan memberikan bobot relatif pada setiap kriteria berdasarkan kontribusinya terhadap keputusan penerimaan beasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat 74 calon penerima beasiswa yang direkomendasikan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa KIP dan 12 tidak direkomendasikan dikarenakan kurang sesuai dengan kriteria untuk calon penerima beasiswa KIP. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan keakuratan prediksi penerima beasiswa KIP-Kuliah, membantu penyelenggara beasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan efisien. Metode Weight Product yang diusulkan memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan validitas dan reliabilitas prediksi, sehingga dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam proses seleksi penerima beasiswa. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang pemodelan prediksi penerimaan beasiswa dengan pendekatan berbasis bobot.

Abstract

PT Tesena Inovindo Merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perakitan alat kesehatan. Terdapat permasalahan pada PT Tesena Inovindo yang menyebabkan jarak perpindahan material pada proses produksi Infant Incubator menjadi cukup jauh, sehingga proses produksi mereka menjadi kurang optimal. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan tata letak yang dapat lebih meminimalkan jarak perpindahan material pada proses produksi Infant Incubator. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah systematic layout planning (SLP), merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk merancang tata letak fasilitas. Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan pengukuran secara langsung pada area produksi untuk menentukan ukuran dari masing-masing ruang dan fasilitas didalamnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka ditemukan alternative layout yang dapat lebih meminimalkan jarak perpindahan material pada produksi Invant Incubator. Dimana jarak awal total perpindahan yaitu 154,85 M kemudian diminimalisir, sehingga jataknya menjadi 71,64 M. Maka dengan adanya alternative layout usulan ini dapat mengurangi jarak sekitar 83,21 M. Jika jarak perpindahan material dapat dikurangi maka waktu produksi kemungkinan juga akan menjadi lebih cepat dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk roti Pinkan Bakery & Cake. Dengan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen, maka pihak toko dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan faktor kepuasan konsumen apabila ada kelemahan dan kekurangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan data mining yaitu Algoritma C4.5, sumber data diambil dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner pada tahap survei pengisian lembar kertas kepada pengunjung toko atau masyarakat sekitar di lingkungan Desa Bangun. Adapun variabel yang digunakan yaitu (1) Harga, (2) Rasa, (3) Kualitas Produk, (4) Kebersihan Tempat. Untuk memudahkan proses pembuatan pohon keputusan proses uji penelitian menggunakan software Rapidminer 5.3. Berdasarkan seluruh hasil tahapan penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada Penerapan Algoritma C4.5 pada analisis faktor Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Produk Roti Pinkan Bakery and Cake dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan menentukan faktor kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk Roti dapat diselesaikan menggunakan teknik data mining, yaitu dengan Algoritma C4.5. Menghasilkan 5 rules dan Tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh metode tersebut adalah 93%. Dari perhitungan dengan Algoritma C4.5 maka didapatkan faktor yang paling dominan adalah Rasa (C2) dengan nilai gain sebesar 0,333610402.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ epistemological obstacles in solving problems related to systems of linear equations in three variables. This is a qualitative study conducted at MA Negeri 02 Tulang Bawang Barat involving 27 tenth-grade students, with three students selected as research subjects representing high, sedang, and low levels of mathematical problem-solving ability. The triangulation used in this research includes both source and technique triangulation. Data collection techniques consisted of tests, interviews, and documentation. Interview sources included both students and teachers. The results show that most students experienced various obstacles, including difficulties in understanding the symbolic meaning of variables, errors in applying the substitution and elimination methods, and limitations in interpreting solution results. These obstacles generally stem from an incomplete understanding of basic algebraic concepts and the interrelationships between equations in the system. These findings have important implications for the development of instructional strategies that emphasize strengthening conceptual understanding and students' mathematical thinking processes.

