Abstract

Beleq Village is the oldest village in Sembalun Lawang, Sembalun District, the potential of beleq village has a tourist attraction in the form of a culture that is still maintained authenticity, nature and also the daily activities of rural communities in general. However, the current condition due to the 2018 earthquake, the buildings of traditional houses and other facilities have been destroyed and have not been managed properly. This research uses a qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approach. The focus of this study is to examine stakeholders' perceptions of the development of tourism villages, Beleq Sembalun Lawang Village, Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency. using cooper's theory of tourism destination development consisting of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary Service. Data collection using observation, interview, and questionnaire methods (Questionnaire). The results of the study based on questionnaires (Angket) and interviews showed stakeholders' perceptions of the development of tourism villages, Beleq Sembalun Lawang Village, Sembalun district, East Lombok regency. From the results of the questionnaire (Angket) after being calculated using the Interval scale which shows the average value is at a score of 3.43-4.23 that stakeholders are categorized as positive and very positive in the development of beleq village tourism village based on 4 aspects of tourism village development, namely acting as a tourist attraction actor, DTW manager, accessibility guard, lack of accessibility, as a manager and manager facilities such as lodging, general toilets. And the lack of an active role of society in managing additional services such as the occurrence of conflicts between groups. There are efforts that can be made to improve in the development of beleq village tourism villages, namely establishing good relations between stakeholders, improving the quality and quantity of tourist attractions.

Abstract

This study discusses the strategy of developing a tourist attraction for the rainbow waterfall in Lantan Village, Central Lombok Regency. This research was conducted to answer the problems that became the focus of the research, namely the carrying capacity of the rainbow waterfall to be used as a natural tourist attraction in Lantan Village, Central Lombok Regency. Data collection in this study used the method of observation, interviews and documentation with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the development model of the rainbow waterfall in Lantan Village is a development location of the rainbow waterfall in Lantan Village. And applied in the form of potential that is owned as a promotional support to be developed and applied in the form of direct participation or the community has directly carried out tourism activities in the Rainbow Waterfall area of ​​Lantan Village by taking the role of subject and object simultaneously, meaning that in the development of the Rainbow Waterfall area Tourism activities in the Rainbow Round Waterfall, the community becomes tourism actors and managers, and at the same time becomes an object that tourists can enjoy through performances of existing attractions.

Abstract

One of the developments of Ngada Regency Ecotourism that is currently starting to emerge and be developed is the Wolobobo Ecotourism destination. The number of tourists who come to visit is now increasing this is due to the participation of the community, where the community is very involved and enthusiastic about working with everything it can do so that Wolobobo Ecotourism can develop well and become an advanced Ecotourism Area. The purpose of community participation for the Wolobobo Ecotourism area in Langa Village is expected to be able to develop the Ecotourism Area into the number one Ecotourism destination in Bajawa District, Ngada Regency, NTT Province with high community participation, will make this Wolobobo Ecotourism destination into a community-based tourist area. This type of research is a type of Descriptive research with a Qualitative approach, informants in this research in this research are village heads, (representatives), Pokdarwis, managers, and the community. The techniques used in this study are data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the community in Langa Village has participated in their respective ways and implemented the work program that has been made, the conclusion of this study is that the participation of the Langa village community in the development of Wolobobo Ecotourism is very high, although there are several inhibiting factors.
