Abstract

This study discusses “The Role Of The Community In The Management Of Ende Tourism Village As Cultural Tourism In Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency”. This research was conducted to answer the problems that became the focus of research, namely regarding the form of the community’s role and its managemet in managing the Ende tourism village. The data were collected by using observation, interviews and documentaion with a techniques qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the management model of the Ende tourist village is purely carried out by the local community and carries out direct tourism activities in the Ende tourist village and forms its role as an object as well as a subject, which means that in the implementation of tourism activities, the community becomes tourism actors and managers, as well as objects that can be enjoy by tourist through performing arts attractions.

Abstract

Desa Langko, Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok barat merupakan daerah penghasil air nira dan turunannya yang potensial dan prodak ini dapat menjadi penunjang ekonomi masyarakat kedepannya. Produk potensial perlu peningkatan kualitas varian produk air Nira, buah kolang-kaling, melalui manajemen pengolahan dan keterampilan mitra, pengelolaan keuangan, permodalan, pengemasan dan merek, teknik pemasaran serta kewirausahaan. Masalah mitra adalah tingginya bahan baku nira dan kolang kaling, animo konsumen terhadap tuak manis untuk menjadi oleh-oleh namun tidak tahan lama, sedang kemampuan masyarakat dalam produksi terbatas. Pemecahan masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan metode pengawetan air Nira agar tidak mudah basi, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang aneka pengolahan air Nira yang baik dan benar. Inovasi pengolahan air Nira dan buah Kolang-kaling tersebut menjadi aneka olahan makanan dan minuman, yang olahannya aman, nyaman, sehat bagi konsumen. Solusi yang dilakukan  adalah melakukan penumbuhan kelompok usaha baru dari hasil aneka olahan air Nira, dan buah kolang-kaling, melalui pelatihan, pengolahan produk, manajemen usaha, strategi pemasaran, pendampingan lanjutan. Kontribusi mendasar pada khalayak sasaran: meningkatnya nilai jual tinggi untuk produk yang dihasilkan masyarakat, dikelola oleh UMKM berbasis kelompok tani yang memiliki keterampilan produksi dan manajemen pemasaran usaha yang mumpuni. Luaran berupa jasa, sistem, produk/barang, paten, atau luaran lainnya: adalah berupa aneka olahan air nira dan buah kolang-kaling berkualitas. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam program ini meliputi: 1.Penyuluhan dan praktik pengawetan nira, aneka olahan air nira, dan aneka olahan buah kolang-kaling; 2. Penjualan serta Pemasaran; 3. pelatihan pengemasan; 4. penyuluhan dan praktik permodalan serta keuangan; 5. penyuluhan dan praktik pembentukan serta penguatan lembaga. Pada gilirannya nanti setelah pelatihan dilakukan seperti di atas, diharapkan akan muncul banyak wirausaha yang dapat menggerakkan potensi ekonomi lokal

Abstract

This study discusses the development of tourism potential diversity based on community based tourism in Batu Kumbung Village, West Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study is described to describe the diversity of tourism potential and to analyze efforts to develop the diversity of tourism potential based on community based tourism in Batu Kumbung Village. This research uses interview, observation, and documentation methods and a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed the development of the diversity of tourism potential based on community based tourism owned by Batu Kumbung Village in terms of natural tourism potential, cultural tourism potential and artificial tourism potential. Efforts to develop the diversity of tourism potential based on community based tourism in Batu Kumbung Village consist of training and promotion.

Abstract

The marketing of cashew nuts in Medana village has not yet expanded, which is only marketed in North Lombok Regency and even then not entirely by using only word of mouth promotional media. This research was conducted to support tourism activities, especially the seventh Sapta Pesona, namely memories by making cashew nuts as souvenirs. This study aims to describe the steps for developing the marketing of processed cashew nuts using the 7p marketing mix. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, where researchers collect data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research carried out, it was found that the steps for developing the marketing of cashew products as souvenirs for tourism were the development and improvement in terms of products, prices, places, promotions, people/HR, processes, and physical evidence in order to attract interest. local tourists and foreign tourists

Abstract

This research discusses the Tourism Development Strategy of Ekas Buana Beach, Jeruwaru District, East Lombok Regency. This research was conducted to answer the formulation of the problem, namely to find out the tourist attraction of Ekas Buana Beach and find out how the strategy of developing Ekas Buana Beach tourism. The writing of this research is presented descriptively to obtain an overview of the attractiveness and tourism development strategy of Ekas Beach. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of this study show that Ekas Beach has an extraordinary beach tourist attraction from the side of the beach that stretches out with the exoticness of the sand which is still very beautiful, the hills that rise around the shoreline, the beauty of the underwater, and clear and calm sea water. Ekas Beach has now begun to be managed by the Village Government and Local Communities by utilizing its strengths. The conclusion that can be drawn regarding the development of Ekas Buana Beach tourism is that there are still weaknesses in the development of beach tourism so that a strategy is needed in planning programs to maximize the development of Ekas Beach in increasing tourist visits to Ekas Beach, this will have a good economic impact on the Village Government and the Community.
