Abstract

Objectives. The aim of this study is to develop an efficient media model that can support fourth-grade students in elementary schools to enhance their learning of baseball catching. This media model is designed to enhance their motor skills and comprehension of fundamental concepts related to baseball catching. The research methodology involves creating a media model that caters to the students' learning needs and characteristics. The primary objective is to encourage the students' active participation during the learning process and assist them in mastering the baseball catching technique using gloves covered with Velcro. The ultimate goal is to improve the baseball catching skills of fourth-grade students. Materials and methods. The research employs the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. Designing a glove model for fourth-grade students requires testing and analyzing various materials and shapes to identify the optimal design that caters to the students' size and characteristics. Results. Designing a high-quality glove model is crucial for enhancing students' ability to catch baseballs with ease and ensuring maximum comfort and safety. The validity test score of 0.7 confirms the model's accuracy, while its high reliability value of 0.6 ensures consistent and dependable performance. Conclusion. The development of Velcro glove media was validated by 13 experts who strongly agreed with an average percentage of 89.3%. This glove is intended to improve baseball catching skills among students and encourage their participation in physical activities.

Abstract

Objectives. The objective of the research is to develop a game-based model for fundamental manipulative movements like throwing and catching. The model can be used in physical education classes in elementary schools to assist teachers in teaching these fundamental movements. The created model is expected to be an effective tool in enhancing the learning process of basic manipulative movements in students. Materials and methods. The ADDIE model was utilized in this research which involved five stages - analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research resulted in the development of a validated model for basic manipulative throwing and catching movements. The model underwent revision by basic movement expert lecturers, game experts, and elementary school physical education teachers, resulting in a total of 15 lessons. The data collection process consisted of documentation and observation, while data analysis was carried out descriptively. Results. At SD Negeri 19 Kebayoran Lama, a game-based model has been developed to teach third-grade students the fundamental skills of throwing and catching. The purpose of this research is to enhance the basic manipulative abilities of elementary school students through immersive and interactive gameplay. By utilizing a game-based approach, students are motivated to learn and practice the essential skills of throwing and catching. The game-based model provides a fun and engaging way to teach the students, which can lead to improved learning outcomes. This research seeks to contribute to the development of effective teaching methods that can enhance the learning experience of young students while promoting their physical development. Conclusion. The implementation of basic movement models in physical education is a valuable tool for teachers, particularly in the instruction of basic manipulative movements such as throwing and catching. This study examines a game-based manipulative throwing and catching basic movement model for Grade 3 students at SD Negeri 19 Kebayoran. The aim of this model is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of manipulative movements, while simultaneously engaging them in a fun and interactive manner. By employing this approach, educators can facilitate the acquisition of essential motor skills, improve hand-eye coordination, and promote physical fitness among students.

Abstract

Objective. The objective of this study is to develop a new product for the martial sport of pencak silat that can be used by elementary school students during the learning process. This product will focus on paired inclusive learning for the straight kicks in pencak silat. The reason for this research is that many elementary school students struggle with straight kicks. This struggle starts from their initial attitude towards the technique and continues through the implementation and final attitude stages. These difficulties make the learning process boring for students and often result in an inability to properly focus on the technique, leading to poor form and unachieved learning objectives. Materials and methods. The study employs a combination of research and development methods aimed at creating a learning model product. This product will likely be the outcome of a rigorous process that involves research, experimentation, and testing to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. The learning model product could potentially be used to improve educational outcomes, enhance training programs, or facilitate knowledge transfer in various contexts. Results. Following validation by three experts, including lecturers specializing in pencak silat, learning, and PJOK, a comprehensive set of 14 models has been developed to enhance the learning of straight kick techniques. The models incorporate 5 initial stance models, 8 implementation stance models, and 1 final stance model. This research has culminated in the creation of a model book and learning video designed for children aged 10-12 years who are practicing pencak silat. Conclusion. After conducting a thorough validation process involving pencak silat expert lecturers, learning expert lecturers, and elementary school teachers, it has been determined that the pencak silat straight kick learning model is highly appropriate for children aged 10-12 years. The results indicate that this learning model can be effectively used as teaching material for straight kick training and can be easily understood and studied by students.

