Abstract

This development research aims to develop learning media P3 (Smart Round Board) with Surprise Box on the material "Plants that are the Source of Life on Earth" which is suitable for use in the learning process in class IV. This research was conducted in class IV of SD Negeri 105345 Sidodadi Ramunia. This development research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. However, this research only reached the development stage. The P3 media (Smart Round Board) with Surprise Box that has been developed has been validated by several experts, namely material experts, media experts and learning experts (teacher response). Based on the validation results from the material expert validator, the score was 92. From the media expert validation results, the score was 88 and from the learning expert validation results, the score was 83. So from the assessment it can be said that the P3 learning media (Smart Round Board) with Surprise Box is The material "Plants that are the Source of Life on Earth" developed is valid and very suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, seperti Power Point, telah menjadi salah satu alat yang populer dalam pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Power Point Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas II SD Pada Pelajaran Seni Budaya di SD Negeri 015019 Dahana Tabaloho Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis one grup desaign pre-test and post-test. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah termasuk dalam jenis eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SD Negeri 015019 Dahana Tabaloho sejumlah 24 siswa yang berjumlah 24 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 laki-laki 15 perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil post-test yang diperoleh dari 24 siswa, total nilai yang terkumpul meningkat menjadi 1896. Nilai maksimum yang dicapai oleh seorang siswa dalam post-test adalah 151,68, sedangkan nilai minimum adalah 67. Rata-rata nilai post-test juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Distribusi statistik post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan performa siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media PowerPoint. Peningkatan dalam nilai maksimum dan nilai minimum dibandingkan dengan pre-test menunjukkan adanya perkembangan positif dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan. Penggunaan media pembelajaran PowerPoint terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test. Nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 51,75, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test meningkat menjadi 79,00. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media PowerPoint berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran Power Point, Hasil Belajar Siswa

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of using Wordwall learning media on the learning outcomes of class IV SDN 104255 Paluh Sibaji. The learning process of Science, indicates that student learning outcomes are not optimal. Wordwall learning media was chosen as an intervention because of its potential in increasing motivation and learning interactivity. This study uses a quasi-experimental quantitative research method using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data collected include, quantitative data obtained from pretest scores in the form of questions on photosynthesis material. Then qualitative data in the form of student response questionnaire data to the WordWall learning media. Data collection techniques in this study are Pretest and posttest. The pretest was carried out at the beginning of the learning activity while the posttest was carried out at the end of learning, and student questionnaire data which is additional data aimed at finding out students' opinions about the WordWall learning media in Science learning. The results of the analysis showed that the average posttest score of students in the experimental class was 82.75, while the control class obtained an average of 72.10. Based on the t-test, the sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates a significant increase between the two classes. Then, the results indicate that the Wordwall learning media has a positive and significant influence on improving the learning outcomes of class IV students of SDN 104255 Paluh Sibaji. Thus, the use of WordWall media has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes and can be an innovative alternative in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning assessment assisted by the Quizizz application for the IPAS subject with the topic My Indonesia, Rich in Culture for fourth-grade elementary school students. The background of this research is the low level of student engagement in assessments, which remain conventional and lack the use of technology. This study employs Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The assessment product was developed based on the learning outcomes of the Merdeka Curriculum and validated by content experts, assessment experts, instructional experts, and tested on fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 064034 Medan Johor. The validation results showed that the developed assessment was considered feasible before revision (78%) and became very feasible after revision (84%). Additionally, the assessment received a 88% feasibility rating from the assessment expert, 98% from the instructional expert, and 94.82% positive responses from students. These findings indicate that the Quizizz application is effective as an interactive and engaging assessment tool, and can enhance students' interest and understanding of Indonesia’s cultural diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes using mind mapping in grade IV students of SD Negeri 064970 in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), The design of this study uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of SD Negeri 064970 consisting of 25 students. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes, namely in cycle I by 72.60% (good category), then in cycle II it increased to 83.80% (very good category). This means that there was an increase of 11.20%. Thus, the use of Canva-Based Mind Mapping as a Learning Media can improve learning outcomes in Grade IV Science, My Indonesia is Rich in Culture, at SD Negeri 064970.

