This study aims to describe Community Empowerment through Hope Family Program in Ranotana Weru Village, Wanea Sub-district, Manado City. The data collected consists of primary and secondary. The data used in this study is qualitative, by selecting the village head, the head of the environment, the accompaniment of the Hope Family Program and the beneficiaries as informants. The results of this study prove that, the empowerment done by the government to the poor in Ranotana Weru Village is very good in terms of household needs, health and education. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that; The recipient of the Hope Family Program in Kelurahan Ranotana Weru consists of eight families. Assistance in the form of Direct Cash Assistance to participants maintains the life of basic needs of the household. Community Empowerment through Family Hope Program in Kelurahan Ranotana Weru is not right on target from the main goal of Family Hope Program. Because the benefits by participants of Family Hope Program in ranotana weru sub-district mostly use is household basic need compared to education and health.

The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategy of Tempe Sucipto in Manado. This study uses descriptive analysis based on Likert scale. This study is conducted from November until January 2018 located in MultiMart, Jumbo, Golden, Fiesta Ria, Transmart Carrefour, and Indomaret Plus Manado. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interview towards 12 respondents of customers of Tempe Sucipto who have ordered Tempe Sucipto in November 2018. Secondary data is data obtained from the related literature. Results indicate that respondents are satisfied to the product Tempe Sucipto in terms of quality. Packaging, durability, and features.*lrr*.

This study aims to analyze the income of red onion farming in Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso Sub-district, Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through prepared statement list while secondary data was obtained from BP3K West Tompaso Sub-district (Central Bureau of Statistics), internet and previous research. This research was conducted in South Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso Sub-district,which is a production center of red onion. Sample research method is done by purposive sampling (purposely), where the sample is obtained based on information from the respondents who have been interviewed. Data is presented in numerical and quantitative form. Variable measurement concept used is selling price and production costs. The results of this study indicate that the people of South Tonsewer Village rely on the field of agriculture especially the red onion, because it has a bright prospect in the sense worth to be cultivated (profitable). This can be indicated from the R / C ratio. Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) is 1.77 of the calculation of revenue divided by total cost. This means that every Rp.1.00 cost incurred will get revenue amounting to Rp.1.77 Criteria R / C> 1 = the farmers of farmers on the farmers of red onion on the South Tonsewer beneficial.*lwths*.

The study aims to analyze the factors that affected demand of cayenne pepper in Tomohon City. This study conducted for 3 months from September to November 2017. Data used secondary data was time series data per quarter from year 2012 to 2016. Analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that factor of, cayenne pepper price, substitution goods (curly pepper) and complementary goods (shallots) significantly affected on cayenne pepper demand.*lrr*.

This study aims to determine the performance of agricultural extension workers to â€œSuka Majuâ€ farmers groups in the village Kopiwangker sub-district, west Langowan. This research was conducted for two months from December 2016 to January 2017. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews with members of the farmer group as many as 23 people based on questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the office of the agricultural, fisheries and forestry extension office (BP3K). The results of this study show that the performance of 2 agricultural extension workers in kopiwangker village is quite good with a score interpretation of 65.76%.*eprm*.