Abstract

Objective. This study seeks to create a prototype of Velcro-coated gloves to enhance the effectiveness of baseball catching instruction in fourth-grade elementary schools. Materials and methods. This study improves the baseball catching skills of fourth-grade students by using a glove with a Velcro coating. This study utilizes the ADDIE technique, including of five discrete stages: analysis, design, model creation, implementation, and evaluation. The development of the glove model involves an iterative process of creating and testing various materials and shapes of gloves to determine the most suitable design that matches the size and characteristics of grade IV pupils. Result. A proficient glove design should enhance the capacity to catch baseballs while ensuring the comfort and safety of kids. The validity test result of 0.7 indicates that it is considered valid, while the reliability value of 0.6 falls into the high category. The validation results for the development of the Velcro glove media, as assessed by 13 validators, indicate a strong agreement with an average percentage of 89.3%. Conclusion. Enhancing pupils' proficiency in catching baseballs is expected to increase their engagement in physical exercise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physiological condition of Cricket national athletes. The method used in this study is the quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study is national cricket athletes totaling 30 people consisting of 15 women and 15 men. The sampling technique with the total sampling technique is that all members of the population are sampled, which is as many as 30 people. This research was conducted at the Jakarta cricket field with measurements of the physiological condition of athletes. The results of the study on male athletes showed the average results of measuring the physical fitness component of flexibility with a V-sit and reach test of 33cm, balance of 28 seconds, speed of 20meter which is 3 seconds, agility with shuttle run 5x8 which is 11 seconds, MBT 4.8 meters; THJ 6 meters, 1 minute push up 52 times, 2-minute sit ups 76 times, 1-minute squat 57 times, core 12 level 11 and cardiopulmonary endurance with bleep test get VO2Max of 44 ml. kg/minute. The female athletes showed the average result of measuring the physical fitness component of flexibility with the V-sit and reach test of 31.1cm; balance of 19.4 seconds; the speed of 20 meters is 3.6 seconds; agility with a 5x8 shuttle run of 13.7 seconds; 0meter MBT (for female athletes do not take the MBT test); THJ is 4.9meter; 1-minute push up 31.7 times; 2-minute sit-ups 61.7 times; 1-minute squats 45.3 times; core 12 level 11 and cardiopulmonary endurance with bleep test get VO2Max of 41.3 ml. kg/minute. So it can be concluded that from the average test results of the draining of physiological conditions of cricket national athletes are included in the good category. If displayed in the average performance, male athletes have 87.59% performance and female athletes have 86.40% performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru tentang gerak dasar anak, khususnya pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran gerak dasar untuk anak Sekolah Dasar selama ini. Serta pandangan dan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran gerak dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket melalui aplikasi google form. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru Kabupaten Bogor berjumlah 98 orang. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 100% guru Pendidikan jasmani setuju bahwa gerak dasar sangat penting dan banyak memberikan manfaat terhadap perkambangan anak. 77 orangsetuju bahwa apabila anak memiliki gerak dasar yang baik maka dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan dirinya. Akan tetapi sebanyak 50 orang guru belum mengetahui tahapan pembelajaran gerak dasar yang sesuai untuk anak.Kata Kunci: Gerak Dasar, Persepsi, Sekolah Dasar.ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out the teacher's perception of the child's basic movements, especially at the elementary school level. How to implement basic motion learning for elementary school children so far. As well as the views and competencies of teachers in basic motion learning. This research uses descriptive methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires through the Google form application. The sample in this study is that bogor regency teachers numbered 98 people. From this study, it was obtained that as many as 100% of physical education teachers agree that basic movement is very important and provides many benefits to child development. 77 people agree that if the child has good basic movements it can affect his confidence.However, as many as 50 teachers do not know the stages of basic motion learning that are suitable for children.Keywords: Elementary Motion, Perception, Elementary School.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang model pembelajaran passing sepakbola menggunakan pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) untuk mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan teori ADDIE. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan 10 model tahapan pembelajaran yang telah melalui uji validasi dari dua ahli yaitu ahli bidang pembelajaran dan ahli bidang sepakbola. Hasil 10 model tahapan pembelajaran tersebut mengarah ke pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) berbasis proyek untuk pembelajaran passing sepakbola. Data hasil keseluruhan berdasarkan uji kelayakan model dari mahasiswa diketahui rata-rata persentasi adalah 73,9%, dan data hasil keseluruhan uji kemenarikkan model dari mahasiswa di ketahui rata-rata persentasi 87% sehinga model ini dapat digunakan. Model pembelajaran passing sepakbola melalui pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta layak dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, passing, sepakbola, steam ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain the passing using the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) approach for students of the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research using ADDIE theory. In this study, 10 models of the learning stages have gone through validation tests from two experts, namely learning experts and soccer experts. The results of the 10 learning stages model lead to a STEAM project-based passing football. The overall result data based on the model feasibility test from students is known to have an average percentage of 73.9%, and the overall data attractiveness test results from students are known to have an average percentage of 87% so that this model can be used. Learning model passing through the STEAM approach at the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta is feasible to be used for learning. Keywords: Learning Model, Passing, Soccer, STEAM

