Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Go Rental Cabang pendopo. Dalam penelitian ini populasi sebanyak 98 karyawan dan sampel 79 karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner, pada tahap analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data berupa analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis F dan t serta koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif antara variabel kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Go Rental Cabang Pendopo. Adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Go Rental Cabang Pendopo, adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Go Rental Cabang Pendopo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, promosi dan proses terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu XL Prabayar pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhamadiyah Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu produk, promosi dan proses. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan kartu XL Prabayar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 100 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner data sekundernya berupa dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama Produk, Promosi, dan Proses berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan kartu XL Prabayar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Sedangkan secara parsial Produk, Promosi dan Proses berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian kartu XL Prabayar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square 84,2 % artinya keputusan pembelian mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel produk, promosi dan proses sebesar 84,2%. Dan sisanya 15,8% oleh variabel lain dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance of PT. Hevea MK II Palembang, 2) to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Hevea MK II Palembang, 3) to determine the effect of work environment on employee performance of PT. Hevea MK II Palembang. This type of research is associative. With the variables used are employee performance (Y), work motivation (X1), work environment (X2). The number of samples in the study were 73 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling. The data used is primary data with data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, F and t hypothesis tests, the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Hevea MK II Palembang. While in the partial test work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study is to determine consumer satisfaction and convenience towards Maxim customer loyalty in Palembang City. This type of research uses associative. The research location was conducted in Palembang City with 100 samples. The data used is Primary Data. The data collection method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression, F Test, t Test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that consumer satisfaction and convenience have a positive and significant influence on Maxim customer loyalty in Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction on Outpatient Loyalty at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This study used 100 samples, the sampling technique used incidental sampling technique (Accidental Sampling). The type of research used is associative, the data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis, F Test, t Test and Determination Coefficient with a significance level of 10%. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis of the variables of Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction have a positive influence on Patient Loyalty. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction together on Patient Loyalty at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Nivea body lotion in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City. The type of research used is associative. The sample used was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used was through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is quantitative qualitative analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the F test show that the significant influence of brand image and product quality has a positive effect on the decision to purchase Nivea body lotion in Seberang Ulu II District,Palembang City. The results of the partial t-test show that the significant influence of brand image and product quality has a positive effect on the decision to purchase Nivea body lotion in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of Non-Medical Employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang simultaneously and partially. The type of research uses Associative research, the population is 197 non-medical employees and a sample of 133 employees taken by the Proposive Sampling method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, Hypothesis Test F and t and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study from multiple linear regression that Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Work Discipline have a positive effect on the Performance of Non-medical Employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a significant influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of Non-medical Employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, partially there is a significant influence of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Non-medical Employees, there is a significant influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of Non-medical Employees and there is a significant influence of Work Discipline on the Performance of Non-medical Employees. The results of the determination coefficient show that the variables of Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Work Discipline are able to explain the rise and fall of Non-Medical Employee Performance by 88.6% while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of E-Service Quality simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction of Maxim online motorcycle taxi application users in Palembang City. This study uses 100 samples, the sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This type of research is associative, the data used is primary data, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that: there is an influence of e-service quality simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Maxim online motorcycle taxi application users in Palembang City. While partially: 1) efficiency (X1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 2) system svailability (X2) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) fulfillment (X3) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 4) privacy (X4) does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 5) responsiveness (X5) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 6) compensation (X6) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 7) contact (X7) does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
