Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa Penjaskesrek Universitas Tanjungpura  pada pembinaan olahraga prestasi di Jurusan Ilmu Keolahragaan. Metode dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  mahasiswa dan mahasiswi semester II dan IV yang mengikuti pembinaan olahraga prestasi dengan jumlah 120 orang dan sampel 30 orang, mengunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel purposive. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan motivasi mahasiswa Penjaskesrek dalam mengikuti pembinaan olahraga prestasi secara umum dapat dikategorikan sedang dengan persentase 38,53% pada kategori tinggi lebih kecil dari persentase kategori sedang 45,44%, dan kategori rendah 12,60%, motivasi mahasiswa dipengaruhi pula oleh motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik.   Kata kunci : Motivasi, Olahraga Prestasi. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to examine the motivation of university students Penjaskesrek Tanjungpura in sports coaching achievements in sport scient majors. Menthod in this research uses descriptive quantitative research menthods, with the form of survey research. The population is students of the second semester and the fourth semester that follows port coaching achievements with the number of 120 people and a sample of 30 people, using techniques nonprobability sampling with purposive sampel type. This research concluded Penjaskesrek student motivation in participating in sports coaching achievements can generally be categorized as being with the percentage of 38,53% in the high category smaller percentage of medium category and low category 45,44%, 12,60%, also influenced by the student’s motivation instrinsic and extrinsic motivation.   Keywords : motivation, sporting achievements

Abstract

Abstrak: Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana modifikasi media pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani  di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana memodifikasi media pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak.Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan penelitian ini menggunakan dekriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Deskriptif persentase digunakan untuk menjelaskan data hasil penelitian dengan sampel yang diteliti adalah guru Pendidikan Jasmani  Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak sebanyak 11 orang berasal dari 10 sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 11 guru pendidikan jasmani di kecamatan Menyuke guru yang melakukan modifikasi lebih banyak,  dan hanya dua sekolah yang tidak melakukan modifikasi.   Kata kunci : modifikasi, media pembelajara, pendidikan jasmani.  Abstrac: The research problems are how to modify the physical education instructional media in Junior High School Porcupine District Subdistrict Menyuke therefore this study aims to determine the extent of modifying instructional media conducted by physical education teacher at Junior High School District Subdistrict Menyuke Landak.Metode research used to describe this research uses descriptive quantitative survey research type . Descriptive percentage is used to describe the research data with the sample under study is a teacher of Physical Education in Junior High School Porcupine District Subdistrict Menyuke as many as 11 people from 10 schools . The results showed that of 11 physical education teachers in the district Menyuke teachers do more modifications , and only two schools that do not make modifications . Abstract

Abstract The problem in this research is how much the involvement of teacher penjasorkes in management of talent development and sports achievement of learners. The purpose of this study is to determine the involvement of teacher penjasorkes in the management of talent and sports achievement learners. The method used in this research is descriptive survey method using questionnaire-shaped research instrument. The population in this study is all teachers penjasorkes SMAN level in Pontianak City, amounting to 18 people. In this study the determination of samples using saturated sampling technique that is by taking the entire population, the sample used in this study is all penjasorkes teachers. Data analysis was done by using descriptive analysis technique percentage. The results showed that the management of sports talent coaching by the teacher of penjasorkes showed that 9 teachers (50%) were included in the low category and for the sports achievement of the students by the penjasorkes teacher showed that 7 teachers (38.89%) were included in the low category. Keywords: Management, Development, Sport Achievement

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is "is there any influence of power exercise using pliometric method to smash jump. The purpose of this study is to increase the jump smash.Populasi in this research is amounted to 24 people. Sampling in this research use saturated sampling technique that is sample determination technique if all member of population used as sample. The method used in this research is experimental method with pre experimental form. data collection used in the form of modified vertical jump test. Based on the calculation of t test obtained t value = 4.45> t table = 2.26 and the results of research is power training using pliometric method proved to affect high jumping smash UKM VOLLY UNTAN Keywords: Plyometric, High Smash Leap.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar passing melalui pembelajaran berkelompok di SMPN 12 Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar passing melalui pembelajaran berkelompok di SMPN 12 Pontianak. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriftif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian yaitu untuk prasiklus nilai terendah 44.83, nilai tertinggi 72.34, hasil rata-rata 60.34. Untuk siklus 1 nilai terendah 59.26, nilai tertinggi 85.19 hasil rata-rata 72.41. Untuk siklus 2 nilai terendah 62.96, nilai tertinggi 88.89, hasil rata-rata 76.04. Hasil ketuntasan peserta didik  pada prasiklus adalah 0%, siklus 1 adalah 34.38% dengan 11 peserta didik  dan siklus 2 adalah 53.14% dengan 17 Peserta Didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka terdapat hasil belajar passing kaki bagian dalam melalui pembelajaran berkelompok pada peserta didik di SMPN 12 Pontianak. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Berkelompok, Passing Sepak Bola.   Abstract: The research problem is how efforts to improve learning outcomes passing through group learning in SMPN 12 Pontianak. The research objective to determine efforts to improve learning outcomes passing through group learning in SMPN 12 Pontianak. The research method is descriptive method with the form of classroom action research (PTK). Subjects numbered 32 people. Data were analyzed using the percentage of completeness. Results of this study was to prasiklus lowest value 44.83, the highest value of 72.34, an average yield of 60.34. For cycle 1 the lowest value 59.26, the highest value of 85.19 an average yield of 72.41. For the second cycle of the lowest value 62.96, the highest value of 88.89, an average yield of 76.04. Results completeness learners on prasiklus is 0%, 1 cycle is 34.38% with 11 learners and cycle 2 was 53.14% with 17 Students. Based on the research results are the learning outcomes in the leg passing through group learning on the learner in SMPN 12 Pontianak.  Keywords: Learning Flocking, Passing Football

