Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah a) meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam memetakan kurikulum, b) meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun lembar kerja, c) meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, d) meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun rubrik penilaian, dan e) meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun jurnal refleksi. Pelatihan Better Teacher and Learning Bagi Guru Mata Pelajaran IPS SMP dan MTs Swasta di Kecamatan Genuk Kota Semarang mempunyai manfaat bagi guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, guru dapat memdapatkan manfaat berupa peningkatan keterampilan dalam memetakan kurikulum, peningkatan keterampilan dalam menyusun lembar kerja, peningkatan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, peningkatan keterampilan dalam menyusun rubrik penilaian, dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam menyusun jurnal refleksi. Abstract

Perencanaan pembelajaran sangat penting karena seorang guru sejenius apapun punya keterbatasan. Keterbatasan tersebut harus disadari sepenuhnya untuk diantisipasi agar ketika di tengah siswa-siswinya mampu menjadi motivator dalam proses pembelajaran yang mencerdaskan. Perangkat pembelajaran mata pelajaran geografi diwujudkan dalam bentuk silabus dan RPP. Silabus adalah suatu rencana pembelajaran pada suatu kelompok mata pelajaran tertentu yang mencakup standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, materi pokok, kegiatan pembelajaran, indikator pencapaian kompetensi untuk penilaian, alokasi waktu, dan sumber belajar. Perencanaan merupakan fungsi utama yang mempengaruhi fungsi-fungsi berikutnya, sehingga seorang guru harus mampu menyusun perencanaan secara tertulis. Kemampuan guru menuangkan perencanaan pembelajaran dalam bentuk silabus dan RPP sangat penting karena perencanaan pembelajaran juga perlu mendapat evaluasi. Bahan yang akan dievaluasi harus dapat dinilai terlebih dahulu apakah perencanaan yang disusun sudah betul-betul layak. Perencanaan guru tidak cukup dalam kepala atau angan-angan saja. Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan konsep dasar pembelajaran kontekstual, penginderaan jauh, dan implementasi pembelajaran kontekstual pada materi penginderaan jauh. CTL merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas untuk memberi efek pengalaman belajar optimal kepada siswa. Hal tersebut dapat dipahami karena di dalam CTL melibatkan tujuh komponen utama, yaitu constructivisme (membangun), questioning (bertanya), inquiry (mencari), learning community (masyarakat belajar), modelling (pemodelan), reflection (umpan balik), dan authentic assessment (penilaian sebenarnya). Kegiatan belajar materi inderaja di menara MAJT nampaknya sangat sederhana karena yang muncul adalah kesan bermain, santai berpotret ria dan kegiatan ringan lain. Namun demikian, jika dikaitkan dengan karakteristik CTL, kegiatan tersebut merupakan salah satu contoh bentuk pembelajaran kontekstual. Sebab dalam pemanfaatan MAJT siswa secara nyata berhadapan dengan dunia kehidupan yang betul-betul ada. Melalui pembelajaran tersebut komponen pembelajaran kontekstual yang terdiri dari constructivisme, questioning, inquiry, learning community, modelling, reflection, dan authentic assessment dapat diwujudkan. Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between Belis culture and the social prestige of education for the Manggarai community. The main focus of this research is to analyze how Belis culture can influence access to and motivation for education, especially for women, as well as its impact on social dynamics in the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects involved three main groups: teachers, students and parents, and community leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and focus group discussions (FGDs). The results show that the Belis culture, which is a dowry given in marriage, plays a significant role in building the social prestige of education, with highly educated women receiving greater rewards in the form of higher Belis values. On the other hand, while this culture provides incentives for women to pursue higher education, economic pressures are a major challenge for families who cannot afford the high Belis obligations, resulting in limited access to education for children, especially girls. This research suggests that the Belis culture be utilized as a driver of educational motivation, by integrating educational incentives for families committed to the quality of their children's education. In addition, to reduce social inequality, efforts to improve access to education through family economic empowerment need to be made.

