Abstract

Content Management System (CMS) merupakan solusi website yang sudah jadi yang dapat dimodifikasi sesuai kebutuhan, baik itu gambar, content dan lain sebagainya. CMS memungkinkan untuk mempunyai dan mengelola website tanpa harus memiliki pengetahuan teknis tentang pembuatan website. Ada banyak CMS yang beredar saat ini, salah satunya adalah joomla yang merupakan CMS yang cukup terkenal dan banyak digunakan di internet. Pembuatan web Karang Taruna ini menggunakan Joomla, karena merupakan CMS yang paling banyak digunakan, pada dasarnya semua CMS mempunyai karakteristik yang sama. Bersifat modular artinya modul dapat diinstall terpisah, begitu juga template componen dan lainnya banyak disediakan di internet.

Abstract

Microsoft Office sering dipergunakan dalam dunia pendidikan dan dunia kerja. Dalam hal pekerjaannya, guru-guru pada SDN Karang Tengah 8, juga aktif menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excell dan Power Point). Masalah yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya penguasaan terhadap Microsoft Office, sehingga kinerja menjadi kurang cepat dan efektif. Kendala lain yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pelatihan untuk menambah wawasan dan penguasaan guru dalam ilmu komputer , khususnya pelatihan Microsoft Office. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penggunaan Micosoft Office, dan menunjang kinerja guru, maka diadakan pelatihan Microsoft Office Untuk Guru Di SDN Karang Tengah 8. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode penyampaian teori yang disertai dengan praktikum langsung. Pada akhir pelatihan, terbukti bahwa peserta menyatakan puas dengan angka 96,7% dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan, yang menyatakan bahwa materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, sehingga mampu menunjang pekerjaan. Peserta juga menyatakan bahwa materi yang diberikan lengkap dan dapat dengan mudah dipahami, hal ini dinyatakan sebesar 96,7%. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi yang bermanfaat untuk peningkatan kualitas dan kemampuan guru-guru di bidang komputer.

Abstract

UMKM Malang Bakso Culinary Culinary have so far been aware of recording low financial transactions, recording financial transactions is considered difficult, small or simple business scale and mixed finance, causing UMKM to not know the financial condition of their business, Banks have difficulty analyzing the ability of UMKM, often inaccurate credit analysis, takes time and cost. Community service is carried out on micro small and medium businesses, namely poor meatball small businesses located in the Gang Masjid area, Petukangan Utara, South Jakarta. The activity carried out is training in recording financial information which is a difficult thing for small businesses to compile transactions made up to make financial reports that can be used as a reference to get credit from the government. In this case the SI APIK android-based application provides convenience in financial management by small and medium businesses. This activity is divided into 3 (three) stages of implementation, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The culmination of this community service is the training that held on November 23, 2019 at the Masjid Alley, Petukangan Utara, South Jakarta. In the UAT test, a questionnaire with a scale Likert scale of 5 was used. As a result, the respondents agreed (above 70.9%) that overall the training on recording financial information using the APIK android based application could help the owners and employees of UMKM Bakso Malang.

Abstract

In the implementation of Tridharma Peguruan Tinggi activities, especially in the field of community service, Budi Luhur University collaborates with residents of Pondok Lakah Permai Ciledug housing, to collaborate in household scale waste management to be used as biogas raw material. The problems faced by residents and environmental managers are rubbish that is not transported then decomposed, the effects of rotting garbage in the open are certainly not good for health. If the waste processing is done by burning it will cause air pollution. To overcome these problems, the waste is processed into biogas through a fermentation process. The fermentation process is used to decompose organic waste into methane gas that can be used for cooking. The role of the community is very necessary to collect raw materials for waste and sort organic and inorganic waste. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to residents of Pondok Lakah Permai Ciledug to separate waste from household waste to be processed into biogas and form a waste bank to collect garbage from residential residents. The method used is to provide counseling and proceed with making biodigesters to process the waste. The results achieved in this activity are that the community has understood to protect the environment and can operate biodigesters so that the garbage that had piled up is now processed into biogas.

Abstract

One way to help orphans and underprivileged people to get the opportunity to learn the internet for increasing their horizons is through internet training that can improve their ability to use positive technology. Some of the problems faced include the lack of mastery of English, because most of the information on the internet is available in English, so there is need for training in searching the internet. The next problem is the control of internet users to distinguish good and bad information, so there is a need for debriefing in searching for information on the internet. This training activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in the field of computer applications and maximize the use of the internet, search with Google, create a personal blog for orphans Foundation of Amanatul Huda. At the end of the training, it was stated that participants expressed satisfaction with the training, the training material according to the needs of the participants was given a value of 94.7% from the results of the questionnaire distributed. Participants also stated that the material provided was complete and easily understood, this was stated at 93.3%.