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan berbagai model latihan teknik xu bu pada cabang olahraga wushu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dari Sugiyono untuk mendapatkan model latian tambahan yang sesuai dengan tujuan dalam melakukan proses latihan yang berdasarkan teori biomekanik. Penelitian ini melibatkan 2 orang ahli di bidang wushu dan 1 orang ahli di bidang strength conditioning sebagai ahli produksi. Tes validasi dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan tes pembenaran ahli, di mana model yang telah dibuat diuji, kemudian dikonsultasikan dan dinilai oleh para ahli dengan subjek penelitian. Melalui uji validitasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli sebanyak 3 orang ahli menghasilkan produk berupa manual dengan menggunakan model latihan teknik xu bu olahraga wushu dengan 8 model latihan. Kata Kunci: Wushu, Xu Bu ABSTRACT This research is a study that aims to develop various models of xu bu technique training in wushu sports. This study uses Sugiyono's research and development model to obtain additional training models that are in accordance with the objectives in the training process based on biomechanical theory. This study involved 2 experts in the field of wushu and 1 expert in the field of strength conditioning as a production expert. The validation test in this study is to use an expert justification test, where the model that has been made is tested, then consulted and assessed by experts with the research subject. Through the validation test conducted using the expert justification test as many as 3 experts produced a product in the form of a manual using the xu bu technique training model of wushu sports with 8 training models. Abstract

Pemeliharaan kesehatan sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Semakin terpelihara kesehatan ditunjukkan dengan semakin baiknya kondisi kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Kebugaran jasmani akan mendukung dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Peningkatan kebugaran jasmani dapat tingkatkan dengan olahraga atau kegiatan rutin. Telah banyak program peningkatan kebugaran jasmani yang dilakukan, baik itu dengan biaya yang murah dan menyenangkan. Dalam lingkungan Pendidikan selain pendidik maupun pengajar, mahasiswa semua terlibat dan harus tetap menjaga kebugaran jasmani nya. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, diketahui bahwa kebugaran jasmani sangat penting bagi siapapun terutama mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani ataupun atlet. Kebugaran jasmani dapat dilakukan dengan melalui serangkaian tes, seperti lari cepat 60 meter, tes gantung angkat tubuh 60 detik, tes loncat tegak, tes baring duduk 60 detik, dan Bleep Tes. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani tahun akademik 2020/2021 Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 20 mahasiswa. Kegiatan penelitian dalam melihat tingkat kebugaran jasmani masa transisi endemi Covid -19 terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan nilai hasil kebugaran jasmani pada mahasiswa angkatan 2020/2021 Pendidikan Jasmani FIK UNJ sebanyak 8 (30%) mahasiswa berada dibawah rata-rata.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk model pembelajaran tendangan lurus pencak silat berbasis media belajar yang dapat diterapkan dalam model proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah menengah pertama. Model pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru pada saat proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya pada materi beladiri pencak silat tendangan lurus. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) denagan menggunakan metode ADDIE. Dalam penelitian ini ada lima tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk yang berupa model pembelajaran tendangan lurus berbasis media belajar yang telah divalidasi dan direvisi oleh dosen ahli pencak silat, dosen media belajar, dan guru pendidikan jasmani, maka dihasilkan sebanyak 14 model model tendangan lurus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. hasil penelitian ini berupa buku model pembelajaran tendangan lurus berbasis media belajar pada sekolah menengah pertama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran tendangan lurus berbasis media belajar pada sekolah menengah pertama telah dinyatakan valid dan dapat diterapkan untuk siswa dan siswi sekolah menengah pertama.
