Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance and effectiveness of political policy strategies in Indonesia using a quantitative research method with a snowball sampling technique with a sample size of 1,200 respondents from 38 provinces. margin of error of approximately 5 percent at a 95 percent confidence level with descriptive statistical data techniques where the data used to describe or summarize the main characteristics of the analysis of performance and effectiveness of political strategy leadership in Indonesia, the data tool uses SPSS statistics version 26, with a time of 2 years, with the results of the analysis of performance and effectiveness of political strategy leadership in Indonesia where scientific selection and training of workers, the role of civil society, political parties, the military, and do not know with an average of 86%.

Abstract

The interaction of Islamic economics and government transformation Technology in Indonesian Muslim society can create justice, prosperity for all parties, and blessings both in this world and the hereafter, to know the interaction of Islamic economics and government transformation Technology in Indonesian Muslim society. The research method uses a quantitative survey approach to ensure accuracy and relevance in this research. The type of data used is primary data using a sampling technique via snowball sampling using an online survey. With locations in 16 provinces in Indonesia: South Sulawesi, West Java, East Java, DKI Jakarta, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, North Sumatra, Gorontalo, South Sumatra, East Kalimantan, North Maluku, West Kalimantan, Riau, West Papua, Bali, Papua, and East Nusa Tenggara, it can see that the largest is DKI Jakarta and the lowest is West Papua, with several 1200 informants in each province, 75 informants with a period of 2 years. The technique used to collect study data on published material in the interaction between Islamic economics and government transformation technology is that Islamic economics is based on Islamic ethical principles such as the prohibition of usury (interest), justice, and fair distribution. In Indonesian Muslim society, these principles can be used as a guide in business and finance, and advances in technology, especially the internet and digital platforms, have provided greater access for society to participate in the economy and governance, with Islamic economics encouraging entrepreneurship. Interaction between Islamic economics and technology has great potential to shape Indonesia's economic, social, and governmental future in a way that is more in line with social justice.

Abstract

Pohe Village, as a coastal area, has enormous fisheries potential, especially Nike fish, which has high economic value, but has not been fully utilized by the local community. Constraints such as limited knowledge of efficient Nike fish processing techniques and an understanding of available technology hinder the optimal development of Nike fish. Given the importance of the fisheries sector for the local economy, Nike fish development is a strategic step to improve economic conditions and community welfare. The main objective is to explore and utilize the potential of Nike fish as an alternative source of new income. This involves improving the skills of fishermen in Nike fish cultivation, developing relevant technology, and preparing an efficient marketing system. With this step, it is hoped that Nike fish can become a stable and sustainable source of income for the coastal communities of Pohe Village. The methods applied include socialization of the benefits of Nike fish, training in making crispy Nike fish and its processing, implementing modern technology, and ongoing assistance and evaluation. A long-term plan is also prepared to ensure a sustainable program. With this implementation, it is hoped that the community will experience increased skills and knowledge in managing Nike fish, increased production, and an efficient marketing system. As a result, Nike fish becomes vital to the economic welfare of coastal communities, making Nike fish the main commodity to sustainably support the local economy. ABSTRAK Kelurahan Pohe, sebagai daerah pesisir, memiliki potensi perikanan yang sangat besar utamanya Ikan Nike, yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat. Kendala seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang teknik pengolahan ikan nike itu sendiri yang efisien dan pemahaman teknologi yang tersedia menghambat pengembangan ikan Nike secara optimal. Mengingat pentingnya sektor perikanan bagi perekonomian lokal, pengembangan ikan Nike menjadi langkah strategis untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan utamanya ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan memanfaatkan potensi ikan Nike sebagai alternatif sumber pendapatan baru. Ini melibatkan peningkatan keterampilan nelayan dalam budidaya pengolahan ikan Nike, pengembangan teknologi yang relevan, serta penyusunan sistem pemasaran yang efisien. Dengan langkah ini, diharapkan ikan Nike dapat menjadi sumber ekonomi yang stabil dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat pesisir Kelurahan Pohe. Dengan metode yang diterapkan mencakup sosialisasi mengenai manfaat ikan Nike, pelatihan pembuatan krispi nike dan pengolahannya, penerapan teknologi modern, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Rencana jangka panjang juga disusun untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Dengan implementasi ini, diharapkan masyarakat akan mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan pengelolaan ikan Nike, peningkatan produksi, dan sistem pemasaran yang efisien. Hasilnya ikan nike menjadi krispi dalam kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir, menjadikan ikan Nike sebagai komoditas utama untuk mendukung ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of implementing the policy implementation of Gorontalo City regional regulation no. 12 of 2017 concerning Waste Management in Hulonthalangi District. This research was conducted by a qualitative method, the data collection techniques used were using interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique is interactive data analysis. The results of the research as indicators of the success of policy implementation used in this study, both in terms of socialization, the availability of supporting facilities, and factual budget support are not available or can even be said to have received full attention from the Gorontalo City local government. As suggestions and recommendations that can be given by researchers as part of constructive things, the importance of education that is continuously carried out massively by local governments, the need for full penetration from local governments on the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure, the availability of sufficient budgets as part of policy financing also needs to be prepared by local governments, communication and coordination across sectors, addition to temporary waste collection points at each point in each sub-district in the Gorontalo City area.
