Abstract

Corruption has become an acute problem for the Indonesian people since independence. Various efforts have been made to hack the corruption problem but have not succeeded. The cultural approach would be a solution to the problem. The cultural approach in question is education. Through education, prevention of corruption can be done by creating a healthy environment, strengthening character, and internalizing the noble values ​​in daily behavior for students. Strengthening of character is reflected by cultivating shame, socialization about the importance of honest culture and the bad of cheating both directly and indirectly. Termsuk by making the "Honesty Canteen" to build the honest value habituation of the students. Another effort that can be done is to integrate anti-corruption education in the subjects taught at school. In anti-corruption education must integrate three main domains, namely the domain of knowledge (cognitive), attitudes and behavior (affection), and skills (psychomotor). Implementation of anti-corruption education at the school level can use an integrative-inclusive strategy (inserted in existing subjects) and exclusive (special/individual subjects).

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif adalah jenis pendidikan yang menganut falsafah pemerataan, keadilan dan non diskriminatif untuk mendapatkan layanan pendidikan. Pendidikan inklusif hadir untuk membuka akses pendidikan yang seluas-luasnya kepada seluruh warga negara Indonesia khususnya Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) yang masih status usia sekolah. Diantara sekolah yang menjadi sekolah penyelenggaran pendidikan inklusif adalah SDN No. 39 Cakke yang menjadi sekolah percontohan implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Kabupaten Enrekang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses implementasi kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di SDN No. 39 Cakke, mulai dari reformulasi, sosialisasi hingga implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian adalah reformulasi kebijakan pendidikan inklusif dilakukan dengan berpedoman pada peraturan yang berlaku secara nasional dan juga Peraturan Daerah. Selanjutnya dalam proses sosialisasi, dilakukan dengan melibatkan semua stakeholders. Sedangkan proses implementasi pendidikan inklusif dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aspek (1) kesiapan sekolah, (2) manajemen sesiswaan, (3) manajemen kurikulum, (4) manajemen tenaga pendidik, (5) manajemen sarana dan prasarana, dan (6) manajemen hubungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Effective learning methods play an important role in developing students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of project-based learning methods on elementary school students' critical thinking skills. A quantitative approach with experimental design was used in this study, involving two groups of students, namely the experimental group using project-based learning methods and the control group using conventional methods. Data were collected through critical thinking tests and analyzed using statistical tests. The results showed that students who studied with project-based learning methods had higher critical thinking scores compared to the control group. This indicates that project-based learning methods can improve students' critical thinking skills by providing more active, contextual, and collaborative learning experiences. Thus, this method can be an effective alternative in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Desa Kaluppang di Kecamatan Maiwa, Kabupaten Enrekang, memiliki potensi strategis dalam pengembangan peternakan ayam, khususnya ayam petelur. Dengan populasi mencapai lebih dari 97.000 ekor ayam petelur dan produksi telur harian sekitar 70.000 butir, desa ini menunjukkan kapasitas yang besar untuk menjadi sentra peternakan ayam di wilayah Kabupaten Enrekang, Sulawesi Selatan. Namun demikian, potensi tersebut belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara optimal akibat tantangan struktural seperti pengelolaan limbah, tingginya biaya pakan, serta kurangnya integrasi antar sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan peternakan ayam di Desa Kaluppang melalui pendekatan ekonomi sirkular yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku peternakan dan stakeholder terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep ekonomi sirkular dapat diterapkan secara efektif melalui pemanfaatan kotoran ayam sebagai pupuk organik, produksi biogas untuk energi rumah tangga, pemanfaatan jagung lokal sebagai pakan alternatif, serta pengolahan telur retak dan afkir menjadi produk UMKM. Strategi pengembangan ini mendorong efisiensi biaya produksi, peningkatan pendapatan peternak, serta pengurangan dampak lingkungan. Kesuksesan implementasi sangat ditentukan oleh sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan, dukungan regulasi desa, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia peternak. Dengan pendekatan ekonomi sirkular, Desa Kaluppang memiliki peluang besar untuk menjadi model pengembangan peternakan ayam yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan di tingkat regional dan nasional.

Abstract

Premarital guidance is a strategic effort to prepare prospective couples to build a harmonious household. This study was conducted to describe the strategy of premarital guidance as a medium for family education and empowerment at the KUA (Religious Affairs Office) in Bungin District. The purpose of this study was to identify the approaches used in implementing premarital guidance and its effectiveness in improving emotional, spiritual, and social readiness. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study type. Informants were selected purposively and consisted of the head of the KUA, religious instructors, and prospective couples. The research instrument was the researcher herself, supported by interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document study. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while data validity was obtained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that the strategy used is participatory, refers to the principles of andragogy, and integrates local cultural values. This guidance plays an important role in non-formal education that can empower families, although it still requires institutional strengthening and an evaluation system.

