Abstract

Kasus penyalahgunaan wewenang jabatan seringkali dijumpai dikalangan para pejabat baik pusat maupun daerah, bahwa dari kasus tersebut salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena kekuasaan yang lebih diberikan kepada pejabat tersebut yang tidak semua orang memilikinya sehingga peluang melakukan perbuatan penyimpangan sangat besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyebab terjadinya penyalahgunaan kewenangan (abuse of power) oleh para pejabat ditinjau dari perspektif Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan hukum normatif yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan konsepsi yuridis positivis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada hukum positif yang berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) karena pada kasus penyalahgunaan wewenang jabatan menggunakan sumber aturan tersebut. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu penggunaan studi pustaka, sumber hukum, dan sumber hukum lainnya. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa dengan kekuasaan yang dimiliki maka peluang untuk melakukan tindakan melawan hukum jauh lebih besar. Hal tersebut sebagaimana terjadi pada kasus Walikota Kendari 2017-2022, dalam hal ini memerintahkan staf pribadinya dengan cara meminta pembiayaan pengecetan kampung warna-warni sebesar 700 juta pada PT.MUI. Terjadinya kasus penyalahgunaan wewenang jabatan dapat diakibatkan karena dengan menggunakan kewenangan untuk memutuskan sendiri tanpa melibatkan orang lain, menginterprestasikan norma (aturan) yang sifatnya samar (kabur) dan selain itu akibat penyalahgunaan wewenang jabatan yang dapat mengarah kepada kesalahan administrasi yang kemudian dapat diproses pada pengawas internal dalam institusi pemerintah, namun lain halnya jika penyalahgunaan kewenangan tersebut diduga merugikan negara maka diproses dalam ranah pidana.

Abstract

The problem of unbalanced load is something that is difficult to avoid in low voltage distribution networks even though the three-phase installation network is attempted with a balanced load distribution.... Unbalanced loads still occur because of the life and death of electrical appliances that alternate according to needs and things that are detrimental because in unbalanced loads flow neutral currents that cause power losses. In this study the authors examined two distribution transformers of 500 kVA each that supply the distribution network and low voltage installations in the cargo terminal building of Juanda Airport Surabaya. Ketentuyan on IEEE 446-1995 unbalanced load allowed is less than 20%, and after measurements, calculations and analysis on transformer number 01 cargo terminal with loading 27.73% - 28% there is no load development is still below 20% with efficiency 91, 06% - 96.5%, but on transformer number 02 with loading 10.58 5% - 12.14% there is an unbalanced load of 20% - 25.66% with efficiency 85.09% - 94.57%. Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is an important aspect in industrial operations, especially in the fisheries sector which has high risks. This study focuses on the application of the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify and control work risks at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Banyuwangi, with the aim of increasing work productivity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the FMEA method in identifying risks and increasing work productivity at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Banyuwangi. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a single case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis was carried out by calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN) based on the Severity, Occurrence, and Detection parameters to determine the priority of risk control. The results showed that the aerator machine maintenance activity had the highest RPN, which indicated a significant risk. The implementation of control measures such as the Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedure and OHS training succeeded in reducing work incidents by 58% and increasing harvest productivity by 15%. The conclusion of the research on the application of FMEA at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Banyuwangi is effective in identifying and controlling work risks, as well as increasing productivity. This success is influenced by management commitment and active worker participation. Recommendations to develop a more integrated OHS management system with technology, such as the use of Smart PPE and data-based monitoring systems. Periodic evaluation of the risk control system is also important to ensure its effectiveness. Continuous training for workers and good collaboration between management and workers must continue to be improved to create a safe and productive work environment.

