Abstract

In the digital era, children are increasingly exposed to electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers from a young age, impacting their play, learning, and social interactions. Concerns about the potential effects on children's mental health and well-being have grown, prompting research into the psychological factors influencing technology adoption and its implications. This study employs a cross-sectional survey design to explore the relationship between digital technology usage and children's mental health. Data collected from 500 children aged 8-18 years in City X includes demographics, digital technology usage patterns, and assessments using validated scales. The findings reveal significant correlations: prolonged digital technology use correlates with increased risks of anxiety (r = 0.35, p < 0.01), depression (r = 0.30, p < 0.01), and behavioral issues (r = 0.25, p < 0.05) among children. The study underscores the importance of balanced and monitored technology use to mitigate adverse impacts on children's well-being. Collaborative efforts involving parents, educators, and policymakers are crucial in guiding children's technology usage to optimize benefits while safeguarding mental health. Future research aims to further understand these dynamics and develop effective strategies for promoting healthy digital habits among children.

Abstract

The existence of technology in the world of education is a very important need. As time goes by, technology is developing rapidly along with the intelligence and creativity of the generation that will be the successor of the nation in the future. Therefore, students must also be able to develop technology in learning such as ChatGPT. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of ChatGPT in learning in college as a medium that can help lectures. The method used in this research is quantitative method, data obtained through online questionnaire distribution. The results found that there are various impacts such as ChatGPT can make it easier for students to do some of their assignments, however, socially the interaction and communication between students and lecturers will be reduced, because in the world of education what is needed is not only grades, but also the process that makes it clear that ChatGPT can be beneficial because it can help with assignments, but on the other hand, there is a lack of communication between lecturers and students. The limitation of this study is that researchers only conducted research on some students in higher education so that the data obtained is less relevant. Penliti hopes that future researchers can conduct more in-depth research. This research also recommends ChatGPT in college.

Abstract

The development of technology has brought significant changes in the property sector, especially through the application of Property Technology (Proptech) in business management. This study aims to analyze the effect of Proptech management on improving organizational performance in the property sector. Using a quantitative approach, data is collected through surveys to property companies that have adopted digital technology in their operations. Regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between the application of Proptech with operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The results showed that Proptech management contributes positively and significantly to improving organizational performance. Digitization of management systems, automation of services, and the use of big data analytics proved to be able to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the company. In addition, the study identifies factors that moderate the effectiveness of Proptech implementation, such as market conditions, government regulation, and organizational readiness to adopt technology. The findings suggest that companies with higher rates of technology adoption tend to have a greater competitive advantage compared to those still implementing conventional systems. The study also revealed that the main barriers to implementing Proptech include high investment costs, digital infrastructure limitations, and resistance to change on the part of internal companies. Therefore, this study provides recommendations for property companies to develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to improve management effectiveness and competitiveness in the industry.

Abstract

Dynamic pricing is a pricing strategy that allows companies to adjust product prices based on demand, time, and customer behavior. With advances in technology and analytics, the application of this strategy is increasingly widespread, helping companies understand demand patterns in real-time and maximize revenue. Despite providing a competitive advantage, companies must pay attention to transparency and fairness in pricing in order to maintain customer trust. The implementation of dynamic pricing is expected to continue to evolve with the involvement of artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, allowing companies to set prices more accurately according to market conditions. In addition, dynamic pricing also plays a role in supporting sales of products that have a limited shelf life, so as to minimize waste and improve operational efficiency. This strategy also includes dynamic bundle pricing, which can increase customer loyalty through more relevant offers. The provision of discounts in this strategy contributes to an increase in positive interactions and product recommendations, although the impact is often temporary within the retail sector. Overall, dynamic pricing helps companies maintain competitiveness and improve customer satisfaction with more adaptive and data-driven pricing strategies.

Abstract

Organizational sustainability has increasingly become a central focus in human resource management (HRM), particularly through the implementation of innovation-based green compensation and reward mechanisms. This study aims to present a systematic review of the role of green compensation and rewards in promoting employees’ pro-environmental behavior and enhancing organizational sustainability through innovative strategies. The review includes 100 articles categorized into five key themes, such as the impact on employee behavior, integration of green HRM practices, green incentives, and the effectiveness of green rewards. The findings indicate that green compensation significantly influences employees’ pro-environmental behavior by enhancing green motivation and organizational commitment (K, 2024). Furthermore, the integration of green HRM practices including green recruitment and innovation-focused training reinforces the alignment between corporate sustainability strategies and employee behavior (K, 2024). Both financial and non-financial incentives designed with a sustainability focus and innovative approaches have also been shown to increase employee engagement in environmental initiatives (Beck-Krala, 2020).  Green reward mechanisms not only raise environmental awareness but also play a crucial role in driving eco-innovation in the workplace (Performance Analysis, 2020). In addition, effective and innovation-based reward systems help organizations achieve higher levels of sustainability by improving employee retention and environmental performance. This study concludes that green compensation and reward are key strategies in green HRM to support sustainability. Further research is needed to explore the implementation of these mechanisms across different cultural and industrial contexts.