Abstract

       Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani perempuan mengenai Teknologi Biokonversi Trichokompos dari Limbah Jagung. Langkah-langkah yang diambil meliputi: 1) Persiapan dan Observasi, 2) Sosialisasi Pengenalan Teknologi, 3) Pelatihan Perbanyakan Trichoderma, 4) Aplikasi Praktis Pembuatan Pupuk Biotricho dari Limbah Jagung, 5) Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Program. Instrumen evaluasi yang digunakan meliputi kuisioner pre-test dan post-test, serta pengamatan langsung terhadap proses pengenalan teknologi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Hasil dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani perempuan mengenai penggunaan teknologi berbasis biotricho dengan memanfaatkan mikroba Trichoderma. Mitra juga mengalami peningkatan dalam kemampuan mereka untuk mengelola produk Biotricho secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan pendapatan mereka

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed the educational landscape, requiring educational leaders to adopt strategic leadership approaches that can effectively navigate change in digital learning environments. As schools and universities increasingly integrate technology into their instructional practices, the need for leaders who can guide these transitions and foster a culture of innovation has become critical. This study aims to explore the role of strategic leadership in managing and implementing change within digital learning environments. It seeks to understand how educational leaders can facilitate the adoption of digital technologies, create a supportive learning culture, and ensure the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing case studies and interviews with educational leaders from various educational institutions. Data were collected from 20 leaders, including principals, deans, and administrators, to gain insights into their strategies for navigating digital transformation. Thematic analysis was used to identify key strategies and challenges in digital leadership. The findings highlight several key strategies employed by leaders, including fostering collaboration, investing in professional development, and creating a shared vision for digital transformation. However, challenges such as resistance to change, lack of resources, and insufficient training were also identified as barriers to successful implementation. The study concludes that strategic leadership is essential for navigating the complexities of digital transformation in education. Educational leaders must adopt adaptive leadership styles, focus on continuous learning, and leverage technology to enhance teaching and learning processes. Institutions that prioritize strategic leadership will be better positioned to thrive in the digital era.

Abstract

Background. The integration of digital media in higher education has redefined how students engage with learning materials and construct reflective understanding. Podcasts, as a form of digital narrative, provide flexible, accessible, and multimodal learning experiences that foster critical thinking and personal connection with content. Purpose. This study aims to explore how educational podcasts enhance student engagement, promote reflective learning, and support independent knowledge construction in higher education.   Method. Using a qualitative mixed-method design, data were collected from 120 university students through surveys, focus group discussions, and reflective journals. Thematic and descriptive statistical analyses revealed that podcasts significantly increased learners’ motivation, concentration, and comprehension of complex concepts. Students reported that the narrative and conversational tone of podcasts stimulated reflective thinking and emotional engagement, making learning more meaningful and personalized. Results. The results also indicated that integrating podcasts into coursework encouraged continuous learning beyond the classroom and improved retention through self-paced listening.   Conclusion. The study concludes that podcasts function not only as instructional media but also as digital narratives that humanize learning by merging information delivery with reflection and storytelling.

Abstract

Background. The rapid expansion of digital media has transformed educational practices, encouraging the integration of multimedia platforms into teaching and learning processes. Podcasts and vlogs have emerged as accessible and engaging digital narrative formats that enable educators and students to communicate knowledge through audio-visual storytelling. Despite their growing popularity, systematic empirical examination of their effectiveness as pedagogical tools remains limited. Purpose. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of podcasts and vlogs as educational tools in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.   Method. A mixed-methods research design was employed involving 72 undergraduate students divided into experimental and comparison groups. The experimental group participated in a six-week intervention integrating podcast and vlog production into course activities, while the comparison group received conventional instruction. Data were collected through engagement surveys, academic performance assessments, classroom observations, and semi-structured interviews. Results. Findings indicate that students engaged in podcast and vlog production demonstrated significantly higher levels of cognitive and emotional engagement, along with improved academic performance. Qualitative evidence revealed increased motivation, collaborative interaction, and enhanced communication skills. Conclusion. The study concludes that podcasts and vlogs function as effective digital narrative tools for enriching teaching practices and promoting meaningful learning in contemporary educational contexts.