Abstract

Libraries, particularly academic libraries like those at UBSI, store valuable collections of books, manuscripts, and digital archives. The preservation of these physical assets is constantly threatened by environmental factors, primarily fluctuating temperature and humidity. Uncontrolled high humidity accelerates the growth of mold and mildew, leading to irreversible damage to paper-based materials. Manual monitoring systems are often inefficient, costly, and susceptible to human error. This research aimed to develop and implement a real-time, Internet of Things (IoT)-based air humidity monitoring system to ensure optimal environmental conditions for collection preservation in the UBSI Library. The system utilizes the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and the SHT30 sensor, chosen for its high accuracy and stability, to continuously collect humidity data. This data is transmitted via Wi-Fi to a Firebase real-time database and visualized on a dynamic web dashboard. The prototype was tested for accuracy and reliability, showing minimal deviation (less than 3%) compared to commercial hygrometers. The results confirm that the IoT system successfully provides remote, continuous, and highly accurate monitoring, enabling prompt intervention by library staff when humidity levels exceed the safe threshold (50%–60%). This innovative approach significantly enhances collection preservation efficiency and reduces potential conservation costs. The system built not only successfully collects data, but also processes it into easily understood information, thus fulfilling the initial objective of overcoming the inefficiency of manual monitoring.

Abstract

Spices and herbs are biological resources that have long played an important role in human life. In the current pandemic where our bodies have an immune system that can manage the body's power, but the factors of age, lifestyle and regular use of drugs can affect the level of body power, therefore this spice has been considered to provide health and this has led to the demand for spices. high enough. The continuous use of spices, both from the household sector to the industrial sector, makes consumers have to find or buy these spices every day to the market or to spice collectors for industrial consumers. To meet market needs and consumer needs directly, therefore the proposed solution to overcome this problem is to use e-commerce media. The system development model used in making this information system is the SDCL (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall (Waterfall) or classic life flow. The stages that are passed in the system analysis and design process include: system requirements analysis, design, code generator, testing and support. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the existence of this spice sales information system can help farmers, especially spice producers, in terms of increasing the selling power of their agriculture, making it easier to carry out promotions, sales transactions to produce sales reports.

Abstract

The Coffee Shop business is one of the trending businesses in Indonesia, so competition in this business field can be said to be increasing rapidly. In order to get a strategic business location, the majority of decision makers are wrong in choosing the location of their business, this is due to the lack of analysis and to the data from the location survey and the lack of decision-making limitations in analyzing the survey data. For this reason, it is necessary to create a system, where this system uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assist in processing survey data. The application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining the location of the Coffee Shop business is determined using 7 (criteria) criteria including rental prices, buildings, clean water, accessibility, distance to offices, internet connections and electricity sources. The final result of the process using the AHP method is ranking of several alternative locations that have been set, and several alternative locations get the highest global weight, it becomes recommendations for the development of this coffee shop business

Abstract

Every company must have an attendance policy for each of its employees for the purpose of employee attendance and performance reports in the performance of their work, but currently there are still many companies that still have an absence system that is not computerized, so the calculation and accounting process is still done manually, because everything is calculated manually, it is possible that there are errors in the calculations and take time to process data absence of all employees. Therefore, an application that can automatically process and record data is needed to avoid errors and speed up the data processing process. In addition, the application can facilitate employees' attendance as it can be accessed directly from cell phones by using facial recognition and location detection to prove the attendance of employees.

Abstract

Optimal breastfeeding is very important because it can save more than 800,000 lives of children under five every year. Among the many reasons why mothers do not exclusively breastfeed is that they go back to work (22.5%). Homemakers have a greater chance of exclusively breastfeeding because they spend more time with the baby, allowing them to breastfeed optimally. Based on the results of previous studies, working mothers give breast milk directly (when they are at home or resting) and give milk from milk. Using a breast pump is considered more practical, easier and saves time. The breastpump method (MPA) for exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers also does not interfere with the work process and offers flexibility in working hours. What worries women who work while breastfeeding is maintaining breast milk production during working hours. However, according to research, there is no significant difference between the effectiveness and satisfaction of breast milk production when using an electric breast pump. The use of a breast pump does not affect the amount of breast milk produced, even though an electric breast pump provides more effectiveness and satisfaction in expressing breast milk. This study aims to select the type of breast pump for working mothers to facilitate exclusive breastfeeding of the baby.
