Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Nagari Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach in which data collection was based on the factors that became the main supporters of the research object. In this study, the withdrawal of informants was based on a purposive sampling technique which was based on the main criteria, namely the people of Nagari Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok. This data collection is done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources which was then analyzed. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok can be said to be going well and the socialization carried out is still not effective because there are still people from the community who do not know the amount of assistance received, what It's just a requirement to become a KPM, and there are still people who abuse this assistance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) service at the General Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) Bukittinggi Branch Office. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach in which data collection was based on the factors that became the main supporters of the research object. In this study, the withdrawal of informants was based on a purposive sampling technique which was based on the main criteria, namely that they must be the people of the City of Bukittinggi. This data collection is done by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources which was then analyzed. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Rumah Pangan Kita program carried out by Perum BULOG at the Bukittinggi Branch Office has been effectively carried out through the RPK companion application. The obstacles experienced by partners are delays in payments exceeding the compensation provided by Perum Bulog

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of a strategy to increase the competence of Apparatus Resources at the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method, the withdrawal of informants using a purposive sampling technique. Thus, the data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis is done by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources and analyzed. In conclusion, the strategy implementation to increase the competence of Apparatus Resources at the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province, has not run optimally. The cause is that the overall implementation indicators have not been met because participants do not focus on understanding the material when the activity is running. In contrast, some of the obstacles that become obstacles are the limited number of personnel and improper time management in carrying out activities, as well as the lack of enthusiasm and desire of employees to participate in activities and budget constraints from the local government, which results in delays. In the distribution of activity funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the investigation by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic, to determine the Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of the Investigation by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative from West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to find out what efforts were carried out by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra in The Covid-19 Pandemic Period to Realize Maladministration-Free Public Services in the City of Padang. This type of research is a semi-qualitative research. The results of this study, namely: 1. The investigation of the Ombudsman RI Representative of West Sumatra has been running as regulated by Article 7 of Law no. 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. 2. When carrying out an investigation in Padang City, the Ombudsman encountered obstacles such as limited human resources for the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra, the lack of budget for the RI Ombudsman for the West Sumatra Representative, poor communication between the Ombudsman and the community, and poor communication with the reported agencies resulting in a lack of supervision over warnings. Ombudsman. 3. The efforts of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for West Sumatra during the Covid-19 Pandemic to realize maladministration-free public services in the city of Padang, namely the efforts of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative of West Sumatra to build a network and the efforts of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative of West Sumatra in carrying out socialization.

Abstract

This research departs from the number of MSMEs in Solok City that have fallen and experienced a decline in income due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Solok City. Abstract

This research aims to find out the management of nagari market as a source of  income in the Pasar Baru Kenagarian IV Koto Pulau Punjung. This research uses a kualtative approach with descriptive methods. The research was conducted at the Pasar Baru Kenagarian IV Koto  Pulau Punjung and the Office of the Guardian of Nagari IV Koto Pulau Punjung. Research informants are determined by purposive sampling techniques. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews, documentation studies and obeservasi. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results showed that the management of   Pasar BaruNagari IV Koto Pulau Punjung has implemented indicators of management, namely planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating, but in the implementation it is still not optimal because of the shortcomings in each management indicator. As the original source of income nagari Pasar Baru Nagari IV Koto Pulau Punjung has contributed to the implementation of nagari government.

Abstract

The study aims to see the implementation of face-to-face study during the covid-19 pandemic in Padang city. It is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. Research informants are determined by purposive sampling techniques. Where the information consists of provincial education service, Padang city education service, Special school country 1 Padang, Special school ypplb, Special school ypac, Special school al-ishlaah padang. Data collection conducted through interviews, documentation studies and observation. Testing the validity of data using the triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques are done with data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The study shows that implementation of policies on the implementation of suda's face to face learning is implemented according to policy implementation indicators, standards and goals, resources, characteristics of the executive organization, attitudes of the executioners, organizational communications, social, economic, and political environment. But the implementation is still rudimentary because there isa shortage of indicators and there are several inhibitors such as the same rules and the lack of resources. But there is also a contributing factor such as support for student parents, and it can dissever learning loss.

Abstract

This study seeks to determine the corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies implemented by PT Perekebunan Nusantara Sei Intan Plantation Area in Rokan Hulu Regency. This research aims to determine how the Implementation and Constraints of the TJSP Policy Implementation of PT. Nusantara V Plantation Sei Intan Plantation Area in Rokan Hulu Regency can be identified. This type of research employed qualitative methods of description. Location This study was conducted at the Kembang Damai District Sei Intan Rokan Hulu PKS Palm Oil Plantation. Pagaran Tapah Darussalam, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau. Purposive sampling was utilized in the collection of data. The observational data obtained through interviews and documentation studies. Triangulation of sources ensured the data's validity. The findings of this study indicate that the TJSP Policy of PT. Archipelago Plantation Area of Sei Intan Gardens in Intan has been effectively implemented. This is due to four factors in Rokan Hulu Regency: communication, resources, disposition, and organizational structure. Moreover, the Implementation of TJSP Policy of PT. Nusantara V Plantation Area Sei Intan Plantation is hindered by internal and external factors. Internal factors are those that originate from within the agency, whereas external factors originate from outside the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the management of mangrove forest tourism objects in improving the economy of the people of Apar Village, Pariaman City. The background of this research is the management of mangrove forest tourism objects by BUMDes which is not yet optimal and the level of welfare of the people of Apar Village who have not benefited from the existence of mangrove forest tourism objects. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative methods. This study uses informant selection techniques using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of managing mangrove forest tourism objects in improving the economy of the people of Apar Village, has not been effective. This is because there are still aspects of effectiveness and aspects of economic improvement that have not been fulfilled in the management of mangrove forest tourism objects, namely clarity of goals to be achieved, clarity of strategy for achieving goals, availability of facilities and infrastructure, implementation of effective and efficient tasks that have not been fulfilled. effectively or optimally. Furthermore, based on the economic improvement component, it has not been effective either. This is based on the aspect of increasing regional income, the aspect of increasing the average income of the community and the aspect of increasing the welfare of the community. As well as in the aspect of reducing unemployment rates it is also not very effective because there are still few job opportunities available in mangrove forest tourism objects.

Abstract

This research aim of being able to describe how the Implementation of the Merit System in Transfers of Civil Servant Positions at the Sungai Beremas Sub-district Office, West Pasaman Regency and to find out the Inhibiting Factors and Also whether there are supporting factors in the implementation of the System the merits. The application of the merit system at the Sungai Beremas Subdistrict Office, Pasaman Regency in implementing promotion of positions prioritizes employees who have managerial competence and technical competence. Promotions are given to employees who have above average abilities. It is hoped that this will provide competition for employees to improve performance in their respective work units at the Sungai Beremas District Office, Pasaman Regency. The obstacle faced in the implementation of the Merit System in Sungai Beremas District, West Pasaman Regency, is the replacement of the Head of Sub-District Head at the Sungai Beremas District Office, Pasamanya Regency, once every 5 years. With the substitution of this Camat, of course there will be other management changes. Then the Camat's Commitment as PPK emphasizes loyalty rather than qualifications, education, competence and performance. So that sometimes employees do not know their main duties, because they are not experts in the field, with the Camat's commitment as PPK which places more emphasis on loyalty than qualifications, education, competence and performance.
