Abstract

Penggunaan pestisida secara intensif dalam sistem pertanian berkontribusi terhadap akumulasi residu kimia di dalam tanah yang berpotensi menurunkan kualitas lingkungan dan keberlanjutan lahan pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan bioremediasi dan fitoremediasi sebagai upaya pengelolaan lahan pertanian berkelanjutan pada tanah tercemar pestisida di Desa Slemanan, Kecamatan Udanawu, Kabupaten Blitar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan observasional eksperimental melalui pengambilan sampel tanah pada lahan terpapar pestisida dan lahan pembanding. Bioremediasi in situ dilakukan dengan penambahan pupuk kompos organik untuk meningkatkan aktivitas mikroorganisme tanah, sedangkan fitoremediasi dievaluasi melalui identifikasi tanaman indigenous yang toleran terhadap kondisi tercemar. Analisis meliputi populasi mikroorganisme tanah menggunakan metode Total Plate Count (TPC), pengukuran sifat kimia tanah (pH, C-organik, dan N-organik), serta analisis residu pestisida menggunakan kromatografi gas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi kompos organik mampu meningkatkan populasi mikroorganisme tanah secara signifikan dan mempercepat penurunan residu pestisida hingga berada di bawah ambang batas aman (<0,003 ppm). Kondisi pH tanah relatif stabil pada kisaran netral, yang mendukung aktivitas mikroba pendegradasi. Selain itu, beberapa tanaman indigenous, terutama Chromolaena odorata L. dan Vetiveria zizanioides L., menunjukkan potensi sebagai agen fitoremediasi berdasarkan tingkat dominansi dan adaptasinya terhadap lahan tercemar. Integrasi bioremediasi dan fitoremediasi terbukti efektif dalam memulihkan kualitas tanah serta mendukung pengelolaan lahan pertanian yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah akibat gangguan sekresi dan kerja insulin. Salah satu pilar utama dalam pengendalian diabetes melitus adalah pengelolaan pola makan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan kebiasaan pola makan pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Baiturrahman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan judgment sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengelolaan kebiasaan pola makan dalam kategori baik, yaitu sebanyak 93 orang (93%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kebiasaan pola makan pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Baiturrahman tergolong baik dan telah menerapkan prinsip 3J, yaitu jumlah kalori sesuai kebutuhan individu, jadwal makan yang teratur, serta jenis makanan yang tepat.

Abstract

 In the flow shop scheduling each job will go through every machine in the same order. The goal of this research is to complete a series of jobs in order to obtain the optimal makespan  for stick skewers rounding machine. It is become necessities because the company has no planning and scheduling, while the demand exceeds the capacity Thus, optimize the scheduling is needed to be done. One way to optimize the scheduling is to minimize makespan. Based on the results of the research Cross Entropy Algorithm-Genetic Algorithm (CEGA) can provide the optimal solution. This is evident by a comparison technique that enumeration techniques obtained similar results with makespan 1982 seconds, but when compared to the company, CEGA method is better with makespan efficiency of 12.18%. The use of CEGA with the MATLAB has more advantages that simplify and speed in performing the calculations to can optimal solution.

Abstract

Abstract Green Manufacturing is a production process that uses input with a relatively low environmental impact and produce little or no waste or pollution. Application of green manufacturing in the production process of plastic packaging beverage bottles through several stages of the coloring process, preparation of cleaning, repair environmentally friendly, and environmentally friendly conditions. Delivery bottle plastic packaging to the manufacturer for recycling reaches ± 2-3 tons in one shipping every week. Delivery is done three times a month, so that averaged reach 8-12 tons per month for waste bottles of all brands. The purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing the positive influence between staining with cleansing preparation, 2) Knowing the positive influence between the preparation of cleaning with environmentally friendly improvements, 3) Knowing the positive effect between environmentally friendly improvements to the condition of eco-friendly, 4) Knowing the positive influence between staining with environmentally friendly conditions. This study used a survey method using data analysis Partial Least Square (PLS). Results of this research are: 1) Variable staining and no significant positive effect on the variable cleansing preparation 2) Variable cleaning preparations positive and significant impact on the improvement of environment-friendly 3) Variable environmentally friendly improvements and significant positive effect on the condition of environment-friendly. 4) Variable staining and no significant positive effect on the condition of environment-friendly.

Abstract

Abstract: Internal combustion engine is an engine that is old enough and today has much alternative energy that is found to shift from the role of motor fuel, The cooling system in internal combustion engine, if not handled properly will cause something that is fatal is the occurrence of overheating. Cooling during this time using the fin and radiator, and research continues to grow in terms of heat transfer, that is by using porous media, with the help of computer simulation then the role of the fin and radiator can be replaced with porous media with porosity variation 10%, 15%, 20% 25%, 30% so that the temperature distribution will be obtained. The result of the research by using simulation shows that the porosity value of porous media, the temperature distribution value is also bigger. The lower porosity of the value of (h) the heat transfer coefficient will increase.
