Abstract

The research problem was “How is the stealing frequency with violence at legal  area of North Mamuju Resort and how is the prevention efforts and overcoming of stealing with violence at legal  of area North Mamuju Resort?. This research employed Juridical Sociology approach to review the relationship of legal and illegal aspect with qualitative method that would expose something concerning social reality and attitude of law maintain. The research result indicates that the frequency of stealing with violence occurred at North Mamuju Resort of the last five years is from 2010 to 2014 where in 2012 increased enough with the cause of unstable of society economy. In addition, there is additional of job seekers as the interview result and what police department based on criminal statistics and overcoming effort of stealing with violence at North Mamuju Resort is doing preventive action as how they protect the society and make them wealth and maintain the law.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Unnes belum memahami nilai-nilai konservasi secara utuh, sehingga tercermin pada perilakunya. Masih terdapat mahasiswa yang melakukan tindakan konservasi atas dorongan lembaga atau dosen, sehingga mengindikasikan integrasi nilai konservasi belum maksimal dan diduga masih bersifat informatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi integrasi nilai-nilai konservasi dalam habituasi kampus, dan menganalisis nilai-nilai konservasi yang dapat membentuk kepribadian mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif. Teknis analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi integrasi nilai-nilai konservasi dalam habituasi kampus Unnes untuk pembentukan kepribadian mahasiswa dilaksanakan melalui semua lini kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan akademik, non akademik, dan kegiatan-kegiatan pembiasaan oleh semua pihak kampus. Nilai-nilai konservasi dapat membentuk kepribadian, telah menjadi kebiasaan dan mulai berkembang pada mahasiswa Unnes. Nilai inspiratif, humanis, inovatif, kreatif, dan keadilan telah menjadi kebiasaan, sedangkan nilai peduli, sportif, dan kejujuran mulai berkembang. Unnes students have yet to understand the values of conservation as a whole, so that reflected on their behavior. There are still students who perform acts of conservation at the instigation of the institutions or lecturers, thus indicating conservation values integration haven not been maximal and presumably still informative. This research aims to identify and analyze strategies for the integration of conservation values in campus habituation, and analyze the conservation values which can form the students’ personality. The research method used qualitative case study. Data analysis technique using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification of the data or conclusions. The results showed that integration strategy of conservation values in Unnes campus habituation to formation the studens’ personality is carried out through all lines of activity, namely academic, non-academic, and habituation activities by all campus parties. Conservation values ​​can form the personality, has become a habit and began developing to Unnes students. The inspirational value, humanist, innovative, creative, and the justice have become a habit, whereas the value of care, sportsmanship, and the honesty began to grow.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tradisi dan adat-istiadat masyarakat asli Kore di tengah masyarakat Suku Mbojo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan desain entografi dalam metode penelitian kualitatif. Fenomena khas yang akan diteliti hanya ada di Suku Kore. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi dan adat-istiadat masyarakat asli Kore masih dipertahankan sampai sekarang, terdapat unsur budaya benda dan unsur budaya tak benda. Unsur budaya benda diantaranya peninggal berupa Uma Raja (rumah kerajaan) yang menjadi kediaman keturunan asli Kore, benteng, makam kono, makan kerajaan, bendera kerjaan Sanggar, dan tempat-tempat pemujaan yang dianggap sakral. Unsur budaya tak benda berupa bahasa Kore, Legenda La Hami Kore, Hikayat Dae La Minga, atraksi berupa Mpa'a Kapodo, Mpa'a Sampari, Mpa'a Gantao, Buja kadanda, music berupa Hadrah Rebana, biola gambo. Lagu: Inde ndua, Waro, Wala-wala, Manu Vinem Taloko, rangko, Janga Ile, cake, gele, tarian berupa Tari Inde Ndua, Tari Cake-cake, Tari Toja, dan Tari Wura Bongi Monca. Tradisi sosial yang ada pada Suku Kore adalah Ngaha Dana, Salunga oha, Pacoa Jara, Nggalo, dan Ngguda. Upacara Ritual berupa upacara ufi untuk pengobatan sakit tertentu, tolak bala, dan ndewa (tarian tradisional) untuk minta hujan, cari orang hilang, dal lain-lain.Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the traditions and customs of the indigenous Kore people in the Mbojo Tribe community. This research uses an ethnography approach and design in qualitative research methods. The typical phenomenon to be studied exists only in the Kore Tribe. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation. The data will be analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results showed that the traditions and customs of the indigenous Kore people are still maintained today, there are elements of material culture and elements of intangible culture. Cultural elements of objects include the death of the Uma Raja (royal house) which is the residence of the original descendants of Kore, fortifications, kono tombs, royal meals, sanggar work flags, and places of worship that are considered sacred. Intangible cultural elements in the form of Kore language, Legend of La Hami Kore, Hikayat Dae La Minga, attractions in the form of Mpa'a Kapodo, Mpa'a Sampari, Mpa'a Gantao, Buja kadanda, music in the form of Hadrah Tambourine, violin gambo. Songs: Inde ndua, Waro, Wala-wala, Manu Vinem Taloko, rangko, Janga Ile, cake, gele, dance in the form of Inde Ndua Dance, Cake-cake Dance, Toja Dance, and Wura Bongi Monca Dance. The social traditions that exist in the Kore Tribe are Ngaha Dana, Salunga oha, Pacoa Jara, Nggalo, and Ngguda. Ritual Ceremonies in the form of ufi ceremonies for the treatment of certain illnesses, tolak bala, and ndewa (traditional dances) to ask for rain, search for missing persons, dal others.

