Abstract

Sesuai dengan SDG No. 3.2, penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana experiential marketing memediasi hubungan antara PT. Loyalitas pelanggan Palapa Elektronik Lamongan dan keterlibatan pelanggan. Line, WhatsApp, dan Instagram termasuk di antara teknologi online yang digunakan dalam penelitian, selain survei langsung yang dilakukan di PT. Palapa Elektronik Lamongan. Kami mampu mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari 116 peserta. Partisipan adalah pelanggan PT Palapa Elektronik Lamongan yang telah melakukan minimal dua kali pembelian dari toko tersebut dalam enam bulan sebelum penelitian. Alat pengolah datanya adalah teknik pemodelan struktural yang memanfaatkan metodologi Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing secara signifikan mempengaruhi keterlibatan dan loyalitas konsumen. keterlibatan klien juga secara signifikan mengubah korelasi antara experiential marketing dan loyalitas klien. With experiential marketing, customers have an unforgettable experience with your brand. If this type of marketing is successful, it can give them a positive attitude. This experience creates a stronger bond and brand loyalty between the brand and the customer.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service initiative aims to enhance social welfare in Dlanggu Village, Deket District, Lamongan Regency by disseminating community service outcomes. The program focused on empowering local communities through poverty alleviation, education improvement, and sustainable livelihood development. Methodology: This study employed participatory rural appraisal (PRA), surveys, and focus group discussions (FGDs) to identify community needs and priorities. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS to evaluate the program's impact on community awareness, skills, and access to resources, particularly in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and education. Results/Findings: The results revealed significant improvements in community awareness, skills, and access to resources. The key outcomes included increased participation (78%), enhanced income levels (65%), and stronger social cohesion (72%). However, challenges, such as limited infrastructure and human resources, were identified, which affected the program's scalability. Conclusions: The program successfully enhanced social and economic welfare through participatory approaches, skill training, and economic empowerment. This demonstrates the effectiveness of community engagement in driving sustainable development. Limitations: The study was constrained by its short-term implementation, reliance on self-reported data, and small sample size, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Contributions: This initiative offers a replicable model for rural development, providing valuable insights for policymakers, NGOs, and researchers focusing on social welfare and sustainable development.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service initiative aims to empower the residents of Takerharjo Village by introducing sustainable agricultural practices and providing health education. The goal is to improve local welfare, enhance food security, and promote community health through innovative and practical solutions. Methodology/approach: The program was conducted in Takerharjo Village, involving 50 farmers and 30 households. Sustainable agricultural tools such as organic fertilizers, drip irrigation systems, and pest control traps were introduced. Health education sessions were held using interactive methods, including workshops and demonstrations. Surveys and interviews were conducted to assess the community's needs and evaluate the program's impact. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel for quantitative results and thematic analysis for qualitative feedback. Results/findings: The initiative successfully increased agricultural productivity by 25% through the adoption of sustainable practices. Health education improved community awareness of hygiene and nutrition, leading to healthier lifestyles. Participants reported higher satisfaction and confidence in managing their farms and health. Conclusion: The community service program in Takerharjo Village demonstrated that sustainable agricultural innovation and health education can enhance productivity, community participation, and environmental health. Multi-stakeholder collaboration and technology integrated with local wisdom were key to achieving sustainable village transformation. Limitations: The study was limited by the short duration of the program and the small sample size, which may affect the generalizability of the results. Contribution: This study contributes to the fields of community development, sustainable agriculture, and public health. It provides a model for other rural communities to adopt similar practices, fostering local progress and well-being.