Abstract

Gebyar PPKn "Pembumian Nilai-Nilai Pancasila dalam Semangat Kompetisi Edukatif Melalui Lomba Pidato dan Cerdas Cermat" bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas lomba pidato dan cerdas cermat sebagai media pembumian nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kalangan pelajar serta menumbuhkan semangat kompetisi edukatif yang positif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi siswa peserta lomba, guru pembimbing, dan panitia pelaksana kegiatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data yang mendalam dan sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lomba pidato dan cerdas cermat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, internalisasi, dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila secara menyeluruh dan aplikatif di lingkungan peserta. Selain menumbuhkan jiwa kompetitif yang sehat, kegiatan tersebut juga mengembangkan keterampilan kognitif dan soft skill seperti kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, kerjasama tim, serta berpikir kritis. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pembumian nilai Pancasila melalui metode yang inovatif dan interaktif guna menghadapi tantangan era globalisasi yang membawa arus informasi dan budaya asing. Adapun sasaran penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kesadaran dan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui kompetisi edukatif lomba pidato dan cerdas cermat antar SMA/SMK/MA dan Sederajat.

Abstract

This study aims to develop e-LKPD based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) using Canva on the respiratory system material of fifth grade elementary school students. The background of this study is based on the low critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students due to the dominance of lecture methods and limited interactive digital learning media. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The validation results show that e-LKPD is declared very valid by material experts (95%), media experts (89%), and practitioners (100%). The practicality test shows the implementation of learning above 87% and very good student responses above 95%. The effectiveness of the product is evidenced by a significant increase in learning outcomes, with an N-Gain value between 0.71 and 0.73 (high category). In addition, indicators of students' critical thinking skills have increased in all aspects after the implementation of e-LKPD. Thus, the PBL-based e-LKPD using Canva that was developed is declared valid, practical, and effective in improving critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of elementary school students.

Abstract

One of the essential subjects taught in the Merdeka Curriculum is Science and Social Studies (IPAS). This subject plays a crucial role in enhancing students' thinking abilities. Consistent development of thinking skills contributes to the formation of students' critical thinking abilities. This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Edpuzzle media on the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of elementary school students in the topic of plant body parts. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The study subjects consisted of two classes: the experimental class, which implemented the PBL model using Edpuzzle, and the control class, which used conventional teaching methods. The research instruments included a critical thinking skills test (essay format) and a learning outcome test (multiple-choice format). The data were analyzed using ANCOVA. The results showed that the PBL model with Edpuzzle media had a significant effect on improving students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes compared to conventional instruction (Sig. = 0.0001 < 0.05). These findings imply that teachers can integrate Edpuzzle-based PBL into daily lessons through interactive videos and guided problem-solving. Schools need to provide training and adequate infrastructure, while policymakers should support digital PBL integration in curriculum implementation. Future studies are encouraged to apply this model in other subjects and grade levels to examine its broader impact

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menghadirkan peluang inovasi dalam pembelajaran, termasuk pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK terhadap peningkatan pemahaman filosofis Pancasila pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experiment), menggunakan kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes pemahaman berupa pre-test dan post-test. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pre-test pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 52.3 meningkat menjadi 79.57 pada post-test, dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 27.27 poin. Uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai t sebesar -10.557 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000, yang membuktikan peningkatan tersebut signifikan secara statistik. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai filosofis Pancasila. Implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi ini direkomendasikan untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis nilai dan karakter di era digital

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the impact of a STEAM-based biogas project-based learning approach on the creativity of seventh-grade students at MTs Negeri 06 Jember. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. It involved 25 students. The students were divided into three groups. For two weeks, students carried out a biogas prototyping project with different organic waste materials and varied fermentation methods. The research instruments included creativity observation sheets and LKPD assessment, with creativity indicators including originality of ideas, flexibility of thinking, integration across STEAM disciplines, visual expression, and perseverance. The results showed that all groups succeeded in developing a simple biogas model and obtained creativity scores and LKPD scores in the good to excellent category. STEAM project-based learning proved effective in improving students' creative thinking skills, understanding of science concepts, and environmental awareness. Thus, this approach is recommended to be applied in environment-based contextual learning at the junior high school level.