Abstract

Abstrak: Workshop bertujuan merancang nilai-nilai etika digital berbasis budaya lokal yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kehidupan kampus. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 peserta, terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa dan 10 dosen dari lima perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Mataram. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pengantar teori, diskusi kelompok, analisis studi kasus, serta simulasi implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu merumuskan nilai-nilai inti seperti sopan santun, gotong royong, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab dalam komunikasi digital. Selain itu, strategi implementasi yang diusulkan mencakup pelatihan etika digital, pembentukan kode etik komunikasi kampus, dan promosi nilai-nilai etika melalui media sosial. Evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta yang tinggi, dengan mayoritas merasa siap untuk mengadopsi hasil workshop dalam kehidupan kampus. Pembahasan mendalami relevansi nilai-nilai lokal dengan tantangan komunikasi digital saat ini, mengacu pada teori etika digital dan budaya lokal. Pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan dosen terbukti efektif dalam merancang nilai-nilai yang aplikatif. Namun, keberhasilan jangka panjang membutuhkan komitmen institusi untuk monitoring, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan implementasi. Nilai-nilai etno-digital ethics memiliki potensi besar untuk membangun komunikasi digital yang lebih etis dan memperkuat kepercayaan sosial di lingkungan kampus. Diperlukan langkah strategis dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan implementasi nilai-nilai ini.Abstract: The workshop aims to design digital ethical values based on local culture that can be integrated into campus life. This activity involved 20 participants, 10 students, and 10 lecturers from five private universities in Mataram City. The implementation method includes an introduction to theory, group discussion, case study analysis, and implementation simulation. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to formulate core values such as good manners, cooperation, honesty, and responsibility in digital communication. In addition, the proposed implementation strategy includes digital ethics training, the establishment of a campus communication code of ethics, and the promotion of ethical values through social media. The evaluation showed a high level of participant satisfaction, with the majority feeling ready to adopt the workshop results in campus life. The discussion explored the relevance of local values to the current challenges of digital communication, referring to the theory of digital ethics and local culture. A collaborative approach involving students and lecturers has proven effective in designing applied values. However, long-term success requires institutional commitment to monitoring, evaluation, and implementation sustainability. The conclusion is that the values of ethno-digital ethics have great potential to build more ethical digital communication and strengthen social trust in the campus environment. Strategic steps and ongoing support are needed to ensure the implementation of these values.

