Abstract

Caring behavior can be shown in interpersonal relationships, namely relationships that occur between nurses and patients, where nurses show caring perception behavior through attention, interventions to maintain patient health, and positive energy given to patients. Nurses' caring behavior has started to be good, but there are still some nurses whose caring behavior is bad The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence nurses' caring behavior in nursing practice at the hospital. Dr. MM Dunda Limboto. The design of this study is an Analytical Observational study with a cross-sectional approach. This research was carried out at RSUD. Dr.MM Dunda Limboto. The number of samples was 39 people. The results of the chi-square analysis test research obtained a p-value of  < α 0.00, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge to nursing caring behavior, and there is a workload relationship to nurse caring behavior There is, there is an environmental relationship to nurse caring behavior. The existence of this research is expected to increase and increase nurses' awareness of caring behavior so that health services can be carried out effectively. It is recommended that this study be a reference for improving caring services for nurses and other health workers

Abstract

ABSTRACT To provide comprehensive services to patients, nursing services with continuous nursing care are needed, namely through several consistent process stages in accordance with the development of the nursing profession. A nurse in carrying out nursing care really needs direction and supervision through supervision activities. This research is to analyze the role of the head of the room as a supervisor on the performance of implementing nurses in the implementation of nursing care at RSIA Sitti Khadidjah, Gorontalo City. Used in this research was an analytical survey and used a cross-sectional research design, so that the number of samples in this study was the same as the population, namely 17 nurses. The results of statistical tests show that the role of the head of the room as a supervisor is in the good category with the performance of the nurses in the good category being 12 people, while the role of the head of the room as a supervisor is in the poor category with the performance of the nurses in the poor category being 2 people. If the statistical value is known or p.Value=0.0110.05, then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the role of the head of the room as supervisor has an influence on the performance of implementing nurses in the implementation of nursing care at RSIA Sitti Khadidjah, Gorontalo City. Conclusion: It is hoped that this can add information about the role of the head of the room as a supervisor and the performance of implementing nurses in implementing nursing care. Keywords: Nursing Care, Nurse Performance, Supervisor  ABSTRAK Untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien secara komprehensif diperlukan pelayanan keperawatan dengan asuhan keperawatan secara berkesinambungan, yaitu melalui beberapa tahapan proses yang konsisten sesuai dengan perkembangan profesi keperawatan seorang perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan sangat memerlukan pengarahan dan pengawasan melalui kegiatan supervisi. pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis peran kepala ruangan sebagai supervisor terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di RSIA Sitti Khadidjah Kota Gorontalo. yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional, sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sama dengan jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 17 perawat. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala ruangan sebagai supervisor kategori baik dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana kategori baik sebanyak 12 orang, sedangkan peran kepala ruangan sebagai supervisor kategori kurang baik dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana kategori kurang baik sebanyak 2 orang. Diketahui nilai statistik atau p.Value=0.0110.05, maka Ha diterima, jadi dapat simpulkan bahwa peran kepala ruangan sebagai supervisor memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di RSIA Sitti Khadidjah Kota Gorontalo. Diharapkan dapat menambah informasi tentang peran kepala ruangan sebagai supervisor serta kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Kinerja Perawat, Supervisor

Abstract

Covid-19 is a virus that can cause disease, both in humans and in animals, in humans it can cause respiratory tract infections such as Middle East Respiratory Syndroma (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndroma (SARS). Research purposes to find out description of the level of satisfaction of nurses in treating covid-19 patients. Type of qualitative research with descriptive research design. The total population is 31 nurses who area in isolation rooms A and B with total sampling. The results showed that the highest nurse satisfaction was very satisfied as many as 18 people and there were 12 nurses with a satisfied level of satisfaction and the lowest was dissatisfied with 1 person. So it was concluded that most nurses were very satisfied in handling covid-19 . Suggestions are that nurses are expected to continue to provide mutual support and motivation in providing services to patients, in order to get satisfaction in serving and patients also feel satisfied with the services provided.