Abstract

Audio-visual media integrates sound and visual elements to create content that can be both seen and heard. It is applicable during classroom teaching and learning activities. This literature review aims to examine how audio-visual materials are utilized in Indonesian elementary schools (SD) for teaching natural and social sciences (IPAS). The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data was gathered by identifying articles related to the targeted topic, specifically ten journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 that met the SLR criteria. These articles were sourced from Publish or Perish and Google Scholar. Based on the reviewed articles, it was determined that using audio-visual media in education can strengthen learning effectiveness, enrich students' learning experience, and facilitate understanding of often abstract IPAS concepts. The investigation revealed that audio-visual materials like films, animations, and digital presentations can improve students' comprehension, boost their engagement, and make learning more enjoyable. This study's primary objective is to review previous research on the use of audio-visual materials in IPAS instruction at the primary school levelmaterials in IPAS instruction in primary schools.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji implementasi manajemen keuangan di SMP TANWIR Surabaya, sebuah institusi pendidikan Islam swasta di tengah persaingan ketat sekolah menengah di kota metropolitan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta evaluasi keuangan sekolah yang mencerminkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif berbasis studi kasus, dengan pendekatan dokumentasi, observasi, dan analisis sistem keuangan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMP TANWIR mampu mengembangkan sistem manajemen keuangan yang terstruktur, adaptif, dan terintegrasi secara digital. Dengan pendekatan yang partisipatif dan penerapan prinsip check and balance, sekolah berhasil menjaga stabilitas operasional dan mendukung pengembangan jangka panjang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tata kelola keuangan yang baik merupakan fondasi penting dalam menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang unggul dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study explores how research has evolved regarding the use of Canva-based interactive learning media in elementary schools between 2019 and 2025. The growing need for creative, engaging, and user-friendly teaching tools-especially in light of rapid digital transformation in education-forms the core motivation behind this review. Canva, known for its intuitive design and ease of use, has gained traction among educators as a go to platform for developing visually appealing and interactive classroom materials. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the study analyzed 20 peer-reviewed articles from reputable academic sources. Articles were selected based on criteria such as publication (2019-2025), relevance to Canva as a teaching tool, and focus on elementary education. The findings reveal a clear upward trend in the adoption of Canva to enhance student participation, conceptual understanding, and learning motivation. The media created through Canva tend to be highly visual, easily accessible, and adaptable across different instructional approaches, including thematic and project-based learning. These results highlight the growing importance of equipping teachers with the necessary training and encouraging the integration of Canva into classroom practice as part of broader educational innovation aligned with today's digital era.

Abstract

Timbulan sampah rumah tangga di Indonesia mencapai 60% dari keseluruhan total timbulan sampah dan menjadikannya sektor utama dalam isu pengelolaan sampah. Kecamatan Purwodadi merupakan Ibukota dari Kabupaten Grobogan dengan jumlah penduduk tertinggi sebesar 144.223 penduduk pada tahun 2023 yang berpotensi terhadap permasalahan pengelolaan persampahan. Selaras dengan kebijakan pemerintah yang menyebutkan kewajiban dan wewenang penyediaan TPS, penelitian ini menghitung kebutuhan TPS berdasarkan timbulan sampah yang bersumber dari rumah tangga dari tahun 2023-2033 dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif deskriptif sebagai representasi minimum kondisi lapangan. Lokasi penelitian yang dipilih yaitu Kelurahan/Desa Purwodadi, Kuripan, Danyang, Kalongan, Ngraji, dan Karanganyar yang termasuk dalam penetapan kawasan permukiman perkotaan pada RTRW Kabupaten Grobogan 2021-2041. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan timbulan sampah rumah tangga per kapita sebesar 0,235 kg/kapita/hari, lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa penelitian terdahulu sebesar 0,264 kg/kapita/hari dan 0,435 kg/kapita/hari. Kemudian hasil proyeksi timbulan sampah rumah tangga didapatkan nilai tertinggi di Kelurahan Purwodadi karena memiliki jumlah penduduk tertinggi berdasarkan pendekatan yang digunakan. Dan hasil kebutuhan TPS selama 10 tahun menunjukkan kebutuhan yang cenderung stagnan. Dari 6 kelurahan dan desa, hanya Kelurahan Kalongan yang mengalami peningkatan kebutuhan pada tahun 2033 sebanyak 1 unit.

Abstract

Plantations are a vital non-oil and gas sector that contributes to state revenues. However, the potential of plantations in Indonesia has not fully provided welfare for planters due to the complexity of social networks in management and harvesting. This article attempts to describe how social networks are formed in rubber and clove plantations by looking at the context of social structures in society. The focus of the Research on rubber and clove plantations is not to make comparisons but to explore more broadly the forms of social relations in different plantation management systems and commodity types. Data were collected through a qualitative approach using direct observations and interviews with rubber tappers and clove planters. The study results indicate that in managing rubber latex, tappers use sales networks with companies and middlemen, while in clove plantations, harvesting is closely related to the social relations of the community. This situation indicates that the management system and commodity type determine the social ties formed.

Abstract

This research aims to explore lecturers' views on the implementation of Pancasila values in higher education, as well as the challenges and strategies they use in the teaching process. Through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, this study finds that lecturers face various challenges, including students' lack of interest, material relevance, teaching methods, and resource limitations. Lecturers employ interactive learning methods, technology, extracurricular activities, experience-based projects, and reflection-based evaluations to help students internalize Pancasila values. These findings align with previous research highlighting the crucial role of lecturers and innovative strategies in Pancasila education. The study concludes that stronger institutional support is needed to address these challenges and strengthen the role of lecturers in shaping students' character based on Pancasila values. With adequate support, lecturers can be more effective in creating relevant and dynamic learning experiences, which will help students apply Pancasila values in their daily lives.
