Abstract

Ship safety issues are in the global spotlight, including on purse seine vessels based at the Nizam Zachman Jakarta Ocean Fisheries Port (PPSNZJ). This is due to the high number of ship accidents. There have been 11 (eleven) cases of ship sinking and fires in 2020-2022. This study uses a descriptive survey method through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The determination of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling and data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively. The results of the study showed that most purse seine vessels had complied with the procedures and administration of fishing vessel safety and security standards with an average value of 95.73%, meaning very compliant. However, the completeness of work safety and security equipment such as helmets, gloves, and welding shields is still low, or only reaching an average of 45%. This means that awareness and implementation of work safety standards are not evenly distributed among ship owners and crew. Key words: assessment, compliance, occupational safety, purse seine

Abstract

Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Lempasing merupakan pelabuhan perikanan terbesar di Lampung. Salah satu kapal yang paling banyak dioperasikan di Pelabuhan Lempasing yaitu mini purse seine. Terdapat berbagai aktivitas di Pelabuhan Lempasing, yaitu pendaratan (bongkar muat) dan pemasaran ikan. Aktivitas bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lempasing merupakan aktivitas utama setelah kapal berlabuh di dermaga. Kecelakaan yang terjadi pada aktivitas bongkar muat dapat menyebabkan kerugian berupa terhambatnya kegiatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kegiatan dan potensi bahaya aktivitas bongkar muat kapal mini purse seine, menganalisis tingkat kecelakaan dan peluang risiko yang mungkin dapat terjadi, memberikan rekomendasi/alternatif solusi, serta menentukan tindak pengendalian kecelakaan kerja. Metode survei deskriptif HTA (Hierachy Task Analysis) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 47 risiko kecelakaan pada aktivitas bongkar muat, kegiatan berisiko ringan 36 (77%), menengah terdapat 5 (11%) kegiatan, 2 (4%) kegiatan berisiko berat, dan 4 (9%) kegiatan berisiko fatal. Risiko kecelakaan kerja terbesar terjadi pada kegiatan bongkar, hal ini disebabkan karena individu yang terlibat cukup banyak (sekitar 20 orang) dan aktivitas yang dilakukan cukup berat.

Abstract

PT. BPR NBP 29 adalah salah satu Bank Swasta yang menyediakan modal kerja dan pinjaman kredit. Dalam hal tersebut, bank harus melakukan analisis terhadap laporan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan/debitur (nasabah) yang mengajukan permohonan kredit sebagai upaya untuk mempermudah bank dalam menilai kelayakan pemberian kredit dan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengembalian perusahaan/debitur (nasabah) kepada pihak bank. Analisis laporan keuangan memiliki bentuk-bentuk dalam melakukan pengukuran yaitu dengan metode Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Aktivitas, Rasio Solvabilitas, dan Rasio Profitabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan analisis laporan keuangan terhadap efektivitas pemberian kredit pada PT. BPR NBP 29 Cabang Ciasem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisis, serta memperoleh data berupa angka-angka sehingga dapat memberi gambaran yang cukup jelas mengenai perkreditan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan tentang pentingnya posisi keuangan bagi perbankan dalam menyetujui permohonan kredit dan meminimalisir atau mencegah terjadinya kredit macet oleh debitur yang dapat merugikan pihak bank sebagai kreditur.

Abstract

The Bungus Fishing Port serves as a center for fishery economics in the West Sumatra region and its surroundings, expected to contribute to the regional economy of West Sumatra. However, empirically, the contribution of this port has not yet been determined. In actuality, this data is crucial as a foundation for the development of the fishing port, both in terms of its administration and its interaction with the neighborhood. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to calculate the magnitude of Bungus FP, contribution to the local economy. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, a methodological approach aimed at presenting and interpreting research objects objectively. Data collection was conducted through literature studies, field observations, and interviews with all business actors at Bungus FP. Purposive sampling was used to identify respondents. The data was analyzed using a descriptive comparative method, which involves comparing the economic value at the fishing port with the GDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) at the level of Padang City, West Sumatra Province, and the National level. The results indicate that economic activities in the PPS Bungus area consist of various types of businesses such as restaurants, ship supplies, fishermen, ship docking, processors, street vendors, and others, with a total annual income of IDR 815,256,218,383. The contribution of PPS Bungus to the Fishery GDP and the overall GDP of Padang City in 2024 is 19.55% and 0.97%, respectively. Key words: bungus, economy, contribution, fishing port, region

Abstract

The Palabuhanratu Nusantara Fishing Port (PPN) is currently working to upgrade its status to Oceanic Fishing Port (PPS). The availability of infrastructure and supporting facilities is crucial to support this transformation process. The main activities at the Palabuhanratu PPN include ship berthing, distribution of logistical supplies, and ship repair services. However, crucial challenges often faced by this fishing port are suboptimal operational performance and the quality of services provided. This study aims to describe vessel activities, identify the growth rate of vessel activities, and formulate strategies to increase the number of vessel activities at the Palabuhanratu PPN. Data collection methods in this study involved interviews and direct field observations. Interview informants were determined using a random sampling technique. The collected data were then processed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study obtained four types of activities at the Palabuhanratu PPN: vessel arrival activities; loading and unloading activities; vessel supply activities; and ship repair activities. The growth rate of vessel activity at Palabuhanratu Port tends to fluctuate, with the highest number in 2012 at 903 units, and the lowest at 480 units in 2019. Strategies to increase vessel activity include optimizing port basin facilities through sediment dredging, improving the quality of human resources, and increasing fishermen's productivity.