Abstract

Business financial statements are important for small businesses as one of the assessments for capital in formal credit institutions, because bookkeeping serves as a reference in business growth and development. Cotton Supply is a small entrepreneur who focused on the sale of sweaters, clothes and pants, located in Cipondoh Indah, Tangerang Banten, in the routine activities carried out by this business in recording still using notes in the form of handwriting that has a high risk of data recording errors, so that the final report produced is not in accordance with the reality of the data in the store. This becomes the background so that this community service activity is carried out with the aim to help facilitate and overcome the problems faced by Cotton Supply. The creation of this Financial Statement by using the accounting application MYOB which has facilities in data deposition until the creation of integrated financial statements in a short time so that it can manage the transactions carried out can be seen quickly. The first stage of this activity is to install the application followed by training on the use of modules, data entry and reading of the required financial statements. The results of Community Service activities by using the application of information systems in cotton supply small business is very helpful in solving the problems faced so far in making financial statements because it can be seen the growth and development of businesses that have been run and developed.

Abstract

Pada UMKM Mie Ayam Wonogiri selama ini kesadaran mencatat transaksi keuangan rendah, pencatatan transaksi keuangan dianggap sulit, Skala usaha kecil atau sederhana dan keuangan bercampur, sehingga menyebabkan UMKM tidak mengetahui kondisi finansial usahanya, Bank sulit menganalisa kemampuan UMKM, seringkali analisa kredit tidak akurat, butuh waktu dan biaya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yaitu usaha kecil bakso malang yang terletak di Jl. Aria Santika, Karawaci kota Tangerang Banten. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pencatatan informasi keuangan yang merupakan suatu hal yang sulit dilakukan bagi usaha kecil untuk menyusun transaksi yang dilakukan sampai dengan membuat laporan keuangan yang bisa dijadikan acuan untuk mendapatkan kredit dari pemerintah. Dalam hal ini aplikasi berbasis android SI APIK memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan usaha kecil dan menengah. Kegiatan ini terbagi dalam 3 (tiga) tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Adapun puncak dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pada pelatihan yang akan dilaksanakan pada 18 Juli 2020 yang dilakukan secara online mempertimbangkan kondisi keamanan dan kesehatan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pada pengujian UAT, telah digunakan kuesioner dengan likert scale skala 5. Hasilnya, para responden setuju (di atas 70.9%) bahwa secara keseluruhan pelatihan pencatatan informasi keuangan mempergunakan aplikasi berbasis android SI APIK dapat membantu pemilik dan karyawan UMKM Mie Ayam Wonogiri

Abstract

LibreOffice is a FOSS (Free Open Source Software) office application which is a project of The Document Foundation (TDF) organization. LibreOffice is used to create text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and so on. LibreOffice is a solution for using an alternative use of Microsoft Office office applications with a paid license. LibreOffice uses the Mozilla Public License (MPL) version 2.0. Domestic Primary Schools in the use of ICT for teaching and learning activities have started pioneering migration using the Linux operating system and the FOSS application in 2015. Starting in the 2016/2017 academic year, it is planned to fully implement it. use of Linux for teachers, administrative staff and students. To support this, the school is doing various things to improve the competence of teachers in the use of ICT, especially the LibreOffice office application. Based on this, "Training on the Use of LibreOffice for Tanah Tingal Elementary School teachers to improve teacher competence in the use of ICT in teaching and learning activities at Tanah Tingal School" as a form of Community Service Program (PPM) which is one one tridharma from college. This training can be a useful contribution to improving the abilities of teachers in particular and students in the end.

Abstract

Customer support and satisfaction are very important in running a Coffee shop business. Thani Coffee as a place to relax and enjoy Coffee if there is work or college assignments. Thani Coffee has issues, particularly the offerings in keeping relationships with clients, consisting of useless providers for customers when placing orders, in addition to facts about drink promos that are less powerful so that occasionally Thani Coffee workers neglect to provide statistics about drinks that may be on promo to customers, and a less powerful complaint and tips submission center so that Thani Coffee is difficult to improve services. Based on the current problems, this research uses a buyer relationship control (CRM) method approach where there is 1 CRM stage, namely Enhance. The method in this observation uses direct observation, interviews and also conducts documentation. The e-CRM device created using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language and MySQL as its database. This system was created with the aim of providing service and pleasure to Thani Coffee customers, which has a variety of features for customers, drink promo features, ordering, reduction, complaints and instructions, drink reviews. The features that can be used by Thani Coffee are menu input, cut price, order data, customer data, sales report generation, user reports, criticism and review reports as well as providing facilities to change banners to assist beverage promo activities. The research conclusion is to facilitate the sale and recapitulation of Thani Coffee sales and also to compete with other Coffee Shops.

Abstract

This community service aims to study and implement strategies for using social media in the promotion and marketing of sheep and goat farming businesses in Tenjo. This activity aims to help sheep and goat farmers in Tenjo increase the visibility and profitability of their business through the use of social media as an effective communication and promotional tool. The method used in this community service involves training, mentoring, and implementation in the use of social media such as Instagram as a platform for promotion and marketing of livestock products. Apart from that, training is also carried out regarding the creation of interesting and relevant content and social media management, for promotional effectiveness. The results of this service show that the use of social media has had a positive impact on the business of sheep and goat farmers in Tenjo. They succeeded in increasing the number of customers, sales and brand awareness through more targeted and effective promotional campaigns. In addition, social media is also a tool for building online communities between breeders and customers, increasing engagement and facilitating better communication. In the context of the ever-changing development of information and communication technology, this community service makes a real contribution to increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of sheep and goat farming businesses in Tenjo.