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi terhadap  pembelajaran dribble bola basket siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Populasi diambil dari rombongan belajar kelas VII, dengan jumlah 276. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 31 siswa.   Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data instrumen diperoleh melalui:1).tes unjuk kerja. 2).Observasi digunakan untuk aktivitas siswa dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 22,6% pada Pre test menjadi 74,2% pada siklus 1 dan 100 % pada siklus 2 , hal ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi terhadap ketuntasan belajar tercapai diatas kriteria yang disyaratkan.Sedangkan Motivasi belajar siswa dari 47,2% menjadi 82,84%. Berdasarkan data tersebut Menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan pembelajaran dribble bola basket melalui penerapan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi pada siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya.   Kata Kunci :, Efektivitas Belajar, Dribble bola basket Abstract:.The purpose of this study is to determine the effectivennes of the use of instructional media that modified to dribble a basketball instructional at the juniorhigh   school  student of  the  class VII G at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. The method used in this study is a descriptive reseach method in form of classroom action research. The  population is taken from  students of grade VII with the total number of 276 students. There are 31 students as the sample of the study. The observation sheet is used as the instrument for collecting data. The data is gathered from 1) Performent test, 2) observation to the see teacher and students activity. Based on the data analysis shows   that  the  mastery  learning  improve  from   22,7%  in  pre  test  to  74,2% in cycle 1, and 100% i cycle 2. Tis result indicates that the application of the modified learning media can achieve the mastery learning above the criteria standart. Meanwhile, students motivation improve from 47,2% to 82,8%. Based on the data, it shows that there is omprovement on student learning of dribblebasketball by the application of the modified learning media at students of SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya   Keywords: Learning effectivennes,dribble basketball

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to obtain information on efforts to improve learning outcomes with table tennis forehand drill method in class V students of SD Negeri 2 Batu Ampar Kubu Raya Academic Year 2016/2017. The study was conducted with descriptive qualitative method that involves two variables are independent variables and the dependent variable drill method is the result of learning forehand table tennis. Subjects in this study were class V students of SD Negeri 2 ampar stone stronghold district highways totaling 25 students. This research technique uses measurements to test the backboard and test the service by using the validity test instruments whose value is 0.615 and the reliability of the test instrument is 0.738 so that they meet industry standards to be used as a research instrument for data retrieval. Data analysis using percentage. These results indicate there is a learning outcome forehand table tennis with the method drill on learners class V SD Negeri 2 Batu Ampar Kubu Raya, it is proved by the increase of learning skills forehand table tennis is pretty good, which is the first cycle to the average value -rata 67.28 so the increase of 52%. while the average value on the second cycle is 70.6, so the increase of 72%. Keywords: Drill method,learning outcomes table tennis forehand,learnes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar teknik meluncur dalam tolak peluru pada siswa siswi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitan yang digunakan adalah one-group pretest postest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 39 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan thitung> t tabel (8,125> 2,04) dan ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 46%. Ketercapaian tersebut tergolong tinggi. Hal ini menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan media audio visual pada materi pembelajaran teknik meluncur dalam tolak peluru sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pada penelitian ini dan hipotesis diterima.   Kata kunci: Audio visual dan teknik meluncur Abstract: This study aims to determine learning outcomes glide technique in shot put at the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pontianak. The method used was experimental research design used is one-group pretest posttest. The sample was 39 students. The result showed that indicate thitung> t table (8.125> 2.04) and complete learn student reaches 46%. The achievement is high. This leads to student learning outcomes by implementing audio-visual media on the learning materials in the shot put technique glide very well. Abstract

AbstractThe problem that arises was how much a tactical learning approach contributes to the forward roll and backward roll gymnastic learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how big the tactical learning approach contributes to the forward roll and backward roll gymnastic learning. The method used in this study was quantitative in the form of pre-experimental design. The population in this study were 60 students in class X. Sampling used a total sampling technique that was class XA students totaling 30 people, the data analysis technique used was the t-test analysis. The results of the study before being given treatment, the lowest score 27 and the highest score 81 with an average of 52.5 on the forward roll skills for backward roll scores obtained, namely the lowest score of 18 and the highest score of 72 with an average of 45.9. Based on these conclusions, forward roll and backward roll gymnastic learning through tactical approach learning can help students improve motion efficiency and help teachers in teaching was very appropriate for delivering learning material at school.Keywords: Floor Gymnastic, Tactical Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa kelas V masih sangat belum mumpuni dimana rata-rata nilainya 60 – 70, sementara KKM-nya adalah 75. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar servis bawah melalui pendekatan bermain balon pada Siswa kelas V SDN 23 Mulung Kabupaten Melawi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan tiga siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 23 Mulung Nanga Pinoh Kabupaten Melawi tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Merujuk data yang telah dianalisis dapat diketahui bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar dari prasiklus sebesar 24%, siklus I sebesar 50%, siklus II sebesar 72% dan siklus III sebesar 100%, artinya perbaikan proses pembelajaran secara bermakna sebagai inti dari penelitian tindakan kelas.   Kata kunci: Servis Bawah Bola Voli dan Bermain Balon Abstract: About problem in this research is  students learned result braze v still so haven't mumpuni where average its point 60 – 70, while KKMnya is 75 .