Abstract

An important problem that is often faced by teachers in learning activities is choosing and determining appropriate learning materials or teaching materials in order to help students achieve competence. This study aims to develop a guidebook for writing poetry using the mind mapping model for fifth grade elementary school students, namely, (1) describing the profile of poetry, (2) describing the assessment of media experts and material experts on the prototype guidebook, and (3) describing the limited effectiveness test in class V students at SDN 105366 Sei Naga Lawan. This study uses research and development methods. This research is research that is used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products in class V students at SDN 105366 Sei Naga Lawan. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated as follows: (a) seen from the cover side of the book, students and teachers need an attractive design and are easy to carry everywhere, (b) seen from the content side, students and teachers need books that use standard language, simple, and communicative so that it makes it easier for students to learn it, (c) the dimensions of the book cover scored 90%, (d) the dimensions of the guidebook form scored 90, (e) the dimensions of the guidebook contents scored 98%. 3) The conclusion about the effectiveness test is limited to fifth grade students at SDN 105366 Sei Naga Lawan, the results of the research on writing narrative essays with guidebooks produce an average score of 95%.

Abstract

This research was a research and development with reference to the 4D model which is an extension of Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was descriptive qualitative. This research produced a product in the form of Snakes and Ladders media for My Hero material in grade IV. The snakes and ladders media was declared suitable for use in grade as a learning medium. This can be seen based on the validation results by material experts, media experts, and teacher responses. The results of the material validation show that the average overall assessment of material experts on the media obtained a percentage of 88%, including the valid (feasible) category. The results of the media validation show that the average overall assessment of media experts on the media obtained a percentage of 80%, including the valid (feasible) category. The results of the teacher response validation show that the average overall assessment obtained a percentage of 98%. This percentage is included in the very valid (very feasible) criteria. There was no revision to the student response to the snake and ladder media, and getting a percentage of 96% means that the media developed is “very valid” and can be applied as a medium for the teaching and learning process in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa pada materi bangun datar lingkaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif yang berpusat pada siswa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal yang menuntut penalaran serta langkah penyelesaian yang sistematis. Padahal, menurut teori pemecahan masalah yang dikemukakan oleh Polya, proses penyelesaian masalah matematika melibatkan empat tahapan, yaitu memahami masalah, merencanakan penyelesaian, melaksanakan rencana, dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan melibatkan 25 siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar sebagai subjek penelitian. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 70 menjadi 82, sedangkan persentase ketuntasan belajar naik dari 64% menjadi 88%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa serta membantu mereka menerapkan tahapan pemecahan masalah secara lebih sistematis. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan geoboard terhadap pemahaman konsep sudut pada siswa sekolah dasar. Materi sudut kerap diajarkan secara prosedural sehingga siswa hanya mengenali jenis sudut tanpa memahami bagaimana sudut terbentuk dan apa maknanya. Geoboard dimanfaatkan sebagai media manipulatif agar siswa dapat mengeksplorasi garis dan titik secara langsung, sehingga konsep sudut dipahami melalui pengalaman konkret. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasieksperimen dengan model pretest–posttest pada dua kelompok siswa kelas IV. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pemahaman konsep dan lembar observasi aktivitas belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang belajar menggunakan geoboard mengalami peningkatan pemahaman yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang belajar melalui metode konvensional. Selain itu, siswa tampak lebih aktif, terlibat dalam diskusi, dan berani mencoba berbagai kemungkinan bentuk sudut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media konkret dapat membantu siswa membangun pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan tidak sekadar menghafal konsep.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemahaman peminatan materi merupakan kemampuan penguasaan dan pemilihan materi pembelajaran Segitiga dan Lingkaran. Berdasarkan observasi di SD Yayasan Pendidikan Nur Cahaya perlu mendapat perhatian dalam penguatan materi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peminatan siswa pada materi Segitiga dan Lingkaran. Penelitian ini merupangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif lapangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Yayasan Pendidikan Nnur Cahaya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Kemampuan peminatan siswa pada pembelajaran matematika materi Segitiga dan Lingkaran dapat dikategorikan sudah baik. Siswa mampu menyatakan ulang sebuah konsep, mengklasifikasikan objek berdasarkan sifat-sifatnya, dan dapat menyelesaikan soal. Dari nilai hasil pemahaman siswa pada materi Segitiga dan Lingakarn bahwa presentase keseluruhan telah mencapai 90% siswa yang sudah mencapai nilai diatas standar nilai minimum. Faktor pendukung dalam peminatan ini adalah Fasilitas, Tenaga Pendidik, Motivasi dan Daya Serap siswa yang baik.