Abstract

Wawasan Nusantara pada Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peran penting dalam membangun kesadaran dan pemahaman yang kuat tentang digital culture sebagai pilar ke dua literasi digital Kominfo guna mengatasi perundungan siber di Indonesia. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam tentang wilayah, budaya, nilai-nilai Pancasila, kebhinekaan, dan identitas Indonesia, generasi muda akan lebih memiliki rasa cinta dan kebanggaan terhadap bangsa serta identitas nasionalnya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini  untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan Wawasan Nusantara untuk meraih Indonesia bebas dari perundungan siber melalui digital culture. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang membangun karakter bangsa melalui digital culture untuk menghadapi tantangan perundungan siber. Data-data yang digunakan dalam artikel ini diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia terkait dengan Wawasan Nusantara pada pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan perundungan siber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejahatan siber, termasuk perundungan siber, diangkat sebagai isu serius yang dapat merugikan kesejahteraan dan kesehatan mental korban, serta mempengaruhi stabilitas sosial dan persatuan bangsa. Integrasi nilai digital culture dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan Wawasan Nusantara terbukti efektif dalam membangun karakter bangsa, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan perundungan siber. Digital culture yang positif mampu meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya etika komunikasi digital, sehingga interaksi di dunia maya menjadi lebih sehat dan konstruktif. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan etika komunikasi digital kepada generasi muda. Konsep Wawasan Nusantara yang menekankan persatuan dalam keberagaman juga mampu menjadi fondasi dalam membangun sikap toleransi dan empati dalam interaksi digital.

Abstract

The community of Sembalun Village preserves profound local wisdom through the Ngayu-ayu ritual, a practice upheld to express gratitude to Allah Almighty. This research aims to analyse the character education values inherent in the Ngayu-ayu ritual and investigate modernisation’s impacts on this cultural tradition. Employing a qualitative research method, key figures from the community, including cultural, religious, youth, and community leaders, were chosen as research subjects through purposive sampling. The Ngayu-ayu ritual encapsulates a diverse array of character education values, encompassing religiosity, communal cooperation gotong-royong), tolerance, national spirit, patriotism, environmental consciousness, responsibility, discipline, and the appreciation of achievements. However, the ritual has undergone substantial changes due to the influence of modernisation. Ritual stages have been abbreviated and sometimes omitted, with a meticulous preservation of the sacrosanct elements. The traditional practice of fetching water from the 13 sacred springs, once undertaken on foot, now involves using vehicular transport. Furthermore, the communal meal-sharing activity known as “begibung” has shifted from a symbolic blessing dispersal to a more pragmatic distribution of surplus food to the local community. The impact of modernisation is apparent not only in altered ritual activities but also in the evolving mindset of the Sembalun community.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between Belis culture and the social prestige of education for the Manggarai community. The main focus of this research is to analyze how Belis culture can influence access to and motivation for education, especially for women, as well as its impact on social dynamics in the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects involved three main groups: teachers, students and parents, and community leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and focus group discussions (FGDs). The results show that the Belis culture, which is a dowry given in marriage, plays a significant role in building the social prestige of education, with highly educated women receiving greater rewards in the form of higher Belis values. On the other hand, while this culture provides incentives for women to pursue higher education, economic pressures are a major challenge for families who cannot afford the high Belis obligations, resulting in limited access to education for children, especially girls. This research suggests that the Belis culture be utilized as a driver of educational motivation, by integrating educational incentives for families committed to the quality of their children's education. In addition, to reduce social inequality, efforts to improve access to education through family economic empowerment need to be made.

Abstract

Abstrak Program sosialisasi "Tumbuh Tanpa Tekanan: Stop Bullying dan Hindari Perkawinan Anak (Become agent of change trough awarrnes)" yang dilaksanakan oleh tim mahasiswa PLP 2 KKN-DIK Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram di SMKN 1 Janapria pada 18 September 2024 berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap isu bullying dan perkawinan anak. Dengan pendekatan materi yang komprehensif dan interaktif, siswa memahami definisi, bentuk, dampak, serta pencegahan bullying, dan dampak negatif pernikahan di bawah umur. Partisipasi aktif dalam sesi diskusi menunjukkan keterlibatan siswa, sedangkan pembagian instrumen evaluasi mendorong refleksi pribadi terhadap pengalaman mereka terkait kedua isu tersebut. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah, termasuk kepala sekolah dan guru, turut memfasilitasi kelancaran kegiatan. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini menciptakan dasar yang kuat untuk tindakan pencegahan berkelanjutan terhadap bullying dan perkawinan anak di lingkungan sekolah, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk program sosialisasi yang lebih efektif di masa mendatang. Kata kunci: tumbuh tanpa tekanan; stop bullying; perkawinan anak Abstract The socialization program “Grow Without Pressure: Stop Bullying and Avoid Child Marriage (Become agent of change through awareness)” implemented by a team of PLP 2 KKN-DIK students of Muhammadiyah Mataram University at SMKN 1 Janapria on September 18, 2024 succeeded in raising students' awareness of the issues of bullying and child marriage. With a comprehensive and interactive material approach, students understood the definition, form, impact, and prevention of bullying, and the negative impact of underage marriage. Active participation in discussion sessions demonstrated student engagement, while the distribution of evaluation instruments encouraged personal reflection on their experiences related to both issues. Support from the school, including the principal and teachers, facilitated the smooth running of the activities. The results of this socialization create a strong foundation for sustainable preventive actions against bullying and child marriage in the school environment, and provide recommendations for more effective socialization programs in the future. Keywords: growing up without pressure; stop bullying; child marriage