Abstract

A change in the paradigm of society regarding waste needs to be carried out in a sustainable manner. Education of residents' awareness and skills for waste management with the application of the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle and replant (4R) is important in solving waste problems through waste management from the source. Waste banks are one of the effective strategies to overcome waste management problems in rural areas. Waste bank activities are the concept of collecting dry waste and sorting and have management like banking but what is saved is not money but waste. In operating a waste bank, active community participation is essential. Empowering citizens through counseling, education, training activities with emancipatory participation methods (interaction and communication), as well as dialogue with residents in the community. Residents Waste bank managers with related stakeholders. The Waste Bank in Songowareng village has provided benefits to residents, especially direct benefits by reducing waste generation in the community, a cleaner and more beautiful environment, and economic independence of residents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh kemajuan teknologi, modal minimal, dan literasi keuangan terhadap minat belajar investasi pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Islam Darul ‘Ulum (UNISDA) Lamongan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya jumlah investor muda di Indonesia, yang sebagian besar berasal dari kalangan mahasiswa, seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan akses informasi investasi yang semakin mudah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research, melibatkan 86 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari populasi mahasiswa manajemen UNISDA. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner berskala Likert, yang kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kemajuan teknologi (thitung = 13,314 > ttabel = 1,98), modal minimal (thitung = 3,800 > ttabel = 1,98), dan literasi keuangan (thitung = 3,636 > ttabel = 1,98) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar investasi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan (Fhitung = 146,410 > Ftabel = 2,72) dengan kontribusi sebesar 93,7% terhadap variasi minat belajar investasi, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai Adjusted R². Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemudahan teknologi, keterjangkauan modal awal, dan pemahaman keuangan yang memadai merupakan faktor kunci dalam membentuk minat mahasiswa untuk aktif mempelajari dan terlibat dalam kegiatan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPRS Madinah Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu outer model dan inner model dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM versi 4. Hasil analisis  pembahasan  menunjukan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the use of influencer marketing on consumer purchasing behavior in the digital era. Influencer marketing has become a popular marketing strategy, especially on social media, that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses a survey method with 200 respondents who actively use social media and are exposed to influencer marketing content. The variables analyzed include influencer credibility, audience engagement, product suitability to the audience, and their influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The research results show that influencer credibility, audience engagement, and product suitability with the audience have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing behavior. Additionally, transparency and authenticity in the relationship between influencers and brands has also proven important in building audience trust. This research provides practical implications for companies to select the right influencers, increase audience engagement, and maintain authenticity in their marketing campaigns. Overall, influencer marketing has proven effective in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, especially in the context of social media and the digital era.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) di Dusun Gondang, Desa Gondanglor, Kecamatan Sugio, Kabupaten Lamongan melalui digitalisasi ekonomi kreatif dan peningkatan literasi keuangan dasar. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan akses pasar dan minimnya pencatatan keuangan usaha. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa penerapan platform digital “SOGA” sebagai media promosi dan pemasaran produk tradisional ramah lingkungan, serta edukasi akuntansi praktis untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan usaha secara sederhana namun sistematis. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital dan pencatatan keuangan. Produk-produk lokal yang sebelumnya hanya dijual secara offline kini mulai dipasarkan secara daring, sementara anggota KUBE juga mulai terbiasa melakukan pencatatan transaksi harian. Program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan literasi keuangan dapat memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha desa dalam menciptakan ekonomi kreatif yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, almost all companies follow business competition that needs to be tight this is done for competitive competition, this is where the role of human resources will compete for quality and performance capacity to find out otherwise or vice versa. Research conducted to understand leadership style, work discipline and the environment on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the company PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan with 50 respondents. This research data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (2) Significant work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (3) The work environment is significant on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (4) simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and work environment significantly influence employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of participative leadership style and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, on the effectiveness of managerial decision-making in manufacturing companies in Lamongan Regency. The research method used was quantitative with an explanatory approach. The study population consisted of 250 managers from 45 manufacturing companies, with a sample of 170 respondents selected through proportional random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 which has been tested to be valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Data analysis used multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests. The results of the study proved that: (1) Participative leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of decision-making (β = 0.428; p = 0.000); (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of decision-making (β = 0.392; p = 0.000); (3) Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect with a calculated F value of 45.892 (p = 0.000). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.609 indicates that 60.9% of the variation in decision-making effectiveness can be explained by these two independent variables. The study's conclusions confirm that the effectiveness of managerial decision-making in a Lamongan manufacturing company is significantly influenced by the implementation of a participatory leadership style and the quality of the work environment. The practical implications of these findings emphasize the importance of developing participatory leadership training programs and continuously improving the work environment to enhance the quality of managerial decision-making.
