Abstract

Development of poultry industry that had been running in Indonesia which more emphasized in economic growth aspect, on one side has succeeded in increasing production, but on the other side it caused negative impact toward business and environmental sustainability. A new paradigm reorientation of poultry industry development was needed in terms of direction, strategy and policy. This paper aimed to study the success and the failure of poultry industry development by conventional approach, paradigm of sustainable poultry industry development, concept and implementation of integrated business partnership, and future perspective. The results of this study showed that the development of poultry industry by conventional approach had generated negative impact toward business stability and sustainability, also toward environmental sustainability. The paradigm of sustainable poultry industry development could be used as an alternative strategy in improving farmers welfare while maintaining environmental sustainability. This paradigm could work well if it was integrated with an integrated business partnership strategy from upstream to downstream. In order to support this effort, consolidation of poultry industry institutions from upstream to downstream was required, so that integration of product processes and between business people could be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui penerapan topik-topik mata kuliah yang diterapkan secara praktik dengan metode Entrepreneurship Online Class Activity; 2) Mengetahui efektivitas penerapan Entrepreneurship Online class activity terhadap Minat Berwirausaha; 3) Mengetahui solusi yang diperlukan dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa saat pelaksanaan Entrepreneurship Online Class Activity pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatifmelalui indepth interview terhadap informan yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan penerapan Enterpreneurship Online Class Activity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan penerapan Entrepreneurship Online Class Activity terbilang cukup baik dan efektif. Hal ini dapat mendeskripsikan bahwa pada umunya penerapan EOCA menjadi kegiatan praktek kewirausahaan yang dapat dilakukan secara online (daring) dan sesuai dengan tujuan guna meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Indikator yang menentukan efektifitas penerapan Entrepreneurship Online Class Activity dalam meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa adalah motivasi mahasiswa, kompetensi mahasiswa, pengalaman dosen, gaya komunikasi dosen, kemutakhiran materi dan sarana prasarana.

Abstract

A number of Islamic financial institutions able to provide non-bankable requirement by limiting loan plafond in order to reduce credit risk. That condition can hamper Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME)’s growth. This is proven by only 13.21% of MSME that only have been served by obtaining access to Islamic finance. Study about MSME’s Growth have general purpose to analyze interaction between Financial Literacy and Sharia Financial Access to Finance to MSME’s Growth. This study adopted quantitative research design and used Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method by SmartPLS 3.0 to run the data. Population in this research was all MSME’s actor in Semarang that put 100 samples contributing in this research by convenience technique. The finding of the research found Financial Literacy and Access to Sharia Finance affect performance, Financial Literacy affects Access to Sharia Finance and financial Literacy cannot be mediator for the relationship between Access to Sharia Finance to MSME’s growth.

Abstract

Aqidah Akhlak teachers are expected to be able to play a role in preventing bullying in madrasas with various efforts to create a safe and peaceful school life. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with descriptive research using the case study method. Data collection was carried out through a process of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that: 1) The form of bullying behaviour that occurs at MA Al-Wathoniyyah is verbal and physical, 2) The role of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in overcoming bullying is by becoming a teacher, guide, counsellor, evaluator, model/example, and as a driver of creativity, 3) Solutions provided by the school as an effort to prevent and overcome bullying by providing understanding, advice and motivation; become a role model teacher to instil morals; enforce madrasa rules and regulations; socialization; and strengthen cooperation between madrasahs and student guardians. Apart from that, some plans are still being pursued to prevent bullying through regularly scheduled mentoring with students. As well as carrying out mandatory monthly meeting agendas in the form of supervision from the madrasa head together with the class teacher and Guidance Counseling. Keywords: Bullying; Moral Creeds; Teacher's Role   Abstrak: Guru Akidah Akhlak diharapkan mampu berperan dalam pencegahan aksi bullying di madrasah dengan berbagai upaya demi terwujudnya kehidupan sekolah yang aman dan damai. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui proses wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Bentuk perilaku bullying yang terjadi di MA Al-Wathoniyyah adalah secara verbal dan fisik, 2) Peran guru Akidah Akhlak dalam mengatasi aksi bullying adalah dengan menjadi seorang pengajar, pembimbing, konselor, evaluator, model/contoh, dan sebagai pendorong kreativitas, 3) Solusi yang diberikan pihak sekolah sebagai upaya mencegah dan mengatasi aksi bullying dengan pemberian pemahaman, nasihat, dan motivasi; menjadi pribadi guru tauladan dalam rangka penanaman akhlak; menegakkan tata tertib madrasah; sosialisasi; dan mempererat kerjasama pihak madrasah dengan wali siswa. Selain itu terdapat rencana yang masih diupayakan untuk mencegah aksi bullying melalui pendampingan rutin terjadwal serta melakukan agenda wajib rapat bulanan berupa supervisi dari kepala madrasah bersama wali kelas dan guru Bimbingan Konseling. Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the effects of psychological safety, fairness in rewards, and mindfulness at the workplace on the well-being of employees in a tech startup. Employees' well-being is likely to be supported by the startup's dynamic and high-pressure work environment. The study is quantitative, with an explanatory approach, and has a sample of 180 respondents, who are purposively selected employees of a tech startup company. A questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale is used for data collection, and multiple linear regression is employed for analysis. The findings reveal that psychological safety, reward fairness, and mindfulness at the workplace not only influence the well-being of employees positively but also significantly. The study's findings on a theoretical level expand the territory of organizational behavior and HR management studies concerning work well-being in the scenario of technology startups. Besides, if the management takes into account the results of this research, they would gain a better understanding of the psychological safety, fairness of reward systems, and mindfulness practices areas within their employees that support work policies for continuous improvement in well-being.

Abstract

This research report examines micro-teaching implementation in the context of curriculum transition at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Walisongo Semarang. The study aims to analyze the design, execution, and evaluation of micro-teaching practices during the shift from the 2013 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum. The significance of this research lies in its focus on preparing future educators to utilize both curricula in their teaching practices effectively. By engaging in micro-teaching, students develop essential teaching skills, enhance their communication abilities, and gain practical experience in classroom management. This study highlights students' challenges and opportunities as they adapt to new educational frameworks, emphasizing the importance of hands-on training in fostering professional competencies. The findings are intended to contribute to developing a micro-teaching guide and serve as a reference for improving micro-teaching practices at UIN Walisongo and beyond. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical role of effective teacher preparation programs in enhancing educational quality and meeting the demands of contemporary teaching environments.