Abstract

Abstract: Climate change is a global challenge that requires adaptability, especially for the younger generation. This research aims to analyze how digital skills can be developed to build learners' adaptability to climate change. With a behavioristic theory-based approach, this research is expected to contribute to the development of more relevant, innovative, and sustainable educational strategies. This research uses a quantitative paradigm with a survey method. The research population was the students of Adiwiyata Junior High School in Semarang, with a sample of 251 students selected using stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using percentages to measure the level of digital skills of students in building adaptation to climate change. The results showed that 78% of students had sufficient to high digital skills, which helped them understand and take adaptive actions to climate change. However, 22% of students still have low digital skills, thus requiring more attention in the learning process. With more structured learning strategies, the use of relevant stimuli, and consistent reinforcement, all students can be encouraged to translate their understanding of climate change into concrete actions that benefit the environment.Abstrak: Perubahan iklim merupakan tantangan global yang memerlukan kemampuan adaptasi, terutama bagi generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana digital skills dapat dikembangkan untuk membangun kemampuan adaptasi peserta didik terhadap perubahan iklim. Dengan pendekatan berbasis teori behavioristik, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pendidikan yang lebih relevan, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMP Adiwiyata di Semarang, dengan sampel sebanyak 251 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup, dan data dianalisis menggunakan persentase untuk mengukur tingkat digital skills peserta didik dalam membangun kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 78% siswa memiliki keterampilan digital yang cukup hingga tinggi, yang membantu mereka dalam memahami dan mengambil tindakan adaptif terhadap perubahan iklim. Namun, 22% siswa masih memiliki keterampilan digital yang rendah, sehingga membutuhkan perhatian lebih dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih terstruktur, penggunaan stimulus yang relevan, dan penguatan yang konsisten, seluruh siswa dapat didorong untuk menerjemahkan pemahaman mereka tentang perubahan iklim menjadi tindakan nyata yang bermanfaat bagi lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memperkenalkan dan mempraktekkan teknik budidaya tanaman holtikultura kepada masyarakat desa Saribaye. Jenis tanaman holtikultura yang dimaksud yaitu edamame (kedelai Jepang), Kaktus dan sukulen melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat di pusat pertanian terintegrasi “Satnite”. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan: (1) Observasi untuk melihat kondisi awal mitra akan kebutuhan dan potensi yang ada, (2) Sosialisasi dan pelatihan budidaya tanaman, (3) Pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan sejauh mana mereka memperoleh manfaat dari program yang dijalankan. Hasil kegiatan ini meningkatkan kapasitas pengetahuan mitra tentang budidaya tanaman edamame dan kaktus dapat menjadi alternatif bagi mereka untuk memperoleh manfaat secara ekonomi sebagai sumber tambahan penghasilan dan inovasi produk hasil tani masyarakat desa Saribaye.Abstract:  The purpose of this service activity is to introduce and practice horticultural plant cultivation techniques to the Saribaye village community. The types of horticultural crops in question are edamame (Japanese soybeans), cacti and succulents through community empowerment in the integrated agricultural center "Satnite". This community service method is carried out through three stages: (1) Observation to see the initial conditions of partners regarding existing needs and potentials, (2) Socialization and training on plant cultivation, (3) Assistance and evaluation of activities to what extent they benefit from the program. run. The results of this activity increase the knowledge capacity of partners about edamame and cactus cultivation, which can be an alternative for them to obtain economic benefits as an additional source of income and innovation of agricultural products from the Saribaye village community.
