Abstract

People's need for internet connection is a must nowadays, as everyone surely performs all activities through the internet. All activities require internet connection, be it work, lectures, gaming, household payments, shopping and many other activities that are done online. However, because people still rely on the experiences of other users when choosing Internet providers, it is difficult to find a fiber Internet service provider whose quality of service meets one's needs. The decision support system can help people choose an Internet service provider efficiently. The decision support system for fiber optic Internet service provider selection uses the weighted product method, which is one of the methods in the decision support system. The weighted product method is considered suitable to determine the best fiber optic internet service provider in North Jakarta with the appropriate weighting. The stages of the weighted product method include determining the priority value of each criterion, calculating the weight of the criterion, calculating the vector Si, calculating the vector Vi, and making the decision based on the results of the vector Vi calculations. The largest Vi value is the best alternative option. The results of this study are proven to be able to provide an objective alternative for choosing the best Internet service provider in the North Jakarta area.

Abstract

Online registration is one application that can reduce queues at the hospital. However, its application must meet the standards so that patients are satisfied with the online registration application. This research was conducted to determine the description of patient satisfaction with online registration applications using end user computing statisfaction. Samples obtained in this study were 73 respondents taken by incidental sampling. The design of this study is cross sectional where research is only measured one time to find out the picture of satisfaction. The level of patient satisfaction is measured using the EUCS (End User Computing Statisfaction) model which consists of five components namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. Data in this study were obtained from questionnaires to patients or families of patients who registered through the online registration application. The results showed that of 73 respondents 45 respondents (61,6%) were dissatisfied and 28 respondents (38,4%) were satisfied. This study concludes that there are still many patients or users who feel unsatisfied with the online registration application. Suggestions aimed at online registration applications are to design the interface on the application so that it is more user friendly, reducing errors during data processing, updating the doctor's schedule, speeding up access when registering online and speeding up the process of downloading barcodes on the online registration application. Keywords: Online registration, satisfaction, content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness.

Abstract

Abstract

Authentic leadership has increasingly gained attention in academic studies and organizational practices. The Donkey Principle by Rachel Anne Ridge offers a unique perspective on leadership, emphasizing perseverance, authenticity, and resilience—qualities embodied by the donkey. This article explores the application of these principles in leadership through a literature review methodology, analyzing relevant leadership theories and insights from the book. The findings suggest that effective leaders are not necessarily those who stand out like racehorses, but rather those who remain steadfast in their values, face challenges with resilience, and create long-term meaningful impact. These insights provide valuable contributions to leadership development across various sectors, including business, education, and social organizations.
